This place is super cool! Went at 5pm on a Monday while in town on business, and looking for casual dinner and drink. The decor and atmosphere were spot on for what I was wanting! I ordered a wine flight, and while the wines weren't my favorite the bartender's friendliness more than made up for it. Ordered a cheese plate which was so generously portioned I couldn't finish it. A coworker joined me and we both also orderd flatbreads- me an Italian and her the Hot Honey & Pepperoni. The food was all fabulous. Would definitely return. read more

Dracula's Legacy is one of our favorite spots in the downtown/Ybor area. We enjoyed crisp, cold beer on tap...available in $30 towers that usually pour about six beers. There's also a great wine selection, and the Mermaid-branded Moscato was well balanced and easy to enjoy. We shared the Bavarian pretzel with mustard and cheese sauce, which was crispy on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. It's a short walk to Straz with excellent service, yummy food, and a youthful vibe.  We've  - house wine: blend & cab sauv - flatbread Italian - French onion soup - dip trio  The decor is spooky, with earthy lighting, and the wine glasses are large and sturdy, suitable for young crowds. The flatbread is a bit salty, but I love it. The onion soup has lots of bread. For the dip trio, I love the baba ganoush the most. Finally got to experience the Tampa location. Have been going to the downtown St. Petersburg one for a few years. This Tampa one is pretty cool. Both locations are better in different ways. Both in downtown areas. So here in tampa I had some Bruschetta & Brie Platter with some friends. Was really good. After that tried the Romanian Wine Flight. Such a fun spot! Love the Halloween, spooky vibes. Many great spots to take a fun picture. There's a decent wine selection, and they also offer flights. Every wine we tried, we loved. I especially enjoyed the German Riesling and the Sanguine de Guida, a sweet red. My husband loved the Pinot Noir from Oregon. We didn't try any of the cocktails, which are wine based. Bartenders were friendly, and service was relatively quick except for when they got slammed. They do offer food, but we didn't get any. The staff was so sweet to us which was appreciated:) The meat lovers flatbread was soooo yum and packed with flavor; the balsamic glaze was a nice touch! This place is so unique specializing in all things wine with light eats to pair. They have quite an extensive menu. Zane provides exceptional service. His wine knowledge is quite extensive. My recommendation would be to try their wine flights. You can even ask for a specific wine off their menu. Our favorites were the Pino Niors and the Romanian wine. I would describe this place as upscale divey. Be prepared to spend some cash, it's not like going to a local joint. Price point is about $80 for two people with a good wine selection. It's especially good for the fall time of year around Halloween with the Dracula theme. It's a bit dark and has spooky decorations. They're primarily a wine bar but my gf and I got cocktails this time. The Moscow mule and cosmopolitan were both refreshing and not too sweet or strong. Themed bars are fun and Dracula's Legacy has an extra cool factor with the vampire theme. Red wine seemed most appropriate to order here, but also one of a few options with their not having liquor available. They can still make a super tasty wine based espresso martini that was a hit at our table. We also enjoyed the charcuterie board, flatbread and fondue. Sooo, Dracula's Legacy Wine Bar & Bistro is such a cute addition to downtown. We stopped in before dinner to, of course, have some wine. The selection was pretty solid! Yes. Go here. It's a great spot. It's a great place to go for drinks with friends or on a date. The place is elegant and neatly decorated but it's not "too much" or overwhelming. It's "dark" but not too "goth/ halloween/ horror" dark. There are some great food menu items and a nice list of wines and beers to choose from. Overall, it's 100% worth checkning out for a good time. I personally love anything with a theme and this Dracula themed bar has been on my to do for quite a while! The decor is spot on for what the theme is and they had great music playing. I stopped in early on a Saturday night and it started to get busy before I left. The bartender Mocha was super friendly!! She was also helpful with explaining some of the Romanian wines while I was deciding between a flight. They have a lot of wine options (as well as other drinks). I didn't eat this time, but a few people at the bar had some food that looked really good! Super good prices considering it's downtown too. read more

Have been a few times & has become a local staple whenever in the riverwalk area. It's a place for all generations as I was able to pop in on a Sunday afternoon with my mom. She loved it as well. This wine bar was amazing! We stumbled upon it and were not disappointed! I walked up to the bar and said "ok I know what I want but I don't know how to pronounce it" and the bartender immediately said "sangue di giuda" so either he's really good at his job or I am really predictable and for his sake I choose to believe the first. Atmosphere is cute. The Supreme flatbread was AMAZING! I loved sitting under the portrait of Vlad the Impaler (I think I stumped our bartender with this little bit of trivia). But she made up for it with the drinks. I had the Immortal Kiss cocktail and it was sooo good. read more

We came here last Saturday night on our "Adult Night". This is a smaller wine bar, but they have a wine/wine cocktails/food menu. 2 of us had wine flights, port, and some prosecco. We also got the cheese board, bruchetta and stuffed dates. We liked everything we ordered. The cheese board was plentiful and absorbed some of the alcohol from earlier in the evening. LOL. We absolutely LOVED this place! We were in Tampa for a wedding registry event and stumble on this wine bar. The ambiance is so cool if you are into vampires and ghosts. The wine was very good.
