Upon arrival, we waited in line for a few minutes and by time we got to the front we were told to go to the computers off to the side to make an account to get our K1 Speed "license." Then we had to get back in line again. Wish there was a sign that said to make an account first so we didn't waste time. Once getting our "license" we were given a head wrap to wear underneath our helmets and told that the next race wasn't for another hour. I asked the guy if he could give us a schedule - are races at the top of each other? This would help us determine where we could go eat to kill time. He just said to come back in a hour and he would make it work. To be honest, I had zero confidence. I thought we were going to rush back from eating and then wait another 30mins but he thankfully told us he could have us racing in 5mins. The race was fun - there were 6 of us as a group along with a few strangers in the mix. We did the lowest option which was included 2 races. One race itself is 12 laps which takes approx 10mins. The 2 race option was about $55 per person - little pricey considering how quickly it goes. K1 is an indoor go-kart race facility located inside the Palisades Mall on the 2nd level. It's all electric and the adult karts can go up to 45mins. Vroom vroom

Came here with a group for go karting. We pre-booked our time slot with RPM which I highly…read morerecommend... theres minimal wait once you arrive, and they basically schedule your races with very short breaks in between, so you can be in and out fairly quickly. We did 4 races, which does get a little exhausting at the end. Its a fun track, with elevation changes and lots of turns. Carts are in good condition, and actually the pedals can be extended quite far so great for tall drivers (I often have trouble getting comfortable in karts). Apparently you can adjust the wheel as well. We managed to qualify for the top speeds to be unlocked, which were fairly fast, but could be faster (didn't really have to brake anywhere). Only complaint is the staff seem a little disorganized. We were not told about the lockers initially so had to leave our valuables in the helmet area. And we were not really provided much detail about how the 4 race is structured when we arrived. That said, this may be my favorite option for electric karting in the tri state area.

Also played some arcade games. :) I think the price was fair. The last place I went to that was similar to this used fuel, and I paid around $79. Considering the $10 difference, I say it's decently priced! Just a little note: the safety video needs subtitles because you cant hear anything.
