The same like previous reviews... we bought a used washer machine from this guy. The machine was liking from two parts. We tried to ask the guy to come to fix it, he was laying to as that he is coming, and never showed up. After one- two weeks he showed up and just used tape to cover the hole. I was asking him for few times to replace the hook, because he gave us guarantee, but nothing. He left, the machine was still liking.. told me that he will come back with an adapter, and was gone- never come back. My husband tried to text him, and all the time was laying that he is coming, but never showed up. If you don't want to lose your nerves and time, don't do business with this store. Bought a fridge from there and was supposed to be delivered the next day. Haha funny joke apparently this dink can't even give a courtesy call saying that his delivery butt buddy can't be found or gotten a hold of. So now we get to go a other night without a fridge. I've bought several refrigerators and a stove and they all lasted years. Reasonably priced. I've had very good luck with them.

My experience is similar to many other postings so I'll give the brief version. Bought a washer, suppose to be delivered the next day, took almost 2 weeks before finally delivered it. It doesn't agitate during the wash cycle at all (and never did). Complained and set up many appointments for them to come and fix it. Most of the time they simply didn't show up, no call, no show. They wont give refunds even if it doesn't work. So I told them they can just come take it so I don't have to pay to get rid of it. They wont even take it back for free because what they sold me is such garbage it isn't even worth "free" to them. read more

When you call them for a repair or problem with one of thier appliances, they come over and try to fix the easiest way without looking into the problem. After they fix it they say that they will be back in 1 hour, after 3 days and numerous phone calls O decided to go to the shop. When I got there it looked like everyone that was working there was in front of a tv or computer, and still my refrigerator is still broken. I know where I will never go again. read more
