After my session, I noticed that many areas were completely missed and not treated at all. The whole appointment felt rushed and careless, and the results were very poor with almost no visible improvement. I contacted the manager to explain the issue, but instead of trying to help or offer a solution, she kept giving excuses about how their staff are "all professionals" and that it's "impossible" for them to miss any areas -- as if she was actually in the room during my session. What disappointed me even more was that she didn't even offer for me to come back to fix the missed areas. This is actually the second time I've had the exact same issue with this place, but because I already paid upfront, I feel stuck and unable to do much about it. My biggest mistake was paying in advance for 6 sessions. Otherwise, I would have stopped going there a long time ago and gone somewhere else that actually deserves the money and provides proper service and results. Thankfully, I only have two sessions left, and after that I definitely won't be dealing with this place ever again.
