The servicemen (father and son; Tim Sr. and Tim Jr.) arrived early the next morning and took their time to assess our scenario. Both were polite and professional and applied a courtesy test to troubleshoot the issue. We used Drain Master to correct a plumbing/sewer issue we have had that caused back up in our basement as times. The man who came out was the owner's nephew, Ron. We had an initial estimate of $2500. that we paid prior to the work. In the end, we ended up paying $4000., have no estimate, no receipt, no paper work indicating the work that was done. During digging, a electric line was cut, and we no long have outside lights in the front of the house. Needs to be redug, and an electrician will repair the wire. No answer from ANYONE from Drain Master. All we asked for was for them to dig 2 feet in the area for the repair. Never asked for anything else. No reply to calls or texts. read more

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! When my brand new washing machine was delivered it couldn't be installed because we learned the drain piped was clogged and I need to call a plumber! -- the delivery guy told me as soon as the plumber's come out, we'll be back to install. Tim called me back right away and was able to come out a day later and fixed the problem without a hitch! (Tim and son)......so while Tim's there, I call the "delivery guy" to come install the washer -- and they tell me they can't come out for another week!! (total unacceptable!) -- Tim overheard my conversation and offered to install it for me (with his son) -- they had to physically move it from my front room to the laundry room, they installed it, in little time and it works great!......and I didn't have to wait another week to do laundry! I called the day before to confirm the appointment and was told that Joe would call me back. I took the day off of work to be home for the job and nobody showed up, and they didn't call me back when I called them. They are not dependable and their lack of communication sinks.
