I…read moreread the other Yelp reviews about his many problems, but I thought, a leaky toilet is a relatively small job, (fixing a leaking toilet is like Plumbing 101 right?). Sam seems so friendly at first--and he convinced me he knew what he was doing. But, $350 later, my toilets were not fixed at all. Sam agreed to come over to re-fix and actually did stop by again to state that he knew what he needed to do, and that he would order more parts and fix the toilets. But, since then, I have not been able to reach him. I have called and emailed him at least once a day for a month. I even used different phone numbers--but he did not answer his phone or emails--ever. It is also important to know that Sam is not verified by the state to do plumbing work. Like TM said, this can be verified by going to the state website (https://secure.lni.wa.gov/verify/) and typing in "Green T." I have also posted a screenshot from the website.

Many business don't care about that stuff, but he obviously wants to better his business by being upfront and owning up to dropping the ball. I know surprises come up that can't be helped but I was happy we didn't have any of those. I also really appreciated that the cuts he made in the drywall were replaced very nicely and not too large so I am able to tape and putty it all myself until I get ready to remodel the kitchen. I'm getting ready to insulate the crawlspace and had someone out here to do some rodent prevention prior to that work starting and the guy who was in my crawlspace said they did a very nice job with the repipe and asked who did it.
