They provide you with a phone number and you can get advice from the vet when you're at home about medication, or concerning behaviors. We were told by the veterinarian that the surgery had gone well and that everything appeared successful. However, our dog was released to us approximately 30-45 minutes after surgery. After bringing her home, her condition quickly deteriorated, and she tragically passed away in front of our children. Watching our beloved family pet die in front of our kids was one of the most heartbreaking experiences we have ever endured. We understand that surgery carries risks and that complications can occur. However, we are struggling to understand why our dog was discharged so soon after a major procedure and whether additional monitoring or post-operative care could have changed the outcome. Beyond the financial cost, the emotional toll on our family has been overwhelming. We trusted this clinic with our pet's care, and we are left with unanswered questions and profound grief. We hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and reviews its post-surgical discharge and monitoring procedures so that other families do not have to experience a similar tragedy.

They already took money that someone didn't have and removed all the cat's teeth then charged to see the cat again when the cat never recovered from the tooth extractions. It cried it growled and hissed when it tried to eat, it was hungry, but couldn't eat because his mouth was so infected after the extractions. I watched it turn to skin and bone until it had to be euthanized. All because the veterinarians at this clinic/ hospital kept saying it was normal for a cat to go three plus weeks without eating do to teeth extractions. They looked at its mouth that clearly wasn't healing with soar swollen pallet and puss oozing out after two weeks and said it was healing normally and they wouldn't give any more pain meds to the cat. The cat was clearly in massive pain. But they refused to do anything. They took the cat from its owner wile looking at the cat in private and gave the cat back saying all is well. It's normal. Any lehman could see it was not normal. I'm writing this review because the person who wishes to write it has difficulties and I think it's important for others to know.
