When I arrived it felt like I was transported back to COVID times, they have closed the inside of the restaurant and it's only take out. Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, you walk in and ring the bell. The woman working was super friendly and was fast with checking me out. As I walked back to the car I was surprised how heavy my bag felt. When I got back to the office and opened my box I was shocked at how much food there way- enough for two- maybe even three people to share, all for $12! I went with the chicken lo mein lunch special with fried rice and cream cheese puffs. Everything was great and was piping hot. I knew I had to tell others about Don Ho and that's what I did. We are now planning when we can do dinner take out for the whole family. Stop by and check this place out for to go orders. If you can, order the lo mein and feel free to thank me later!

Unfortunately, the sauce was very sweet...no hot spice from the pepper. I could only eat about half of the schewan chicken before just needing to put down the fork. And while the soup was tasty, the heavy handed use of corn starch and I could only eat a few spoon fulls. All in all: a 5-star on service and great conversation with the nice older woman serving me...and a 2 for my meal. I am giving them an overall 3-star. Sorry, I truly support local family businesses, but I won't be back anytime soon.
