A female worker immediately lost her temper and began screaming at me in front of everyone, calling us 'disgusting,' 'animals,' and 'horrible.' I was standing with a group of Jewish kids, and it was entirely clear from her tone, targeted hostility, and use of the phrase 'you guys' that her verbal abuse carried deeply offensive, anti-Semitic undertones. There is absolutely no excuse for a staff member to scream at customers, let alone use highly derogatory and discriminatory language toward children. This worker was toxic, disrespectful, and created a hostile environment. Management needs to immediately review their closing-time camera footage, identify this employee, and take immediate disciplinary action. My family and friends do not feel safe or welcome here under that current staff member."

Pretty fun to check out for families especially with kids! Do expect longer wait time on a nice day and they won't let you use your phone for pictures or videos on the ride. 4-4.5 stars for me but bumping it up to 5 stars to support local nonprofits.

I understand it's a public place , it's summer , however would it be a lot nicer if they could have an adult only part of the park . More appropriate for the people who want to relax . The game masters were very accommodating and started us right away and there was no wait in between each rooms. The lobby is an open area with just the entrance to the three rooms. You enter into the same hallways but get debriefed at a different door each time depending on the game you are playing. It's definitely a more fun experience if you attend with people that you know share the same momentum and goal. Purchasing all 3 games is the most worth it, but when it gets busy you may have to share the room w/ random people or have to wait in between rooms. We're glad that we decided to try all 3 and receive the full experience. As for the rooms, if you like Disney rides, you are going to love these! The high tech quality of the props, storyline, and surround sound system implemented were all state-of-the-art. One minute, you'll feel like you're in an Egyptian tomb, the next in a futuristic spaceship, and then entering a hundred year old castle. The puzzles were not hard, some were actually pretty much geared towards kids. This is not your typical puzzle-heavy escape room. You are really here to experience a movie set and immerse yourself into it like an actor on set. We enjoyed all 3 rooms, but if we had to pick a favorite, I would say the "Tomb" is up there. They will give you a score at the end, pending on the time you spend in there, how many errors you've made, and if you used any of the clues or not (the clues are "voluntarily" given pending on the time you spend at a specific location because remember these are 30 minute rooms so the game will push you along and will not let you be stuck at a place for too long). This is a very family friendly park, with quite a lot of walking, some degree of waiting but overall a lot of visible effort put into curating a wonderful experience for the whole family. Came with a few of my friends, no kids and still had an enjoyable time. From trying the granny's apple fries (mid) to the mango lolly, and the 4D theater (loved it, a lot of effects and surprises, a show time every 30 minutes and just a space to enjoy some AC for a while on a hot day), we easily spent 4 hours here. We also went on the fire truck race, the dragon ride (the most roller coaster like ride), the lego ninjango ride, factory adventure ride, pirates water gun ride, and explored the miniland. Definitely got some cardio in from the cable cars being shut down. All the different rides mentioned, were a little different and fun to experience overall. Worth checking out at least a couple of the rides, and seeing how they're different. All the bathrooms I encountered were so clean, with lots of availability all over the park.

There were many curves going down the next destination besides the stairs for strollers and wheelchairs. My favorite ride with my daughter was the Brick Party carousel. It was very big and held many people including wheelchair companions. The carousel was made out of LEGO bricks, which was so cool. The best thing about this was that there was no height requirement so any one can go in. The park had more height and age requirements as I went deeper into the park. One of the rides Driving School needed an age of 6 and up and nothing above 13 years old to ride the cars! The whole park had refill stations for soda and water so that was a plus for me because I ran out of water a couple of times from the heat. The park had a build challenge where you can collect a Lego brick keychain or a mini set at the end of the day. You got to do a minimum of 3 challenges even though the card got 5 challenges in total. Too bad this challenge is only for kids. The adults can play the challenge but they only get a card of rewards point to your Lego account. All in all, the park was too big and I did not get to finish it even in 2 days, it was a lot. There was a lot of walking in this park. I got to wait for my toddler daughter to grow up to enjoy the park a bit more so I'll be sure to hit the park next time she becomes bigger.

The namesake slide was closed all morning, which was a bummer, but I'm also not sure my kids would have actually done it. The trampolines, acrobatic swing bar, and multi-level play structure were their favorites. I agree that some people working here were more happy to be there. The waiver is long. Try to do it ahead of time.

We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.

Hibachi, ect). Bubble tea and ice cream shops are sprinkled throughout. Place has a mix of luxury stores (Gucci, Tiffany & Co, Hermes) and budget options (Uniqlo, Gap). I also saw a self serve wine bar and a champagne bar. What makes this place stand out is the indoor water park, the Nickelodeon theme amusement park, indoor ski slope with artificial snow and live theater. An H-Mart supermarket and food hall claim residence. They also have a large arcade with claw machines, video games and interactive games. A fun place to just shop, or have fun at the attraction parks.

It appeared that Nickelodeon portion is a separate fee from the waterpark portion. The amusement park portion was in a more crowded and busier portion of the mall. Covering the entire mall didnt seem feasible in one day. I will get back another time as it is huge.

When we arrived, everything was up and running as if it were daytime. All the games, rides and attractions were in service. Lazy River, pool tubing and the main pool were all open and full of people ready for a great time. We were treated to a DJ who understood the crowd assignment and shoutout to the most wonderful staff. All employees on this night were in a great mood and they gave party vibes too. The promoters didn't over sell this event, so crowds and lines weren't a problem at all. I had such a blast that I wasn't even mad about getting my phone wet. I'm looking forward to going back to The Funplex for another After Dark night out. I thought they were gonna shortchange us but that didn't happen. We were given the whole experience. Good stuff!

Each session features a different game with about 10-12 levels each. If you fail a level, no worries because you can always repeat it. You can also take a short break in between the sessions, which we definitely did because it was quite a good workout session.
