The flat price he provided me was a good price point for me and Bermie also allowed me to add additional services for a fee. Bermie was extremely transparent and responsive (I was kind of communicating with him regularly such that it felt like I was nagging him - but Bermie never made me feel that I was. On the day of the cleaning, which is the day I am writing this review, Bermie and his team (who I later found to be his wife and brother in law) arrived on time and had all their equipment ready. Bermie informed me they'll take about 3 hours, but it was much closer to 4 (started 4PM and finished nearly at 8PM - this is NOT a bad thing). All I can say is Bermie and his team did so well at cleaning my rental apartment that I was actually thinking to myself, "man, I should move back in!" You can't go wrong with trying out Bermie and his team, folks. They are experienced, dedicated, and really put the work in. I definitely will get Bermie and his team to come clean my new place soon!
