I contacted Jet Drain to repair a back up that had moved from kitchen to one of my showers. I had other plumbers attempt repairs and others with outrageous estimates. Jet Drain came out and began jetting the lines. Once cleared, they were able to see that the 70 yr old pipes under the house (on slab) were severely corroded and needed replacement. I was not expecting to replace all the waste pipes in the house, but after seeing the condition of the pipes, it was clear that it had to be done. They provided top-quality work at a very competitive price. Abi and his crew replaced all waste pipes under bathrooms and rerouted the kitchen/laundry line for more direct access to the main line. They also installed a cleanout at the main line. The work they completed is top tier quality. They were very considerate of the interruption the repairs had on our lives and coordinated their work for minimal disruption. They were very neat and respectful of our indoor and outdoor spaces, and the crew were all friendly and professional. Finding someone to do work that rarely needs to be done can be an extremely stressful process. At least with car repairs, you find someone you can trust and you stick with that guy until the end of time. But plumbers or electricians? Egads! Who can you trust? Who's not going to overcharge you or try to find imaginary problems that also need repair? Well, in this case it was Jet Drain. Earlier that morning, Costco was scheduled to deliver a new washing machine to replace the one that died after over a decade of faithful service. RIP. After they showed up an hour too early unannounced, they told us the valves were the wrong type and in the wrong place so they wouldn't hook it up until we called a plumber. Oh my! Turning to Yelp, about 4 businesses responded and I chose 2 I felt had the most solid reviews. Jet was the first to show up and immediately I felt these guys were trustworthy. They explained what needed to be done and pointed out what Costco would be checking when they returned. I would have had them start right then but I had one more company coming out for an estimate and didn't want to blow them off. They were pretty honest too but he started with a complete overhaul, tearing down the wall and replacing all the pipes for $1,800. Now I know I will need that one day but Wednesday was NOT that day. He did give me a lower quote for what I actually wanted but Jet was still cheaper. I asked the other company to send me the estimate for installing the valve box and drainage system for future reference. He said he would. He never did. Glad I chose Jet. I called to see if they could return that same day to do the work and they were available. There was a problem with the old connectors not fitting the replacement valves so the job became more difficult, thus more expensive. They were able to cut one of the pipes in order to solder a new connector for one valve and he went back to Home depot and located a different valve that did work on the existing pipe saving me a few hundred dollars. That meant a $300 job only increased to $450 instead of the $900 he originally thought it would cost if they had to bust the wall in order to cut the pipe, although he did bring the price down to $750 because he felt bad the job was becoming so expensive. Thanks to his diligence, the price only went up a bit even with the extra time and labor. Plus driving to Home Depot to try and find something to make the project work. I am so pleased with the service I got from these guys. I'm not sure if it was Abi or Aramis (I neglected to get his name) but I would recommend Jet Drain to anyone looking for a plumber. These guys are now my go to. I've got a handyman for the little jobs but if I need the big guns, it's Jet Drain all the way. read more

Went the extra mile! I needed my bathroom faucet replaced and setup a project to receive estimates. Jet Drain was one of only a few to provide an upfront estimate range. Most wanted to send someone over even though I provided 7 photos and hadn't purchased the replacement faucet at the time. I read all the reviews and went with Jet Drain. The service provider was very courteous and professional on arrival. The cost wound up being on the higher side of the estimate, but I approved the job knowing it'll be a bit of work. I'd normally do this myself, but didn't have the proper tools for the tight space. Everything looked fine at first, but I noticed water drips (very little) under the sink. Also noticed that the center piece of the faucet wasn't as tight as it should be. I decided to wait a day to see if it's something I can resolve myself or needed to contact them again. A few hours after the job was done, I was contacted by them asking about the job. I expressed the concerns I had and they immediately scheduled someone to come back at my earliest availability. Our washer pipes were leaking, and so of course like most people we call around or check yelp for local plumbers. After speaking with Abi, he made setting the service appointment time easy and was clear on estimating the basic pricing. The technician Servando and Danny came out the next morning right on time and were very professional, and listened to our issues. we get our sewers cleaned about once a year just to be on the safe side. few months ago out bathroom sink was draining slowly and a different plumber had lot of trouble cleaning it. there were lot of roots, don't know whether they were growing in the sink drain pipe or where the sink drain pipe was joining the sewer, but Ev plumbing guy came and took care of it. this tine it was a straight forward cleaning and Abbi sent couple of guys and they snaked both sewers and there were hardly any roots. the guys were friendly, snaked both sewers both ways and left. good job read more

Abi fixed my bathtub faucet leak after 2 sets of plumbers did a not so great job. Whereas the other plumbers seemed to blindly guess at issues and randomly replace parts, Abi spent a lot of time and care diagnosing the issue with my faucet and explaining to me each step of the way his hypotheses and how he would attempt to solve the problem. Jet Drain did a project at apartments about 4 months ago they added a clean out to unclog hair from tenant shower charge about $2000 to do the work had a problem yesterday with the shower clogging up again call Jet Drain and spoke to Erik about the problem I was having again. He advised me that he did not have any technicians to go out there to troubleshoot the issue with a tenant shower. He said he could get to me the next day because he was so busy with other commercial projects he had, that being said he put me to the side, knowing that we had tenants that had no shower because the shower was stopped up I told I speak to Abby the owner of the company to maybe get somebody out there today. Nobody ever called me back or courtesy. Call to tell me they could not make it out there. I would not recommend this company whatsoever the way they treated me as a customer. read more

This is another review as I have used this company twice in a month for different services. First, I contacted them for a quote to replace a water heater. When the plumber arrived, he looked at the water heater and noticed that it was rather new and didn't think it needed replacing. Instead he cleaned it out, got the pilot lit and it worked fine! He advised me to make sure to keep weeds and other grasses away as it was collecting inside the water heater storage container restricting airflow. He didn't even charge me for a service fee. As a result I called them again when my kitchen sink clogged and garbage disposal stopped working. They came on time and within a few minutes had the sink unclogged and replaced the garbage disposal. They advised me that the wiring was bad and I should have it checked. They advised me against connecting the wires until I could get it looked at. Good thing too. I had an electrician take a look and he advised that we should replace the wires and the covering was deteriorating. It could have resulted in a fire or at the least the garbage disposal not working and us not knowing why. Responsible, reliable and honest!!! So great to have such a great plumbing service locally. read more

The guy that showed up last week appeared high, walking slowly up to the property with his airpods in (which I discovered as I watched him go to the wrong house next door as I was trying to motion and speak loudly he was at the wrong house). For a company to send out an employee on an estimate for a potential customer with a substantial amount of work, they really ought to reconsider who they choose to use. This guy so dry and uninterested. He said they would get back to me with a quote, but it's been several days and I haven't heard a word via phone or email. Even if the quote was good, I doubt I would have considered them considering who they send out as a representative of the company.
