I've been going to Dr. Laser for years and have always had the most pleasant experience with my esthetician, nurses, and staff. This especially rang true today when Suzanne called to inform me I could start my appointment early. After my treatment, I entered what is typically a calm environment to a hysterical client being beyond rude to the team there. I'm in awe of how patient and calm they all remained. I could hardly think straight when trying to schedule my next appointment and also trying to make sense of how Suzanne could do so with a smile and grace. There are plenty of things Dr. Laser does right and consistently- the team the hire is at the top of it in my opinion. Avoid at all costs!!! If I could give negative stars I would. They advertise Botox when they do not carry Botox but they will take your money and not reimburse you for a product they do not carry. They carry xeomin which is very different and only lasts one month on average. It is NOT Botox if that is what you are looking for. Horrible and fraudulent business practice. read more

I had a great experience at Dr Laser. Brittany helped me out in the front and was very friendly. Tehila did my PRP Microneedling and did a great job. It was easy and essentially painless. It sort of felt like sandpaper. For comparison, I've experienced more pain getting extractions done during a facial. Recovery took about 24 hours for redness to go away and 48 hours to feel fully recovered. I had some acne scarring I was hoping to fix, and I definitely saw an improvement after the first treatment. I did one more, and the scars are almost completely gone. My skin also just looks way better in general. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I treated my daughter to lip injections at Dr. Laser on Wilshire and it was THE WORST! They put too much of the substance in her small lips. She specifically told the injector to use only half but she used almost the entire vile. Her lips looked so lumpy and unattractive. Then she needed to have a VERY PAINFUL procedure to dissolve the substance and have her lips return to normal. MISERY! To add insult to injury they were so nasty and uncooperative and refused to give us the money back after they BOTCHED the procedure so badly and put her through so much pain and distress. I'm hopeful that the leadership at dr Laser reads this. My intention is to bring attention to a bad actor currently in charge of the Santa Monica location. Milana is hands down the most offensive, rude and unprofessional employee I've ever dealt with. She's the type of employee that can ruin a businesses reputation. After calling the Santa Monica location and sharing with Milana my frustration over spending thousands of dollars and having countless data entry errors on my account, Milana responded not with empathy or kindness or "let's figure out how to make this right", instead my character and honor were attacked. Milan had the audacity to call me a liar before doing any real investigation on my issue. Her words to me over the phone were "we've never had a human error in our system. You are clearly lying". After finally convincing her to look into it she saw the error and instead of apologizing tried to blame her coworker Cynthia. These errors were caused by their own in-house data entry due to shifting their West Hollywood customers to Santa Monica during their COVID shut down. I was understanding and flexible of course, but never thought I'd be treated in such a horrible manner. I will NEVER do business with the Santa Monica location again and will continue telling this story to all my friends. For the record the WeHo location is awesome! Sad how the wrong people in a business can tarnish the entire reputation. I hope someone who cares about this business reads this and can make this right. BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I went to dr laser for hair removal. While at the front desk I booked follow up appointments, but they never sent email confirmations or reminders that I had appointments booked. When I called to book another appointment they said I had 4 no shows and had to pay. When I said I never got any confirmations that they had booked the appointments and didn't know I was booked at all, they said that when an appointment is booked through the front desk it doesn't trigger emails and that it's my responsibility to keep track. I either had to pay or they would take away all the sessions I had already paid for. An absolute scam and truly the most horrific customer service ever. There are plenty of great places to get hair removal and I will never set foot inside this place ever again. read more

This review is based on the new Santa Monica location. I went in this weekend for a facial. When I walked in the place was immaculate and the staff was attentive as soon as I stepped in the door. I was only getting a facial but I had tons of questions about alot of other procedures. The girl in the front (Liz) and Joe both answered my 100 questions with patience and both were very thorough. As for my facial, this is what gives this place a 5 star. The esthetician is named Josine and I swear I've never had a better facial in my life!!!!! She took her time and didn't rush me and explained what I could do at home to treat all the problems I had. She was gentle, knowledgeable and my face looked and felt AMAZING afterward. I will definitely be a regular customer at this place! I haven't tried the other services yet but I will review once I do.
