Went for a Creep O Rama trivia night with friends and we were incredibly impressed with the restaurant! The decor was maximalist with a nod to dark speakeasies and local flair. The menu was their limited "Late Night" menu for the event and we ordered at least one of pretty much everything. The service was decent for the staffing vs crowd ratio and the food was spectacular. I had concerns that the salad wouldn't fill me up, but it was not only filling but had incredibly tasty toppings that had me tempted to lick the bowl. The loaded fries were probably the most popular for our group and the boiled peanuts had the Southerners swooning. Dessert was the dirt pudding which was rich and creamy. Came on 4.8.26 and they were waiting on a delivery still so they didn't have much food (only a bagel and cream cheese) and no seasonal flavors. I got a cinny toast latte which just tasted like a good latte with cinnamon (yum). It came in a cute chalice type glass and extra latte in a carafe. Service was kind and welcoming. Decor sooo cute. Jazz nights on Sunday! There is a live band setup, xylophone, bass, and drums. This is great spot for getting some jazz night vibes and having a drink and a little food with friends. This place is really cool, the ambiance is nice and the bartenders are really friendly. A unique design inside reminds me of my grandmas house (comforting, Knick knacks, warm lighting). We dined in at this restaurant and had a very good time. The woman working at the bar was really helpful in regards to finding out which items where gluten free for me. I came here because I was interested in the natural wines given that I have an autoimmune disease. Regular wine with sulfates tends to give me a bad reaction. I also just enjoy eating whole foods, and some menu items look good. I was advised that, like at many vegan restaurants, there is gluten cross contamination because vegan foods can contain gluten fillers like wheat, etc. I pretty much wanted the boiled peanuts and black eye pea hummus, which was free of any of that, so I had that, and I really loved the hummus. The boiled peanuts "gas station style" were new for me. I really only eat them like they way they make them here in South Florida, so I was not a fan of that, and they were mushy. I found the natural wine to be very good and enjoyable. I had what the bartender recommended, and I would definitely return here for wine and light bites again. The restaurant is cute. I love the style. I love Ybor, so it's a given. There was a free parking lot around the corner where Flan Factory is also. Given that there was a high element of gluten cross contamination as advised by staff, I did not get sick just eating the hummus and boiled peanuts. I am very glad about that. My husband had these amazing looking "chorizo" eggrolls. They smelled amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant. read more

We were so pleasantly surprised at the quality and amazing freshness of all 3 dishes. They have an excellent selection of wines, but also beers on draft or in bottles/cans, and other alcoholic drink options. The menu has an assortment of all plant-based vegan options, including appetizers, entrees/shared plates, and desserts. We opted for the boudin balls (appetizer) and sliders with a side of potato wedges (entree). Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. This is a cute new wine bar in Ybor City, in the most unlikely place off 7th Avenue and Nebraska. I love the interior, its modeled after bars in Puerto Rico and the influence makes the bar really charming. The wine list is a little limited at this time, but it just recently opened. There's also some craft beer options from local spots and some non-alcoholic options as well. There is only a few options by the glass, much more by the bottle - so keep that in mind and try to come with some friends. The prices per bottle are not unapproachable though! Most wines from Europe including France, Italy, and there was a few California wines on the list. Would like to see some more interesting American wine regions added in the future or off the beaten path California wines. There is also some food items on the menu, but sadly not any cheese or meats, which I hope might come in the future or maybe some different snacks. Parking is best next to Flan Factory or in the grass lot nearby, of course its not the safest area so be sure to lock your vehicle and not leave any valuables in your car. We walked from Ybor down 7th since it was daytime when went, but probably not the best idea at night. Check this bar out and support local. They mostly have wine, but there is also some beer and a few food items. I enjoyed the Syrah, and had it with the Poached Pear dessert. Both the savory and sweet crepes were my favorite, but the sliders, potato wedges, and egg rolls were all super delicious, too! The hummus is pretty basic, so I recommend ordering one of everything but that. To me, this doesn't taste cajun, it all just tastes very unique and high quality.
