They spent 4 days totally repairing all the wood damaged and 1 day on paint. I want to specially call out that our main carpenter Adrian F. did a great quality job and addressed all of my concerns. There is another carpenter Eric who worked one day with Adrian who also did a good job. The tenting was done and scheduled accordingly. We also had Daniel come in and perform the bora care treatment professionally. There were some hassles in between including the underestimation of number of days that were needed for wood repair. Scheduling issues that 5 days of repair work got scattered into 4 weeks. The first day one carpenter put a dent on my brand new AC unit when he hammered down the fascia board. Also one section of the wood support was not done right, more than 2 rafter tails in a row got cut the roof eave so it was sagging and caused us a panic. They sent their manager to address our concerns and assure that it was corrected and that the correct work would be done. The carpenters fixed the previous mistakes and did great work in the end. So overall not a smooth experience yet I am willing to give it 5 stars because they did honor the original quote, and ended up doing more wood repair than originally quoted as it was discovered during the process. Thus going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work despite the initial issues.

Wonderful and kind man named Ray came out early to do the assessment broke everything down for me; no pressure and said if I was interested to call the office. I called the office told them I was interested in the treatment and gave 20% deposit to schedule a date. On the day of the actual treatment for termites had two wonderful young men come out to our home, explained everything and we're extremely professional and even covered some of our items in the attic to protect them. They got everything done in a matter of 1-2 hours and off they went. A few weeks later, I spotted some termite droppings. Gave them a call and someone came back out and treated it. No attitude, no fuss and very polite and professional. They said if we have any problems, we have a three-year warranty. Thank you. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I was provided no contract or estimate by their construction contractor. I waited over 5 weeks for the start date. I tried to confirm scope and start 1 week before the agreed upon date both with Seashore and the sub. I was texted by the sub that the additional work could not be done at this time. Annoying because I need the work done and could have found someone else. The office person (spouse) of the sub called to confirm and collect a deposit. I expressed my displeasure with the change. I also stated I would contact Seashore re payments. I had only the extermination contract and believed they were my point for the job. Apparently, the "office person" told this owner our exchange was very rude and included yelling, cursing. Not true. I was annoyed but even stated my displeasure was with the business, not her. Seashore canceled the job based on this interaction. What a waste of time. Felt like a weird reality show. Don't deal with mom and pop businesses that lack professionalism.

I immediately recommended Pest Free to the NextDoor post because Andrew and his team were phenomenal. They were very responsive and easy to work with. Best way is to email their support email first and then they'll send Andrew or another team member out to your home. Our home was pest free after about 1.5 months. I'm not sure if that's fast/slow but they were patient and understanding of my messages at any time of the day and were very quick to send someone to either patch up missed holes or to pick up traps that went off.
