We saw in a cozy booth, and the owner himself takes care of the customers. Everything feels so authentic. I started with a hot tea, which really hit the spot and the potato salad, which had the perfect amount of flavor, balance, and not too much soy sauce like in some places. We also tried the cabbage, the scallion pancake, the oil spill noodles, and the Henan gravy noodles. You really can't go wrong, they were some of the best I've ever had, my only desire was that they would put more meat on the noodle dishes. The tiny chunks were so scarce and left me wanting more in every bite. I would have also loved more scallions in the scallion pancake. But it was perfect to dip in the noodle oil and really soak up that flavor and juiciness. Everything was divine, the prices cannot be beat, the ambience feels clean and genuine, and there's nothing better than the feeling of supporting a local family business. I could also see that they have received many awards on recognitions from Yelp and other publications celebrating their food and longstanding presence in Colorado. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could! Easily the best Chinese food I've had in Fort Collins, if not in all of Colorado. Super friendly servers, shorter wait times for food, clean restaurant and bathrooms, higher quality food (comparatively to typical Panda Express-like Chinese), bigger portion sizes, and excellent overall service. Very unique to other places because they seem to focus more on the spices and making a truly special taste and experience for your mouth. I come in about once a week and have never been disappointed with any aspect of the food quality, service, or any timely concerns. Highly, highly recommend to anyone already in town and anyone coming into Fort Collins from outside of town. Absolutely love the Almond and Cashew Chicken, Dragon Noodles, and Boba Teas (recommend trying). Keep killing it Dragon Lee!! read more

We've been on the search for a great Chinese restaurant since our favorite closed over a year ago. The search is over! The food at Dragon Lee was served hot, fresh, delicious, and in generous portions! We really liked the egg drop soup, egg rolls, and sesame chicken. The sweet and sour chicken is not the usual bright orange sauce but instead sweetened with honey giving it a distinctive flavor and perfectly battered. The house fried rice was excellent and a huge portion. Service was outstanding to boot! 5 stars all the way. read more

Five out of five stars! Atmosphere and service went above and beyond. Food was flavorful, FRESH, and not all oily and greasy. As someone who worked in the restraint industry, taught to cook in a sushi bar the Asian cuisine, everything was phenomenal. I am VERY particular about my Chinese food, nothing was prefrozen, all the ingredients were hand made from scratch fresh and delicious. Good portions, worth every penny! Best Chinese food in Fort Collins! Flavorings are more subtle, which is closer to Chinese home cooking. This is coming from an ABC Taiwanese. Service is awesome, pay no attention to the review below. The staff is all Thai, so their English can be spotty, but that has nothing to do with the food; they are super nice people. Hand-made dumplings says it all, but I'll go on amazing tofu, spectacular noodles,appreciable pho- the list could go forever, but also, for those who didn't know, the head chef of Cafe de Bangkok (another 5 star place) is the chef/owner here (and sneaks the pad thai recipe in too). Yes, it's a small restaurant but when it's busy they need the extra help. I'll keep coming back because I love their food but the service has to step it up. Train the servers on how to check on tables, refill water and be present when the table is nearing the end of their meal. When serving another table don't ignore the tables already served and right next to where you are standing.
