Let's start with Lori Cannon, who was not only super responsive with all my pre surgery questions but extremely warming and made you feel like family. To start off I had been looking to get a breast lift and implant for a while and finally started scheduling consults. I had only been to one consult before meeting with Dr. Stile and the differences in experience were crazy. The first plastic surgeons office I met with I did not meet with the doctor only their financial person and the office was beautiful but felt not as welcoming as I expected. I did not feel comfortable giving them my money nor did I feel comfortable with them performing surgery on me. When I went in to meet with Dr. Stile not only was his office staff extremely friendly and helpful, but Dr. Stile was personable, friendly, and comforting. I underwent surgery with Dr. Stile approximately two years ago, hoping to address a minor bump on my nose and achieve minimal chin projection. Regrettably, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I feel it's important to share my concerns. Surgery Results: Nose: The results left my nose with an unnatural concave appearance, resembling a typical female nose. The curvature and pointed shape gave the impression of an artificial look, which was not aligned with my desired subtle changes. Chin: The placement of a square implant resulted in an outcome that made me feel like a fictional character, deviating significantly from my initial expectations. Post-Surgery Complications: Stitches Removal: During the process of removing stitches, I experienced additional complications. The mishandling of the procedure led to bleeding on my chin, leaving an unfortunate scar. Additionally, a stitch was pulled out instead of being properly cut during the nose surgery. Chin Implant Removal: I had to undergo an additional procedure to remove the chin implant, incurring extra costs with Stile. To my dismay, the suture opened three days after the surgery, resulting in the absence of the implant and a noticeable scar . Insensitive Comment: After the chin implant removal, Dr. Stile made a remark, stating, "I went from looking like Superman to Clark Kent," which seemed to make light of my situation. This comment hinted at a lack of professionalism and suggested a potential intentional act. Mental Trauma: The unsatisfactory outcomes of both surgeries have left me dealing with mental trauma for the past two years. Beyond the financial loss, the emotional toll has been significant, and I want others to be aware of the potential challenges associated with these procedures. In conclusion, my intention is not to defame Dr. Stile, but to share my personal experience. I had breast implant replacement / removal with Dr. Stiles just 5 days ago and I have been immensely impressed for multiple reasons. First, his staff is beyond the most friendly, helpful, accommodating staff I have ever met in any doctors office. My original surgeon for my procedure fell through at the last minute, but it was a blessing in disguise as Dr. Stiles was so quickly and confidently able to identify what needed to be fixed, and how big of a new size implant to provide me that was suitable for both my body and goals. Do not waste your money, ever. I agree with these other reviews -- his bedside manner is absolutely subpar. He is maliciously sarcastic, self-absorbed, absolutely rushed, doesn't actually ask or listen to what YOU want, and instead heavily imposes what HE wants. A good plastic surgeon who wants to keep his patients is one who is listens, takes his time, and works to make his patient happy. Dr Stile: all the reviews describing your dismal bedside manner (including my own) are not a personal attack. We are simply describing you. What kind of "professional" makes mean, sarcastic comments? You know exactly what I'm talking about, and clearly so do many others. If you really want to flourish and maintain happy clients: listen to your patients. Don't be snide -- internal ugliness is so, so unattractive and unprofessional. Take your time instead of rushing through each consultation. And for God's sake, do not take it personal when your patient is unhappy with your work. It is not a personal attack. People want their bodies to look how THEY want it to look -- not how you want it to look. Do your best to achieve that. If they're not happy, be kind and fix it again. We shell out thousands of dollars and invest it all to you -- we deserve to results that make us happy. Otherwise you're going to keep seeing the same yelp reviews about how your bedside manner is horrible. If you're kind and gracious and accommodating like a good surgeon should be, you wouldn't have half as many angry reviews. But these reviews are real. People do not appreciate how you talk to them -- patients or staff. Even the way Dr. Stile speaks to his staff is appalling. Seriously? Yelling and snapping at them right in front of patients? If they're unhappy and leave a bad review and you're actually kind to them and try your best to fix things -- they will not only appreciate it but also be much more likely to fix their review, and recommend you to many others. I am at a loss for words!!!! I am 4 days post tummy tuck and lipo and I can't believe how incredible my flat tummy looks!!! Apparently he has his attorney send threatening letters to patients who share their stories on platforms such as yelp. What will serve as evidence of his unprofessionalism is the fact that he argues with people and demeans them in his replies to their negative reviews. I'm one week post operation for my breast reduction with Dr. Stile. I'm 32 years old and have wanted a breast reduction since my 20's! I can't even express the problems having abnormally large breasts gave me. So much physical AND mental HURT. I went to see a few Dr's about a breast reduction and most of them were not very informative about the operation. One even explained that he wouldn't be able to remove as much as I wanted, then continued to say after I'm all healed we could discuss the possibility of me getting "breast implants" I was speechless. I did my first breast augmentation in 2006 (300 cc) with frank L.Stile 13 years later I did again but bigger and I went with frank stile because I thought he was the best but I was WRONG I did 600cc because I like big breast and after surgery I saw The right implant look lower than the other one (see pics) And then I complain and of course he didn't fix his mistake for free I have to pay the same amount twice and it was 8,200.00 And when he fix it I had 450cc because he said he can not even do more than 450cc and my question was why u let me do 600cc? That Wasn't professional at all!!! And I have an allergic of something or a big reaction of something that it was itching a lot and he said it was because it was healing but I don't think so because after 6 month still itching A GOOD PLASTIC SURGEON DO big implants without any issues!!! He was blame that I was fat because I have my baby 6 months before the surgery ( I wasn't breast feeding) but that's not an excuse And then the 3th surgery less that 1 year the right implant was still lower than the left and it looks so wear and the left one it's capsule and lose the sensitivity And after the 600cc he did a lift and he just destroyed my skin and its HORRIBLE !!!
