The main reason I'm giving this resort four stars is because of the staff--they truly went above and beyond, even though there was a slight language barrier at times. That said, the hotel could use some renovations; for example, the tiles on the pool floor are broken. Additionally, the room service food was disappointing. One of the items we ordered was a burger, and the patty had a weird, mushy texture and was quite bland. However, the food at the restaurants was a different story--delicious across the board. I loved everything from the Italian and Asian cuisines to the American dishes and more. Overall, the incredible staff and restaurant experiences made this a memorable stay.

What went well??? What didn't lol It was an amazing location, friendly helpful staff, immaculate rooms and grounds, relaxing beach and excellent service! The photos don't even do it justice. The honeymoon suite with plunge pool was so wonderful. Exactly what we had hoped for foe our 1st anniversary. Preferred club is worth every penny. The lounge is relaxing and convenient. The pool is about the same, one wish would be that it was ADULTS ONLY pool. Overall, a memorable experience. Don't hesitate to book!!

    Exquisite pools.

Within the first few hours of our arrival, a leak began in the ceiling of our bathroom. From this point on, Management and the Staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Osomar and Gustavo did an incredible job of making amends. We were so welcomed by the friendly staff, and the care was amazingly attentive. Jhandi, on the beach, Enrique and Jorge, at breakfast with incredible omelettes, Russel at the pool bar, Jaime, at Portofino and the fiestas, and Antonio, at our private birthday dinner on the beach, provided some of the best service we've ever had. ¡Muchas Gracias, mi amigos! Highly recommend!! We will be back!!

My family and I had such a wonderful time here! It was our first all-inclusive experience so we were excited, and I'm glad they didn't disappoint. From the beginning, I liked how safe it was - the security outside checked if our names were on the reservation list and took down our Uber's plate number. We were then greeted with some cool, minty towels while they took our luggage. We got preferred so we were escorted to the lounge upstairs where we started off with some snacks and wine while checking in. Food options were fantastic. I didn't get to try the buffet but my family said that they had a great selection. Our favorite was the Asian restaurant, Himitsu. We ate there twice and food was consistent, and service was always great. I also loved how clean everything was. From the pools, the beach area, and the lobby - which smelled fantastic. Also, service was excellent no matter where we went. They really made our stay extra special. Only two complaints - the ac in our room wasn't working. We had to call maintenance twice cause we were sweating in the room. It didn't really get cool until our last night, so that's something that they should definitely look into. Also, the flush wasn't working well so we had to get that fixed also. But we had such an amazing time! I was really hesitating to book because of the reviews but I'm glad I did.

I'm quite sure where to start with this review. I really don't wanna make it like a review more like recommendations for future people looking to book here. I've been to so many resorts before in Mexico and this one is one that I'm questioning to be back due too many Reasons about coming back to this resort again . First, when I booked the hotel for some reason, I got charged the full amount after a couple days of booking a lot of resort you pay up at check-in . This resort has a lot of locals which it's fine but I feel like sometimes they don't follow the rules and having kids running around like daycare here, which for the price I payed I wasn't expecting to see so many locals here . Also keep in mind this is the first resort I stayed that's unfortunately NOT all the rooms have balcony in the room. Unfortunately, I didn't know until I receive my room. I have a glass, big window, but no, I want balcony at least sliding doors to be able to dry up clothes and walk out for the morning view. Restaurants here they don't take reservations besides the hibichi one, every night to eat at the carte restaurants was about 40-50 minutes wait time. This resort have couple areas to preference members which yet again wasn't stated when I was booking Even at the beach they have reversed areas and chairs which it's fine for those preference member but yet those were half of the time empty and they're really moving people out of the area. I feel like at this point just let guest use them too since they were plenty more than enough. The only reason I'm mentioned this is because we booked 4 rooms two were preferred and the others weren't just made it very uncomfortable even at the Beach where is public place to no be able to seat together. They do have entertainment every night a course something very simple like karaoke night , dj and silent night, live music very family friendly

    Paella on the Pool Patio

Overall great hotel! Service is great, Food is great, rooms are good, and I say this because the bathrooms are a little outdated, but clean. I've stayed at several hotels in Cancun. This hotel is really good, I'd come again in a heart beat. Mexican night and the monstrous Paella on the pool patio made this trip! Excellent!

Finally got a chance to get away and decided on the Dreams resort. It was beautiful and the beach is clean. The majority of the staff are very friendly and attentive and our room was beautiful with a nice view. They have lots of food options to choose from and a 24 hour coffee shop. Can't wait to return.

First off I'm going to begin with Oscar, Oscar is at the front desk he is who checked me in. He was very polite answered all my questions and on top of that I probably walked back to him 3 to 4 more times within three days of being there, asking more questions he answered all of them he helped me out with recommendations around Cancun. I will give from 0 to 10 on hospitality a solid 9.5 with other staff only because there was one person that wasn't quite friendly It was probably the first time ever working in the hospitality but at the end of the day, they still delivered on what I asked for. But I will definitely definitely return and this will be the only place I stay at from now on I've been to Cancun five times I found my forever home. Thanks again, Oscar.

How this hotel has 4.4 stars on Google is beyond me. My girlfriend and I stayed at Dreams Sands in Cancun for 5 nights and we were so disappointed. I used up all the points l've acquired over the last several years for the Honeymoon Suite (166,000 points) and the room smelled like sewage, the ceiling light fixture in the bathroom had a leak, there were stains, and every sink smelled terrible while using it. As far as I know, the Honeymoon Suite is the second best room in the whole resort, right beneath the presidential suite. It was HORRENDOUS. I'm usually a very tolerable person but after the 3rd night I could not take it anymore and reported the leaking ceiling and sewage smell to the front desk because my girlfriend was getting very nauseous from the smell. They told me they'd send a maintenance guy to take care of it but I don't know that they ever came. The actual hotel employees were respectful and I thought their service was good, apart from them blatantly ignoring my request to have the leak/sewage smell fixed. The food was better than I had expected and the beach was great. The room itself was just disgusting. Everything was slightly damp in the room, including the pillows and sheets -- presumably from the persistent leak from the ceiling light fixture. It was supposed to be a romantic week for my girlfriend and I but it was just such a turn off. My girlfriend has been sick to her stomach even after returning from our trip (it's been 3 days). I can't prove that her stomach issues and nausea is from the room because I feel perfectly healthy, but she started feeling sick as soon as we got to the hotel room. Please do not stay here unless you don't mind gross rooms. And if you do stay here, get their cheaper rooms because it really isn't worth getting the Honeymoon Suite. What a waste. I can't believe I spent all my points here. It was worth way less than what I spent. Like, significantly less.

Just got back from Sands. The beach is very nice. Plenty of space to walk and sit and enjoy in front of the ocean. The ocean in front of the resort is phenomenal. You can literally walk to the buoys. The sand underneath is smooth, clean of rocks and debri. There was very little seaweed. Best beach I have seen so far. The food was subpar. I have been to multiple resorts (all Hyatt inclusive), and the food here just didn't compare. In fact I got food poisoning the last night there. The staff was kind. Check in and out was easy, but we did do preferred. Our room was Preferred King Ocean Front. Our room number was 526, here is the view in the day and at night watching the sunset. Both lovely views. I was disappointed you could not hear the ocean from the ocean front room, there are fountains in the pools that deterred you from hearing it.

Only gave them 4-stars because we were here only here for a day/night and because of the pandemic a lot of the amenities was not available at this time. I hate that we couldn't stay longer maybe next time because we didn't get to venture out on the town! Next time for sure! When we got there they had us wash our hands and checked out temperature with this high tech thermometer where you stand in front of it and it checks your temperature. First time seeing this...lol. So we get inside the lobby area and it was so nice and spacious! Was greeted with a special drink while we waited to check in our rooms. Just like our last hotel in Tulum there was the plastic partition in between us and the hotel staff. Everyone had on masks while inside the hotel lobby and everywhere besides the beach and restaurants. I believe there was 4-restaurants but don't quote me on that. Because we was only there a day we only got to try one. The Chinese/Thai style restaurant which was really good. The rooms were on the smaller side and because it was 3-of us it was a little tight, but we made it do what it do. The beach area was great and I really enjoyed that they had a drink menu so my brain could rest and not try to think too hard on different drinks. Because for some reason I can never come up with a drink I would like so having some options is great. The restaurant we tried was really good and we were even able to try the Italian restaurant which unfortunately was not good at all. Wish I would have taken a picture of what we got because it was very disappointing. Not even close to Olive Garden quality Italian so they need to work on that cuisine. I was leaning on 3.5/4 because everything closed so early! It's a resort and I'm use to at least one of the bars not closing at all or very late, but I'm not sure if it was because it was a Sunday or the pandemic but like 1100pm everything stopped. So I'm hoping this is not the norm of things. Hopefully soon I will get back and be able to check out the area and the hotel will be up in full capacity!

absolutely one of the best hotel I've stayed in. The staff is phenomenal. you don't have to be a preferred guest to be treated like royalty. special shout out to Alex and Manuela at the beach. they made life so easy and relaxing. The food was amazing. Special shout out to Chef Alberto, Elizabeth and Cesear at the breakfast buffet. Must try the homemade hot chocolate! This is my second trip this year and I'm praying I'll be back before the year ends. By the way, the beach was so clean and gorgeous!!

However, what truly struck us both this time was the incredibly warm treatment we received. A hotel is only as great as its staff, and the team here is what makes it special. We booked a club-level oceanfront room, which included butler service. Our butler, Arturo, absolutely came through for us. He handled our restaurant and cabana reservations ahead of time and was instrumental in securing a late check-out on our final day. The dining at this all-inclusive is superb. For breakfast, Siete offers a decent buffet, and our waiter, Helvert, was incredibly kind and always took the time to chat with us. For dinner, DB was our top choice for elegant continental dining, complete with a live pianist. The manager, Susana, provided excellent service, the food was delicious, and the chef even came out to greet us. We also loved Hidden Gardens, a relaxed Asian-fusion spot with tasty food, impeccable service, and another welcome visit from the chef. During the sweltering day, the pool is the main draw. Lalo was always helpful in securing our requested cabana. They cost an extra $115 each time, but they are completely worth it to escape the intense sun. Our pool waitress, Marysol, befriended us and knew exactly what non-alcoholic drinks to bring us. My wife is a big coffee drinker, so we frequently stopped by the included Starbucks, where David the barista gave excellent service and loved chatting with me about World Cup soccer. Also, a big shoutout goes out to Lady and Daisy at the spa. They gave my wife and I heavenly massages. However, the absolute heart of the entire hotel is Marco, the extraordinary juicer at Siete! His positivity, jokes, and contagious smile drew a long line of people waiting for his blended drinks every morning. Thank you to everyone for making our trip so memorable!

This is not a party resort. When we were there, there was a karaoke night and a DJ in one of their lounges, but it was never crowded and the events ended early or people just left early. The 1st room we stayed in was HORRIBLE! We couldn't sleep. There was a loud rumbling sound coming from the huge air conditioning units right outside balcony. Ear plugs did not help. We talked to 3 other people also complaining about the noise from their rooms also. We were so thankful to Eileen/Aileen at the front desk for moving us. She let us view 3 rooms that were available. We went from a partial ocean view room with a king bed on the 2nd floor to a garden view (actually just the alley with trees) with 2 queen beds on the 1st floor. There was no noise whatsoever! Yaaaay! The person booking excursions could be more friendly. He seemed uninterested and looked bored. Whenever we saw him speaking to other guests, he really looked bored or tired. ONE STAR for the spa. We arrived 15 minutes early for a couples massage. My husband was led to the men's side and I was taken to the women's side. The young lady leading the way, paused at the locker room but led me directly to the quiet room. I was fully dressed and had all my belongings with me. Everyone else was in robes. Why wasn't I given a locker to store my things and a robe to change into??? I was so upset and felt so out of place. When my husband met me in the quiet room he was as confused as I was as to why I was still fully dressed. We were led to the massage room and I asked AGAIN about changing into a robe and storing my things. One of the masseuses said I didn't need to. WTF? So I undressed and piled my clothes onto an ottoman. I could not relax. The music was too loud and inappropriate. Why are you playing music with someone singing loudly? When it was over, it took me a while to calm down. We paid for shit service?! We came back and spoke to Jessica at the desk. She was also confused and concerned about the whole lock and robe ordeal. She offered a discounted spa treatment the next day but we were leaving. I wouldn't have taken it anyway. Overall, the staff was AMAZING! Please recognize them! They worked really hard to make our stay enjoyable. Get to know the staff and tip them well. Thank you to Jose at Egos who made sure our hands always had a drink in them; Carlos at Varenna for the house special cocktails; Miguel who took care of us while we relaxed on the beachside cabana. He was so attentive, personable and funny. Alejandro at the poolside bar made us laugh, Israel at Azur for the honest feedback when we had questions about the dinner menu, and Cesar at Hidden Garden who helped us figure out what was what in the darkness of the dining area. One that note, why is it so dark at Hidden Garden during the dinner service? We had to use the flashlights on our phones to read the menu and see our food. Fernando at the Siete breakfast buffet was awesome! We watched him smoothly take care of so many tables. We never felt neglected despite all the tables and people he was tending to. Lulu (Lou Lou?) is AMAZING, FUNNY and ENTERTAINING! We were lost the 1st night we arrived. He stopped what he was doing to personally escorted us to Azur in the darkness, around all the pools. We ran into him several times during our stay. He always made sure we were ok and having a good time. His energy is unmatched! Thank you to Omar, from the Concierge desk. He welcomed us when we arrived and gave us so much information about the resort. It seemed like he works everywhere. We saw him at different places in the resort. Maryam from the Concierge Desk! She was an angel. She really listened to all of our concerns. She was so friendly and funny. Even when our stay was over and we were waiting for our ride, she offered drinks and food to take with us to the airport. She definitely put a smile back on my face.

Unfortunately, for the past two years, our experiences have declined significantly. The hotel no longer maintains the level of service and standards we once loved. The atmosphere feels different, the staff are not as welcoming, and there is a noticeable lack of attentiveness and care. During this stay, we had a particularly unpleasant two-day experience at the beach regarding the setup of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Rather than going into every detail, I will simply say the situation was handled poorly and left us very disappointed. What was most upsetting was that no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issue or make up for the inconvenience. Even after speaking with Guest Relations, who mentioned contacting the General Manager, nothing improved the following day. No accommodation or gesture was offered, which was surprising given the hotel's luxury positioning. It is also noticeable that the property feels quite empty during weekdays, except on special occasions or long weekends. Even then, the warmth and hospitality we once associated with this hotel seem to be missing. That said, I want to sincerely recognize Valenzo, who served us daily. He was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. We never had to ask for anything, he would notice small details, like refilling ice before we even realized it was melting. His service was outstanding and he truly tried to make our stay better. Thank you, Valenzo. You made a difference. It is genuinely sad to see a place that once meant so much to us lose its standard. We hope management takes guest feedback seriously and invests in retraining staff to restore the level of service this property was once known for.

Great breakfast and lunch buffets. I wish the food was a little better at the restaurants but it got the job done. No reservations needed unlike some of the other all-inclusive hotels. Excellent service the entire stay. Great beach access. Get out to the pool/beach early if you want to reserve a chair for the day. If not, people leave around lunch time and you can snag their chair. Located in the hotel zone of Cancun so it only took maybe 15 minutes to get there from the airport. Gated resort with an attendant. We never felt unsafe and even ventured off of the property to check out the shops across the street. I would highly recommend this resort!

Guys please save your money and book your stay somewhere else . Worse resort I been to in my life…read morehorrible food horrible service . From the beginning we got here room was dirty we had to complain and get them to clean . The people who say this is a good resort clearly have not been to a good resort . At least go to one of the riu resorts. Secrets is not it. Food is horrible . Burned steaks . We had to leave the resort go to a restaurant to eat something good. Also on the beaches you get harassed every second to buy an excursion . Worse resort I been to in my life. Also my wife was pregnant we waited 25 mins to be seated and then the guy manager "Luis" in the steakhouse says I can't go in because I'm not wearing long pants. Great I understand and respect policy but why did you not tell me 25 mins ago when I came and checked in made my pregnant wife wait all that time to be denied. I will never return to this resort I will make sure none of my friends or anyone I know stay here take your money elsewhere . Also whatever you do if you do end up in this forsaken resort DO Not upgrade to preferred club the Infiniti pool is stupiddd and the alcohol is same as the other bars they just try to sell you on expensive alcochol by the bottle. They be like 4500 ... but in pesos .. in dollar 280 or something ... ripofff Anyone putting positive review for this resort clearly has not been to a decent resort and they do not know any better!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others. I'm giving Grand Oasis…read moreCancún two stars, and those stars are solely because of Lorenzo and Carina. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely made our stay more enjoyable. Without them, this would have been a one-star review. The resort lures you in with the promise of an all-inclusive vacation, but the reality was incredibly disappointing. The food was some of the most unappetizing I've ever seen at a resort. Very little looked fresh or appetizing, and dining quickly became something we dreaded rather than enjoyed. The property itself is very dated. The rooms, common areas, and grounds all show significant wear, and many areas felt dirty or in need of repair. We even had cockroaches in our room. Air conditioning was either weak or nonexistent in many parts of the resort, making it uncomfortable to escape the heat. One thing they don't make clear when booking is that there are different resort access levels based on your wristband color. We had blue bracelets, while guests with black bracelets had access to noticeably nicer amenities and areas. It leaves standard guests feeling like second-class visitors. Cleanliness was another major issue. Guests frequently left trash around the property, and we were disturbed to learn on our last day that reusable cups were being rinsed in a brown sanitizing solution before being handed back out. If you stay here, bring your own insulated cup. My husband and I both came home sick with bad colds, and while I can't say what caused it, seeing the cup sanitation process certainly didn't inspire confidence. Another disappointment was the atmosphere. All of the pool bars closed by 6:00 p.m., and by around 11:00 p.m. the resort felt completely dead. Aside from the spring break crowd, there wasn't much energy or entertainment. Overall, this resort feels like it's surviving on its spring break reputation rather than investing in the guest experience. Between the poor food, outdated facilities, cleanliness concerns, uncomfortable rooms, and confusing tiered access system, I would never recommend Grand Oasis Cancún. Save your money and book elsewhere

Grand Oasis Cancun was the worst all-inclusive resort experience we've ever had…read more We booked this resort for our sons' senior graduation trip based on advertising that promoted it as a fun, energetic party resort. The reality was the exact opposite. Check-in took over an hour because staff claimed they couldn't find our Expedia reservation. Another person in our group had already paid for services through the resort's website but was repeatedly asked for additional payment. Our group spent an extra $1,000 on upgrades hoping to improve the experience. It didn't. The rooms were small, outdated, dirty, and not worth the extra cost. The food was terrible. We expected mixed quality based on reviews, but much of it was barely edible. Making dinner reservations felt intentionally difficult, and once we finally secured them, we were forced to sign agreements acknowledging additional fees if we were late. The biggest disappointment was the complete lack of atmosphere. There was very little music, almost no nightlife, and most activities shut down before 11 PM. We ended up leaving the resort almost every night so the boys could find entertainment elsewhere. What frustrates me most is how misleading the marketing is compared to the actual experience. After more than 15 years of booking travel through Expedia, I'm genuinely disappointed that Expedia continues to partner with and promote a resort that feels built around false advertising, upselling, and disappointing guests. We trusted the Expedia brand, and this resort fell far short of the experience it promised. Save your money and book somewhere else.

We came in, it was raining, just tropical rain... meaning not hard rain. Guess what? Considering we were at 20th floor, as we enter the rooms (2 adjacent rooms) i noticed that the inside rooms have puddles of water by the patio! We called the housekeeping, they're quick enough to clean the rooms and took the carpet out. It became more spacious then. concerns on maintenance. On our day-1, the fridge was not cooling enough and the AC was not working, imagine the weather in Cancun around this time... hot! We called the maintenance, they were able to fix the AC but the fridge. We got the all inclusive, it was worth it! Eat and drink wherever and whenever in the resort. There's buffet, sit-down, fine diner, bars and coffee all you can!!! The waiters and waitresses are all nice. No bad service. But I would like to give a shout out to our waiter Freddie at Da Vinci (fine dining). Awesome customer service!! Overall, it was a good experience but maintenance needs to upgrade!

Unfortunately, we booked our stay at this hotel through Costco, and the pictures used to advertise…read morethe property were very misleading. The resort looked much newer and more upscale online than it did in person. In reality, the property felt old and run-down. We arrived around 8:00 p.m. after our flight was delayed, and the check-in experience was disappointing. We weren't given a map of the resort or any information about where the restaurants, pools, or other amenities were located. It wasn't a warm or welcoming arrival, especially compared to other all-inclusive resorts we've visited. The food was another major letdown. The buffet served many of the same dishes every day, and the quality was below what we expected. One day, they had fresh coconuts available by the pool, but they were charging $15 each. At an all-inclusive resort, we found that surprising and disappointing. The pool area also lacked basic amenities. There was very little shade, making it uncomfortable to spend much time there during the day. The pool bar closed around 5:00 p.m., which seemed very early, and there was no poolside drink service, so you had to leave your chair every time you wanted something. Although there were a few outdoor restaurants within walking distance, the service was very slow, and the extreme heat made the walk less enjoyable. We were also disappointed that only two restaurants allowed children, which greatly limited our dining options as a family. The children's splash pad and water play area were located on the opposite side of the resort, requiring a long walk each time. Throughout our stay, it felt like the resort catered more to timeshare owners than regular guests. There were multiple employees trying to get us to attend timeshare presentations, yet the overall customer service was lacking. The room was another disappointment. We paid extra for what was described as an "Ocean Suite," but it was located on the first floor with virtually no ocean view. Starting around 10:00 a.m., loud announcements and activities at the pool could be heard clearly from our room. The room itself smelled musty, the air conditioner leaked water, and housekeeping often left dirty cups behind instead of removing them during cleaning. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive vacations we've experienced. The resort was small, had very little to offer, and was not nearly as kid-friendly as advertised. Between the misleading photos, poor food, lackluster service, room issues, and constant timeshare sales pitches, we would never stay here again and would not recommend it to families looking for a relaxing all-inclusive vacation.

Marriott All Inclusive Cancun Resort…read more This is my fifth stay at this Marriott property having spent time with my entire family twice when it was the Mariott Casa MAGA Resort, and then again for my 25th & 35th wedding anniversaries, this time for a milestone birthday. The addition of the "Marriott Experience" App (available for I-Phone and Android users) makes navigating nation the myriad of restaurants and menus easy. Room Service menus are on the App but you still have to call to order--a bit antiquated and I expect that feature to be added! Nightly entertainment and tremendous cocktails in the Great Room is a must do along with various nightly entertainment/activities including a casino night! The property has enough cuisine options for a stay that you can vary from traditional Mexican (Casa Madre) and American (Organic & Co., Mo's Burgers, Champions restaurants, to Japanese and Polynesian (Mikado Teppanyaki, Kasai & Hana Polynesian Grill) or Mediterranean-- Greek (Delphina) or Italian (Toscanni) also. And within some you can vary from fine dining to "fast food" styles, e.g, three options for pizza (750 Pizzeria, Pizzeria by La Isla & Organic), a taco bar featuring other delicious locally sourced dishes (Botanika by La Isla), and Ceviches at Cevicheria. All of the restaurants, their menus and hours of operations plus reservation links are available on the App. There were staff members who provided EXCEPTIONAL service and made this a remarkable experience: JULIO PEREZ, the Executive Sous Chef, Israel the Manager of Restaurants, and wait staff/hostesses Gerardo, Izamar, Julissa, Adrian & Antonio--AND THE ENTIRE FRONT DESK STAFF!!!!!

The staff is genuinely friendly, always smiling, and quick to help with anything. Casa Madre became my go‑to spot for breakfast. Tons of options, fresh food, and something for every mood. After that, I'd swing by the coffee shop, which surprised me in the best way. They don't have the fancy frappes or over-the-top drinks, but their "Special Coffee" (fresh coffee mixed with cinnamon and honey) is perfect. Simple, warm, and honestly better than anything blended. For lunch, the taco stand and the Mediterranean spot right next to it were both solid choices. The chicken was super soft and flavorful -- exactly what you want when you're grabbing something quick between pool time. Dinner was where the resort really shined. Delphini had an incredible ocean view that made the whole meal feel special. And the Japanese hibachi night was a blast -- great food, fun show, and it totally hit the spot. Overall, I loved my stay. Great value, great food, great people. Would absolutely come back.

I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. It's the best experience I've ever had at an all…read moreinclusive hotel. At the end of my stay, I did not want to leave. Sometimes all inclusive hotels can feel gimmicky, like being on a cruise ship or something. This was not that at all. This was a high end experience from start to finish. The hotel service and facilities are impeccable. I was blown away by the care they take to tend to each guest. I was only there for a few days and people took the effort to learn my name and my personal preferences. To start, the room was incredible. I stayed in a suite and it had a juccuzi right inside the room and an ocean view with a hammock. The room also came with a mini bar which was restocked daily (although you could also call and request anything at any time). Every day they had a different schedule of activities for guests with quality entertainment (not tacky acts). They had all all white party with a circus one day which was fun, a foam party, bull riding and more. The food deserves its own review. It exceed my expectations by a lot. They had several food options to choose from, including an Asian restaurant, a Mediterranean restaurant, a mexican restaurant a cafe and a global buffet. The restaurants were all open extended hours until 10 or 10:30 so there were always food options available. The global buffet did different themed dinners every night. Of the restaurants, I liked all but I'd say the Mediterranean was the most high quality. The preparation and taste was on par with any top NYC restaurant. The octopus dish was especially memorable. Second favorite was probably the Mexican restaurant. They have a chef from Oaxaca who makes a great mole. At each restaurant, the managers always made an effort to stop by my table to make sure I had what I needed. The employees genuinely care about serving you and they do it gladly. Sometimes you go to places where the employees are disgruntled or have a bad attitude. Not the case here at all. Everyone seemed generally happy and in a good mood. It felt like most of the people here were celebrating something, whether a bachelorette party or birthday, but it didn't feel overall raucous or anything. They had a silent disco one night and I think that also helped with any potential late night noise issues. I was really impressed with how well curated the schedule of activities was. Additionally, the hotel was very clean. When I first got in, people were mopping. They're constantly changing pool towels that are left out. Everything was spotless. The sheets were crisp and white. My room was changed to my liking. No complaints. One of the better places I've stayed. I would definitely come back in a heart beat. I loved it here!
