Moved into a house that had an old HVAC that my realtor convinced me was fine, but well... remember that 116 heat wave? Killed the entire system. Home warranty was worthless and the AC units just kept getting "fixed" then breaking again. Beyond the cost of replacing basically the entire HVAC system, I was really not looking forward to getting the house all messed up with people coming in and out, and moving stuff around etc. etc. But All pro air did such a great job. It took them two days but they replaced two AC units, the furnace, removed the asbestos pipes (working with other company) and re-pipped. And after they left the house was perfect. No mess, nothing out of place (and no longer 95 degrees!). They even worked late the first day to get one of the units running so we didn't have the spend another night in a hotel. Their people were also very professional and knowledgeable. It was a big contrast to the people the home warranty contracted with who didn't seem to understand much about hvac systems. read more

I cannot recommend this company strongly enough. They spent the entire day yesterday fixing our HVAC so that we could have heat again. They were extremely professional, very nice and so patient. Our technician, Daniel, was just wonderful. And the price they gave us was $300 less than the quote we got from a competitor! I'd give this company 10 stars if Yelp allowed me the option. ABSOLUTELY impressed by them! Sheldon did an incredible job in my attic that had to of been 130 degrees. Not only did he fix our issue and restore our air that had been out for 5 weeks, he also thoroughly explained the issue to us. Barry (I believe that was his name) and Sheldon spent time with us afterwards explaining how to avoid air handler issues in the future which we appreciated greatly. Our unit was under warranty and Lenox themselves hand picked All Pro Air to assist us because of how honest, reliable, and precise they are which to me, said a ton about their company. For 5 weeks prior, we had dealt with another HVAC company who was completely opposite of All Pro. I called All Pro Air because AC didn't have much airflow, turned out that I had a LOAD of dirt in the filter so AC stopped working properly. Then a week later the AC stopped working again, so I called them and turned out one of the wires they replaced the first time was burnt so they replaced the wires for free and didn't charge me for coming out because it was still under warranty. The price was very good in comparison to their work, plus they're very honest and have great customer service. Dustin came out both times to my home, he was very respectful and honest. We just had (6-12-2018) All Pro Air install a 4 ton 20 seer Lennox xc20 AC with matching gas furnace. It came with a 10 year all parts and labor warranty. They also replaced our 25 year old duct work, cleaned out all the old insulation and replaced it with new. Ryan Burlinghaus had gone into the attic and taken pictures of rat holes in our duct work. We had been breathing rat poop air! Our old 1" filters, rated at Merv 11, were replaced with 4" Merv 16 filters with activated charcoal. A much healthier filter. When they removed the old insulation they found 20 dead rats that I had been setting poison out for over the years. Rat poop everywhere. Disgusting! Then they rodent proofed the attic. No more rats, guaranteed! The name truly applies to this company. They truly are all pros. I am retired and watch every move each of these guys made as they did their work. They answered every question I had. When the new duct work and insulation was complete, they invited me up to show me around what they had done. They took photos of their work and gave me copies. They truly are a meticulous bunch of hard working people. All native born, English perfect and they take pride in their work. The owner, Sheldon, came out and inspected the job site before the work began. Ryan Burlinghaus was the lead foreman and contact who contacted me each day to go over the progress of the job. When all the work was completed, he came out, inspected all the work including walking around the attic and answered any questions we might have. Great guy to work with! Justin and Chris were the techs that installed the AC. Again, top notch. And finally, Jose and Brian took out all the old attic insulation and replaced with new ProPink L77 fiberglass blown in insulation to R38 value. The AC is whisper quiet with a variable speed as it ramps up to higher levels if extra AC is needed. We know our house has far better insulation now than when it was built in 1992 (Moreno Valley). The AC doesn't even come on now till afternoon even when outside temp is mid 90's. We do open windows at night to cool down the house. So, what do we think of the job done by All Pro Air? We couldn't be happier! Absolutely fabulous company!. The price, a tad pricey, but the quality of the work and the people you are dealing with are absolutely top notch. Well worth the extra you might pay over a bargain basement price. read more

Last night there was a strong smell like burning rubber coming from our backyard, near where the air conditioner condenser unit is. Ken from All-Pro came out today to check. He couldn't find anything to account for the smell but fixed a few wires that were too close to hot surfaces. The A/C is 19 years old so we thought he might try to sell us a new one, but instead he said it was running fine and it could last another five years. At our request he sent us some estimates for replacing parts in the future if needed. The whole visit including fixing the wires was $59. This is so different from our experience with Magnolia Heating and Cooling, who told us four years ago that we needed a whole new A/C system (minimum $6,000) when we asked them to fix a minor problem. That's when we first had All-Pro come out. They fixed the minor problem for $79 and the A/C has been doing just fine ever since. (The burned rubber smell is long gone and it is still working.) We are very happy with All-Pro and will continue to use them in the future. read more

Two guys showed up, very professional and very experienced. I asked them if my unit needed tune up or maintenance. A few weeks ago I had the $49.00 Spring Special. The mechanic did not have masks or gloves on and did not practice social distancing too. I did not let him in my home and set the A/C to 65 and it cooled off my home. He showed me the inside coils and began his sale pitch for a new unit. He informed me the coils were leaking and only changed the filter. He went to the condenser and due to distancing I just observed him placing instruments in the wiring. I gave him my check again practicing social distancing but he was still pursing a sale. I told him I have a home warranty service and if their is an issue they will take care of it. Then his supervisor came over a few minutes later with the proper gear and I told him that I would use my warranty if I had an issue. Spring tune is a tune up not an aggressive sale call oblivious to a pandemic. I did not pay almost $50.00 for a filter change and an overly aggressive sales pitch! read more

I called All Pro Air against my husband's skepticism that anyone would come after hours, fix the unit, or be reasonable about it. Initially we had the technician Josh come out to repair our air conditioner. Hands down most genuine, honest and informative technician - exceeded expectations. He gave us all scenarios, best and worst case, and left it up to us to decide which route we wanted to go. Once we had the duct replaced and new furnace installed - we were still having issues with the temp of air coming out and the outside unit. The communication within the team was so efficient. All Pro came through with exceptional customer service and after an 8 hour day, Chris (Manager) and Nick (technician) came out past working hours and spent another few hours at our house to ensure we were up and running by that evening. It took some extra work on the outside unit which was unexpected but they saved me so much money by repairing rather than having to replace. Then Chris (Manager) came back early next day to do some maintenance (with no extra cost). Found issues that had been there for 15 years and not discovered by multiple air companies that had serviced us. In 15 years this air has never ran this cold and this amazing. I can't say enough about this company, their due diligence, customer service, professionalism, quality of work, reliability and affordability. I am writing this review on bhalf of my mom & stepdad. Their AC decided to just stop working so I Yelped for companies Thurs morning and was able to make an appt same day yes! Mr Chris arrived at 130pm and assessed the situation, found the issue and upon doing routine maintenance work to the unit, found another issue wit their ac. During the whole time he was working, my mom said he always let them knw what was going on and was always courteous and polite. He even took the time to keep me in the loop as well over the phone. The job ended up having him to come back the nxt day which was no problem and Mr Chris diligently completed everything he said he would and left my mom and stepdad grinning from ear to ear bc their ac unit was working way better then it did before. All Pro Air is an amazing company to have help with issues you have with your air conditioning system. When I called in to their office I was greeted and helped promptly. They asked a few questions to get an idea of what I needed help with, they partnered me with one of their specialists and gave me a time frame that worked around my busy work schedule. When the expert arrived at my home, on time, he introduced himself and said he was there for an AC service. He located the unit, inspected the exterior and said he would let me know if he had questions or information to pass along. When he found the issue, he informed me of the issue and the price to proceed with the service. Technician Chris was very good kept me informed through out the service and noticed the original company that installed the equipment did not do a good job.
