I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Spaulding Decon and particularly, Patrick and Sandra Apoian. I was the victim of a hoarder who rented my home in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She was supposed to purchase the property, but supposedly was never able to get her credit score high enough to close. After almost 2 years, I finally evicted her. When we arrived at the house with the Sheriff's deputies, they would not even go into the house because it was so disgusting. I was in shock and could not believe that someone would live like that or do that to someone else's property. It was heartbreaking. This is a 100 year old farmhouse that is absolutely adorable and has always meant a lot to me, particularly because my husband and I got married in the backyard. I was advised to call ServPro and other restoration companies, but all were busy due to Hurricane Irma damage. Even then, they would not come to the house until all the fleas and other bugs were out of the house, which put me in an awful position, because we couldn't get all the bugs out until we got all of the "crap" out of the house. Long story short, I did some research online and was able to find companies like Spaulding Decon that specifically do this. I called several companies on the Saturday after the eviction on Thursday. Spaulding Decon was the ONLY company that answered the phone and got me in touch with someone! That was only the beginning of the unbelievable customer service that was provided throughout this entire ordeal. After my initial call, Spaulding Decon had Patrick Apoian contact me. Patrick called me within an hour and was at my house on Sunday morning. He immediately reassured me that he would do everything he could to get my home back to normal - and he did not disappoint! He and his team, including Sandra, worked tirelessly to get the house cleaned up and ready so I could do repairs and get past this horrible experience. He made this process so much easier and kept me from feeling like I was not drowning in despair. From the first day they made amazing progress and had everything done in record time, all the while, keeping me informed of the process. Patrick went above and beyond what was required and I could not be more grateful for that. Patrick, Sandra and the entire Apoian team are wonderful ambassadors for your company. I have already given his name and contact information to my insurance agent and a friend who may have a similar situation. I cannot express the gratitude that I feel for Patrick, Sandra and Spaulding Decon. I was a mess and you guys were my guardian angels. My recent experience with Madison and Justin at Spaulding Decon was exceptional. Our family's personal situation with an elderly relative's home was difficult. Justin and Madison, a couple team who owns Spaulding Decon, did a very good and thorough inspection for my property, going through all the corners of crawlspace as well as inside the house very thoroughly, pointed out all they found, and made the proposal that was reasonable.
