Prior to speaking with Vanessa, I spoke to about 5 agents in this space who candidly did not seem like they knew what they were talking about (one even suggested he only set up the vet appointment and I mail in the paperwork, which he was happy to charge me $XXX for- sir, what am I contacting you for then?). Vanessa not only responded immediately with comprehensive information about the process (more than the USDA website and even the Vietnamese customs page- I looked) and what she could do for me. She moved mountains to make this happen, met with me at the vet process, and clearly cares deeply about the animals she is helping to move. I have to again underscore how different my experience with Vanessa was from other providers where it really felt like you're paying someone to move around paperwork and they actually expressly disclaim that after all that your dog may not even meet the requirements to get on the plane. Vanessa gave me the comfort to know things will be fine because she does this all the time, as opposed to other operators who kind of seem like they're just winging it. I made an appointment online for an emergency transport for my big dog because I wasn't able to fit her in my car; no confirmation other than an email. Couldn't reply back to the email because their email account is not working and the email bounced back. They did not show up on the day we made the appointment. They did not answer the calls. They did not return voice messages or text messages. They did not follow up requests for confirmation and did not acknowledge the customer appointment. I suppose a proper business would acknowledge a request that has been asked in advance with 2 days notice and is for a medical purpose. I explained the urgency of the situation but no luck. Not showing up and not acknowledging and keeping the customer and their emergency in limbo is far from ideal. I won't be recommending this if you need something reliable.

He was scheduled for an intensive surgery and at that point he could not even stand up by himself so we were out of our wit on how to get him to the hospital. (Bear in mind he is a 100 pounder). I found 360 pet cab on a Sunday and Jeanne replied quickly and gave me a call to go over the scheduling for next day. The scheduling process was easy breezy. On the day of the transportation, Tony and certified Vet Tech, Marissa arrived on time. They were not only professional and efficient but also very compassionate with Donut and us. Tony was so caring that he drove slow due to Donuts condition and they also called ahead to the hospital so they are ready to check us in when we arrived. Marissa was such a sweet girl and Donut just loved her! We also use them to pick up Donut from the surgery and had the same professional and warming treatment. Throughout the whole ordeal, Jeanne was with us the whole time and always text or call to check up on Donut. You can tell this is not just a business to her but Jeanne truly loves animal! I will continue to use and recommend their service but hopefully next time is for something fun since they also transport pet for outing! Thank you Jeanne, Tony and Marissa!

After 4 days of pick up/ drop off service and being nothing but nice to her, we were in the process of getting extra keys made for her team, and out of the blue, we received an automated cancellation email for the remainder of our 4 weeks of shuttles to/ from SF Puppy Prep with zero explanation. We critically needed the service in order to be able to get our puppy to / from training during the work day, so cancelling all future weeks with no notice or explanation, really put us in a tough spot. We therefore texted and called for several days to get answers and finally got a non-response email from her of "thank you for using us this past week, we are sure you will find another service." Passive aggressive behavior like this to customers is so unprofessional- no phone call, no headsup, no explanation. Now we have to cancel the rest of our puppy classes and still have no clear reason why Emi dropped us except for the original auto message we received saying that her "taxi is now full" despite us pre booking and confirming weeks in advance.... Hmm. Maybe prejudice? You should check out Wiggling Tails instead. They don't service our area but I'm sure they will treat you better than Emi did to us!

I can honestly say Lynda is one of the only people that's not a family member that I trust wholeheartedly with his care. It also helps that he has become best friends with one of her recent foster fails I love that they only take small (or very calm larger dogs), allow them to cuddle in bed and most importantly only use positive reinforcement. I always trust that he is being treated as if he was one of their own. Could not recommend Lynda or her services enough. We feel so lucky to have found her!
