Drafts Sports Pub and Grill emerged after the Covid crises. This is a great Sports Pub and Grill but I might prefer to use the term 'Eatery'l. Why? Because as well as being a well stocked Bar with plenty of screens to watch Sports and a friendly staff, Drafts has an excellent menu with plenty of selections for just about anyone. There's nothing on it I wouldn't enjoy. But such an establishment also needs good management and ownership to be successful. Tom and Debbie, the owners of Drafts (and Mavericks, It's other half) are terrific owners. They're there talking and mixing with their guests on a pleasant and enjoyable manor. They care about their guests and treat everyone like friends and next door neighbors. Hard to find these days. Wednesday Trivia fills the room with both teams and individuals competing for gift cards with lots of humor mixed in. Weekend live music and Karaoke nights make Drafts a must do destination for couples to groups. Drafts is also close to 580 and Hopyard in Pleasanton, easy to get to. And for those looking for a touch of Western with line dancing on weekends or stiff Cornhole competition, Mavericks (the other half) fills the bill quite nicely read more

First stop for food and drinks in Orlando! It was great! Erica was our server she was very friendly and helpful. The vibe was sporty with a bar and plentiful of seating. And good food of course! Wasn't too busy but I can definitely tell it gets busy and definitely a hot spot! Right next to my resort Westgate Resort & Spa. Can't beat that! Great food service, staff and the ambience was amazing energy. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak & garlic fries, kids cheese burger and chicken tenders with garlic mashed potatoes. Service was friendly and service was attentive went for lunch twice , had a burger and Philly cheesesteak both had great flavor and well made , lunch workers super friendly. then went back for dinner sat at the bar and had chicken tenders which were surprisingly good .the batter great they were moist and good and the coleslaw probably one of the best I've had out at a restaurant . Oh my heavenly sports bar!! First time here. We got the Lulu Asian wings to share and it was hard to quit. So freaking good! He got The Ultimate Philly Cheese steak. Totally awesome. Juicy and flavorful and had just the right seasoning. I got the I heart garlic burger. The photo said it all! Full of goodness. Really perfectly done burger...juicy. Great bun as well. Sweet potato waffle cut fries for me and, guys (!), they were crispy! Crispy! Like it should be. Garlic butter fries for him. And they were so delicious I wanted to eat his too but he fought me off. We stayed at this hotel and wanted to find a sports bar to watch some games and it was just an interesting place. We got a bucket of beers, which was fine, our kiddo got some food which was mediocre, for the price, it was just like Costco nuggets and fries, then the buffalo wings were small and super tart sloppy sauce and it just wasn't great for the prices we paid. We couldn't figure out the bowling thing, and then tried to get a certain screen to play the games and we had to ask them numerous times and they gave excuses as to it being programmed or something, which didn't make much sense because in the end they did change 1 tv out of like 20 to what we requested. It was just not great. It is touristy and I'm sure they make due to to where they are located and I just think that is why it stays open. read more

We definitely didn't have a good experience at Draft's on the day we visited. Short staffed? More like distracted staff, disinterested staff, rude staff and perhaps lazy staff? We had some glimmers of hope a couple times but then we were let down immediately! We were told a 30 min wait which turned into about an hour. The host rudely informed us it was because she had to clear tables for the servers who got behind. Once we were seated we counted about 10 occupied tables and what appeared to be 4 servers. At a very busy resort one server should be able to handle that all on their own! The manager (?) ended up noticing us and finally took our order. Food came, still no drinks! Needless to say, service was way under average expectations. The Loaded Tatchos with pulled pork were just okay. The pork was a bit dry and they forgot to "pull" it so it was just a big chunk of drying out pork on top of the tots. Definitely NOT the promised Gouda cheese sauce, just standard cheese from a can. The "Whale" white fish is swai and that should definitely be printed on the menu, I never would have ordered it. The potatoes were spot on perfect! I won't be back and don't recommend, unless you just want those taters! read more

I have not seen the server since ordering the beer. The table seated immediately before me has their drinks, has placed their order and their appetizer is on the table. Different server of course. 6:10. . Still have not seen the beer or the server. Still have not ordered a meal. table seated after me has their drinks and appetizers. I leave. As an employee for Westgate Resorts Las Vegas for the last 14 years I have to say I was extremely disappointed in the service or lack there of at The Draft Sports bar and Grill. Customer service is at the top of our companies priority list and I felt like the staff at this restaurant did not embody our companies values at all. I have never in my life walked onto a restaurant and not been greeted by any of the employees that walked past me. Especially at a Westgate property or Restaurant, no host at the host stand to seat me so I sat myself. Waited 15 minutes before going to grab the manager and ask are they even open he smiles and says No we are closed. I explained to him that I have been sitting for 15 minutes and not a single person brought a menu to me or anything, he days the family waiting to come in is his last family anyone after has to come back tomorrow. I simply smile say okay and leave. To be a customer staying on property I felt like the customer service was terrible. But as an employee for the company for the last 14 years I felt embarrassed to say I work for a company that would employ ANY of the people I encountered and did not encounter working tonight at the restaurant. The Late Mr.David Siegel would be highly upset with the way his restaurant is being ran at his property in orlando at The Lakes. read more

Got the buffalo chicken flatbread and it was good but didn't have much of a buffalo flavor. Food tasted fine and was a little expensive. Lots of TVs with many different sports games playing. When the waitress brought the receipt one of the charges didn't reflect the advertised special but she was able to change it without any issue. Convenient if you are staying at Westgate and don't want to leave the resort. read more

Service was a bit slow to greet us but only picked up from there. Our server was friendly and got the food correct. Pulled pork sandwich was delicious as was Philly cheesesteak. Chicken tenders tossed in salt and vinegar flavoring was mostly salt. I didn't taste any vinegar. The food was fresh and served hot, straight from the kitchen. There is a cool bowling area next to the restaurant so you can bowl while you wait for your food or afterwards. read more

We contemplated whether or not we wanted to stay on Westgate property or head somewhere for dinner. Not wanting to drive, and not wanting to deal with Uber or Lyft, Drafts won! (Place your bets on the sports bar!) We were seated right away, as they weren't overly busy. Our server, Quannae, was super sweet and helpful. Hubby originally wanted to order the ribs, but they weren't going to have any ready for another hour, so he ordered the pulled pork platter instead. He was not disappointed. He said it was the best he'd ever had ... even better than mine. (Ask me tomorrow if I still have a husband. Ha!!) he loved Texas toast on the side. He was not overly impressed with the coleslaw, though. Mine is apparently better, so things are looking up for him again. He was so full he didn't even start his fries. Guess what's for lunch tomorrow!! He did have room to try a taste of his key lime pie when we got back to our villa. He wasn't overly impressed with it, though. He likened it to lime jello. I thought it was alright, but not my favorite. And I've never made it, so he couldn't base his opinion on a comparison. Because of the lack of ribs, I ordered chicken strips with a side salad and garlic butter fries. The strips were pretty average. They weren't bad, but they also weren't "omg" like the pulled pork. The garlic butter fries were, however, a-maze-balls!! Like if I had been at home, I may have licked the sauce from the tray. Being in public, though, I refrained. (It could happen with the leftovers tomorrow, though!) The salad was salad. I'm not a huge fan of Ken's dressing, but it was ok. I ordered red velvet cake to go. I did have a taste of it, and I'm pretty sure I'll eat it before bed. It was really quite delicious. Pros: Delicious pulled pork. Garlic butter fries are worth writing home about. Dr. Pepper was calibrated perfectly. Red Velvet cake is yummy. Quannae was awesome. Music was very varied and good. Clean. Cons: They didn't have the ribs. The coleslaw was bland. Omg their cheesesteaks was soooooo amazing . Really big in size so I was able to eat half at the restaurant and then enjoy the remainder later that night in my hotel room after a nice swim around the pool !! Weirdly it tasted even better a couple of hours later. Hate that I didn't get another one before returning back to Dallas . My little girls got the chicken strips with crispy potato wedges, in which they both expressed that they were really yummy as well. Their chicken strips were nice meaty pieces that weren't overwhelmingly covered in too much batter. Not sure if individuals not staying at the resort have access to this restaurant, or if there are even locations outside of the resort in Orlando, but this is indeed a must try . Fresh and hot and the service and sanitation was just as great as our meals.. I'm Now going to see how close the nearest one is to Dallas. read more

Ordered wings for takeout. We ordered the garlic Parmesan wings with blue cheese and ranch dressing. They delivered them to our room at the Resort. They were not crispy but full of flavor and the service was amazing. read more

This spot is located on Westgate Lakes Resort and since we were staying there we decided to give it a try! The host told us we could grab a seat anywhere so we did. First thing we ordered was the giant beer dispenser. It was 5 of us and everyone got at least two glasses so I think is worth it. Their menu is simple. Burger, sandwiches, wings... mostly bar food but it all seemed pretty good. I ordered the Black & Blue Burger which had blue cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and caramelized onions for $13.95. My boyfriend ordered the Tex-Mex Burger which had pepper jack cheese, Pico de Gallo, queso, lettuce and fried jalapeños for $15.95. Both burgers were REALLY good. Even the fries has an special taste to it. They ingredients were very fresh too. The service was excellent! Our waiter was new but he had a lot of knowledge about the menu and helped us too. This is at a resort, so I will not bother to comment about prices. I ordered the Pulled Pork Platter with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Coleslaw. The portion of pork was okay, but it was dry and included a glob of fat and some tough hide. The portion of coleslaw was small. Trying to limit my intake of carbs, I did not want the mashed potatoes, french fries was an alternative but not desired either, I asked whether a side of Small Garden Salad could be substituted. I was told no. Trying to have a healthier meal would cost even more. The menu lists 10 sides and I consider only 3 to be healthy. At a resort, a better selection of sides should be available. read more

Seems like a good deal We didn't go to the arcade or bowling but people seemed to like it! The biggest downside was the wait. First time at this "Sports Bar" and it's for the National championship game. The place is pretty busy and has lots of tvs. All great things for a business owner. However, they have a limited liquor supply, out of majority of their beers and they closed at 10pm, AKA the end of the 3rd quarter. So the entire 4th quarter they did last call, checked people out and started turning tvs off and to top it off! They shut the volume off with 10 seconds left in the game! How does a sports bar do this? why did a SPORTS bar not capitalize on a game, run specials and take advantage. Instead they shot them selves in the foot and loss money, the servers lost money and they lost repeat customers. This sports bar must only be for pee wee teams and not anything else that runs in prime time. The manager didn't even care as he was the one cutting TVs off during the 4th quarter! read more

Horrible experience with management. There was a large group there that had many, many balloons. Francheska, manager, openly admitted to giving the people at the table permission to pop each and every balloon before leaving. I had low expectations based on the reviews and the fact that the restaurant is located adjacent to a hotel (I didn't know it was a chain restaurant) but I'm glad I was hungry enough to give it a chance. Service was great! Our waitress was friendly and attentive and in great spirits. I think her name was Kathy?? Or Karen? (Sorry!) Food was great. Oh wow I LOVED the Asian boneless wings. So crispy and savory with tender all white meat. Be warned- they are on the spicier side but so good!! The Tatchos (tator tot nachos) were nothing to write home about. I mean they were fresh and tasty for sure, but they pale in comparison to the wings. Also it was a poor choice on my part- I should have ordered fries. It would have complemented the wings better. i'm on vacation at the resort and went to the bar as it's the last one on the resort open late. my boyfriend and i walked in and i went to the restroom he was told he couldn't get me a drink with my id if she couldn't see my face which i guess is understandable. i came out and waited with my boyfriend while several people were served before us. after about 10 minutes she and another worker come out and say our ID's look fake. you had better make sure you're correct before making an accusation like that. our id's were scanned and confirmed real. and then still waited 10-15 for drinks. she was difficult and very evasive. while i'm at Westgate Resort i will NEVER be going back to this bar, even though i really wanted to try bowling. read more

We came here for late night drinks and a bite to eat. I watched the bartender pour 2 glasses of wine to fulfill an order and the waitress said the glasses looked dirty. The bartender grabbed the glass back, saw lipstick marks, and then wiped the lipstick off with a napkin and sent the drinks out to be served. The napkin dipped in the wine while cleaning the glass and the drink was still served. The bartender had on gloves for safety but I saw her adjust her clothes, hair, take money, etc and never change gloves. I'm just not super confident in the ability to provide clean, quality service. read more
