Ordered the part over the phone to fix my 24 year old whirlpool dryer Had it in in less than a day . Great service . I consider myself pretty handy and if you know what part you need this place is a godsend. Anyone who thinks that you can show up with a picture of what you need and expect the guy in the parts store to be happy you came to him is mistaken. Don't fix something you think you can fix take it apart and do your research. Now that I have found this place when I need a part for the companion 24 year old washer I know where to go. Took the ride over, I was greeted poorly , told that it's basically a joke that I am showing the guy pictures of the parts I need to fix my dryer and my daughters dishwasher. I had the model and details but felt like it was way to much of an inconvenience for the owner to stand there and explain to me that I don't know what I need and that he has no interest in helping me. I am usually very critical of customer service, but this place is a rare exception. I've gone there several times over the past few years, and each time the service is excellent. All of my appliances are at least ten years old, well used, and regularly need something. If they don't have it in stock, they order it and have it for me in less than a week.
