Called on Saturday morning. It being in the triple digits, and my AC had not been cooling very much so I need someone to come out same day. The person on the line was very friendly and professional. Made the appt and told me they would come out between 2-4 which I found was a reasonable window. Justin came out EARLY!!! He was there around 12:45. Awesome, right before the heat really started to hit hard. Looked at the unit, took his time to make the needed repairs and cleaned it thoroughly. Took him about 2 hours to finish. The techs use shoes, over their work shoes so they don't track in any dirt. Very thoughtful and professional of them. They did charge for the visit even though I got the service. He explained it was because it was the weekend. I actually didn't think this unreasonable all things considering. I will definitely be calling them in the future. read more

This company is amazing. THis should be the only HVAC company you ever use in the San Gabriel, Inland Empire area. They go above and beyond with their customer service, from the girls in the office to all of their employees. The owner stands behind his company and quality of service they provide. Our AC went out in the heat of summer and we needed a company to either fix it or tell us we needed a new one. Well, they sent someone out and he was a newly trained employee and a mistake was made. The owner didn't even have to talk to me to find out what happened. He called the next day and came out himself with another seasoned employee to take care of the issue. It turned out we needed a new AC. I believe we all make mistakes but its how we resolve them that makes the biggest difference. I was sooooo impressed by how this company handled everything that I had them install the new AC this past summer and will have them do all my future HVAC work. It was a complete surprise how this turned out. I was initially anxious hiring new company servicing our AC unit. This company is ran very well and organized. From the beginning to the end, everything was done very professionally and smoothly. Friendly office staff called me to confirm our appointment, a day before and on the day, an hour before, and told me Josh is on the way. Josh showed up in a very clean company van, wearing clean bright company shirt. He was very knowledgeable and personable. When he came inside of the house, he put a boot covers on his shoes! Excellent!! Within 15-20 min, he found a problem and fixed it with a reasonable price. He gave us a recommendation for future service. He explained very well and not pushy at all. The A/C was not working in our rental property. I contacted All Pro Air via Yelp and they instantly responded stating they would be available to work on the air conditioner the next day. I was pleasantly surprised they would be available on such short notice, especially since the day they were coming out was July 3, which other businesses considered a holiday and were going to be closed. Fabian was our technician and he was very professional. He did run into difficulty trying to diagnose the problem with our unit, so he called two other technicians, Barry and Sheldon for assistance. They were able to locate the problem and had the unit fixed in a timely manner. The unit we have incorporates the zone system which is not commonly used. This is why it took some time to figure out the problem. If I ever need any A/C work done again, I will definitely call All Pro Air and request Fabian, Barry or Sheldon. As you may imagine when dealing with insurance, this was a long process. As a result, I spent a lot of time speaking with the technician Jervon as well as the manager Barry. They were both so kind and generous with their time and expertise in answering my questions and helping me to submit the documentation that I needed to get our claim approved. My heater would not come on, so I looked on Yelp for reputable Heating and A/C Companies. I noticed that All Pro Air has all 5 star reviews. I decided to call All Pro Air, and was greeted by a young lady who was very nice. She told me that a technician would arrive at my house between 2:00-4:00 p.m. At 1:30 p.m. I got a call from the very nice lady advising me that the technician would be at my house in 20-30 minutes, and he was! Chris was our technician, who was very nice and professional. Within an hour, he had my heater working! Chris has a great personality. He answered all of my questions with a smile. I can't say enough about these guys!!!! I recently purchased a fixer upper in Riverside and I had no air!! They came out, quoted me for my dream system and went ABOVE and BEYOND to put it in and make it what we wanted! From Jose and Dave, (sales team) to Jeff and Travis (installers) and even the owners Sheldon and Barry, they went over the top to get this system into the piece we are trying to make a home. Our a/c stopped working and it was almost 100degrees outside and indoors was just as bad! It was about 5:30pm on a Monday and I went down a list and start calling everyone to see who was available. Everyone I called could not come until the following day or following week! All Pro Air was able to send someone same day and would be an additional charge for being after hours (which was fine). Chris arrived shortly after. I am very nosy and like to see work that is getting done. He showed us everything as he was opening our A/C unit and started pointing out the issues, which we could clearly see! After he fixed the wiring and some other stuff (dont remember name) it was time for the motor. Turns out it was so corroded (he showed us that too) the parts were badly stuck together. After trying for a looong time to take it apart we called it a night (he left at 10pm!). Luckily it was nice cool night and had windows open. He returned next day like he said he would (he had to get additional equipment once places were open in morning to take motor and blades apart) and fixed it!! We were determined to just buy a whole new A/C before he came. He was honest and reliable and saved us so much money by basically addressing the issue and fixing it and giving us some tips and how to maintain it. Other companies would of sold us a unit given how pushy we were about that at first and how our mind was made up to just get new one. So we really appreciate his honesty and work!! Had another company come out earlier in the week insisting that I must replace my system, which was going to cost almost $12,000. On Friday, Josh came out and was extremely professional and listened to my concerns. He explained to me all my options and related costs. By the time Josh finished the repairs I chose to have completed, my unit was pumping cool air through the house. Called Lowe's and asked for a referral for an HVAC system in my house. They referred me to All Pro Air. The next day, a Saturday, we were visited by Steve Ibarra (of All-Pro) and Chris of Lowe's. This seemed like a nice touch to have Lowe's also come to our house for the consultation. Steve explained everything, he is very knowledgeable and also friendly. In fact he is more knowledgeable than perhaps all three of the other company people who came to also give us an estimate (all of them combined). Steve gave us several options on a new system. In the end, we accepted his proposal for a Lennox (Silver) system and an installation appointment was made for one week hence. This will be a huge improvement to the livability of our home and it's value when we go to sell. And all of this happened on the second hottest, and most humid day that Southern California has had in many years, July 7, 2018. It was 114 degrees outside. I had A/C issues on a Saturday night (naturally), so I emailed All Pro right away after finding them here on Yelp. I got a call on Monday morning as I was driving to work and was told they could be there that day! My issue was thoroughly explained, including the fact that the problem part was actually optional. I was given the pros and cons of replacing the part and wasn't pressured one way or the other for the job. I opted to replace it, and the work was done within 20 minutes. Excellent! read more

From the beginning the customer service was Awesome! I spoke to Tom and set up a free at home estimate, he called when he got there and was on the phone with me while looking around the attic letting me know what he saw. when he was done he sent me pictures to my cell phone and i received the estimate that same day. He followed up with me since the work wasnt something that could be done before we closed escrow. Once we did closed they were able to get out there the day after. The only reason i didnt give them 5 star rating is because our home is older home and has asbestos which All pro set that up with the abatement company they use (Sirris Abatment); at the time i thought Great! one less thing for me to worry about however i didnt think to ask who the abatement company before they did the work. Had i asked first I would of yelped them and saw all the bad reviews. Since we were not there when the abatement was done i have no idea if it was done properly and with all the bad review that abatement company has all i can do now is pray that they did it correctly. All Pro even came out a second time to complete the job (new vent grills) and a free maintenance service for the AC and Heater unit, no repairs there..thank goodness. Chris is the person that came the second time ( which we were there for this job) and he was awesome, he was thorough, on time and explained everything. read more

We were in the market to replacement our aged AC/heating system. After checking the reviews of several local AC installers, we decided to contact All Pro Air via email through their website. The very next day we received a telephone from All Pro Air to schedule an in-house survey of our system requirements. Barry was right on time for our appointment. He explained our options very clearly and answered all of our questions. Based on the information we received from Barry and the research we had already performed, we chose to go with the Lennox XC25 system. The seer rating for this unit is an outstanding 25! We scheduled the install for the following week. Due to a prior cancellation, we received a call from All Pro Air wanting to know if we would like to start the installation a day early. Given the heat, we certainly took advantage of this opportunity. Justin and Jeff were the install crew. They were extremely professional, courteous and clean. The install took a little under 2 days as we completely changed out our ducting as well. The Lennox XC25 is extremely energy efficient. The thermostat has some incredible options to get just the right cooling and heating environment. And by the way, Sheldon, who did the cooling calculations for our system decided that we needed an additional vent in our living room. They installed that at no extra cost to us. What a difference that made in our living room! Overall, we are extremely pleased with the work that was performed by All Pro Air. We would readily recommend them to anyone who has a need for an Air Conditioning and Heating specialist. This company will go above and beyond to provide you with the information you need and the support you need to either install a new system or maintain your existing system. We called this company to get another opinion about our 1988 heating/cooling unit, which reportedly had a hazardous heat exchanger and had been red tagged. We had been told the part was available by another company, but according to this company, there was no new part but perhaps the other company was referring to a rebuilt, etc., They were not recommending that. The young man who did the checking was very detailed in his work. We had several companies check the unit and this service repair person was personable and did a better inspection than the other companies. All-Pros followup and offer on a new unit was within range of other bids but offered a better Lennox unit. As a consumer, we did our review work on line so we had educated ourselves about the process. If we need service again, we would definitely give this company a call. The bids we obtained all have different quirks, so we are not resolved yet about a new heating and air unit. read more
