One of my favorite happy hour spots in town! Wine and Wood offers a large wine selection by the glass, bottle or carafe, perfect for a night out for any occasion. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, bar and table service. Love coming here to share a pizza with a friend and catch up.

Cute spot with lots of wine options. The server was very nice and accommodating to our large group. We stopped in for a quick glass of wine/sangria and enjoyed our time.

I'm only giving 2 stars because I initially did LOVE this place. This was actually my favorite restaurant to the point of having my 30th birthday dinner here w my fam(not a birthday vibe). However, today was probably the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my life. Although I'm familiar with wine and wood's happy hour, our decision to go here tonight was due to the "Hoppy Hour" app which highlights the $10 tap wines, $2 off beer/wine, and $5 off pizza. Being that the restaurant doesn't display their HH menu (conveniently) I checked with one of the servers (particularly the one that wears a hat) and asked to verify the happy hour I was reading online to which he responded that everything looked correct with the exception of the pizza. My fiancé and I were fine with his answer and even topped our wines off at 7:50 to take full advantage of the HH (obvi). We received the bill with only 2 drinks marked as happy hour price. My fiancé disputed the bill due to the happy hour prices they have listed on not only their socials but also online (see attached photos; HH was pinned to their insta from 10/). The girl server then continued to state that she has "taken care of us every other time we've been here" that's interesting considering every time we have been here, they greet our table as if they have never met us. Which is the basics of hospitality-- greeting your regulars!!!! On top of that we've never been charged full price during HH or have been notified that their HH expired 6 months ago (found this spot 4 months ago). Never once did they explain that a courtesy had been extended prior. I'm fully aware that the owners/staff do no care if we return-- clearly. However, as someone who LOVED this spot, it's very sad that we will not be back.

Why do wine when you can do ALL the wine. The flight, always a wonderful choice.

Jarrod, you're cool! This is not simply gluten free pizza availability vibes, it's a cauliflower crust! If you don't understand-Trust me, this is the difference my stuck-up friends appreciate. You see, if a place springs for the costly cauliflower crust- my friends will eat it too. They don't want the regular peasant pizza and they CAN eat gluten! The Dave's Supreme is truly supreme. Oh those crispy edges and heavy toppings with stringy melted cheese are perfectly paired with a huge pour wine flight. Perfect cauliflower crust parings include... any wine on this vast menu! May I suggest a flight that includes a "Quilt" wine. Make it a blend, make it a cab- doesn't matter- delicious!!!!! Thank you W&W for going for the fine cauliflower crust. Although more expensive, it's what your snotty HP clientes need to know about this place that sets it apart. I have a new high quality fav!!!!!

This spot is definitely a cute hidden gem. There's outside seating, bar seating, and some table options. Definitely a very cozy intimate setting, can see it get crowded and or a tight squeeze the more people that check this spot out. All the staff members seem to work together & they were all so friendly and accommodating. As someone who is temporarily pescatarian for lenten season, this spot is great for any of my vegetarian folks. Majority if not all the apps were vegetarian. There was was not a single app that me and my girlfriend ordered and tried that we did not throughly enjoy. As a goat cheese lover, the goat cheese dip was my absolute favorite. For my wine lovers def a cool spot to try different options especially with the wine flight option. Overall great spot, great food, fair pricing, and great service !

First time at Wine & Wood for an office happy hour! We had a couple tables put together for us right at the entrance. I do feel like more people from our office showed up than usual for our happy hour so we took up quite a bit of space as this is not a large and spacious location. They did open up the garage door so it added some space and weather was immaculate. I did see a dog or two in their outdoor space! Parking was also kind of tough but we made it work haha We ordered some apps to share, but I wanted to try a pizza. Went a bit adventurous with the cauliflower crust but I was not disappointed! I love the crispy crust and salty prosciutto on a pizza. ALSO truffle oil?! Just wow! Would order this again. I also had the white sangria. I love that it had actual pieces of fruit. So refreshing!

Wine & Wood is one of my favorite places! It is so much more than just a wine bar! They have a delicious menu, and the stars are their gourmet wood fired pizzas! The mushroom truffle, green apple & gorgonzola, 3 cheese & prosciutto, and Dave's Supreme are my go tos! All very different, and all equally delicious! The service is always top notch! Everyone is so friendly! The decor is one of my favorite parts about Wine & Wood! It is decked out even in the restrooms! They have live music, bingo, and other fun events always happening!

I came last Friday night to celebrate my birthday. They don't take reservations but we had a party of 10 and they happily accommodated us with a reservation. I absolutely loved this place. Very easy for me to say this is the best pizza I've had so far in Tampa. I got the Jon's Veggie balsamic pizza and it was fantastic!!! And wood fired oven pizza comes out quick which is also a huge plus. I loved their wine selection (a couple of my friends got the wine flight to sample a few!) We got there about fifteen minutes before happy hour ended and the staff made sure they got our wine order quickly in to get the discount! 100% coming back here in the near future!!!

It was intimidating to have my first solo date with myself, and I am glad that I chose to do that at wine and wood. The place was nice with outdoor sitting. I chose to sit at the bar. I have enjoyed my cheese platter and my wine. My server Chris was awesome. It was a great experience, and I will follow my server advice to come back wither on a Tuesday or Saturday for live music and more fun.

Best gourmet pizza in Tampa and AMAZING wine selection! Sixteen different kinds of pizza are available as well as cheese boards, salads, and various small plates. The pizzas and the small plates are cooked in wood fired ovens that you can see from the dining area, subtly flavoring the food. My favorites are the green apple and gorgonzola pizza and the wood-roasted buffalo cauliflower. Dozens of wines are available, with twelve on tap. A wine flight is a great way to taste a selection of the on tap wines. They also have high noons and six beers on tap if you don't like wine. Service is always amazing. The decor is funky, with colored mason jar water glasses matching colored mason jar lights, and various eclectic oddities like a metal dog, a ceramic bust, gnomes, a goose, a disco ball boot, and artistic band posters. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, with two TVs inside perfect for watching a game.

Wine flights. Need I say more? And the staff here is knowledgeable about the wine list, so feel free to ask for suggestions! For food, they have a bunch of different flatbreads to choose from (even vegan) and other appetizer-style dishes. There is outside seating if you didn't want to sit at a table or the bar inside but be mindful it fills up quickly.

We originally planned on bringing some family here for their anniversary but that plan feel through so we made it into a friends catch up dinner. Right off the back LOVED our server Nimah. She was funny, helpful, and attentive. And they are on top of refilling your water so you will never go thirsty. I'm not much of a drinker, so I don't have much to say on that matter. The ambiance was nice. A lot of eclectic paintings on the walls. And loved the outfits of the servers. Very 20's speakeasy. There is a live jazz band that started performing at 7 pm. They were good but at some points it was a bit difficult to speak and listen to those at your table unless you got really close. My meal hit the spot. We started with a charcuterie board for the table. It had a lot of great options like dried apricots, actual honeycomb pieces, and my most favorite cheese, some Brie cheese. The only thing was there was only 4 pieces of bread, one for each of us, which wasn't enough but I guess it made sense not to fill us up too much. For my main meal I had the sweet potato salad which was very tasty and the sweet potato risotto, which a little spicy kick. The only thing I missed was the Brussels sprouts and potatoes but was told that was from the previous chef. But they serve you enough so you definitely will have left overs. Not a big fan of eating in the lounge areas, those are best just for drinks and maybe desserts. But it's definitely a great place to people watch. You will definitely have a meal and a show no matter what. Hopefully can schedule another time to bring my family because I know they would love it.
