The birria was perfectly soft and shredded, served with fresh handmade tortillas. The menudo was well-portioned with just the right amount of hominy, and the pozole came with espinazo that had tons of meat on it. Every bite was flavorful -- I honestly didn't know when to stop eating. This was my third time here and I keep coming back. I've even driven 45 minutes from Oceanside (one way) in the rain just to pick up takeout and bring it home. That's how good it is. The staff is fast, friendly, and always working hard.
