Attended a wedding here in February of 2026. The all inclusive was not worth the price due to the inconsistency in service. The resort grounds were beautiful and pretty easy to get around. We had the buffet dinner on the first night and were served completely raw fish. However, we also had an amazing lunch at the seafood restaurant and an amazing dinner at the Italian restaurant. The ceremony site for the wedding was not private at all, there were random people watching the ceremony. The reception was right on the pool deck, also not private. The dinner was cold and they were not accommodating to dietary restrictions. The nightclub was very fun. The drinks were so weak; but if you asked for a double they would serve it. Overall, the price did not match the service services we received.

After a year from the last time we were at the property, the experience has been night and day. With just having been opened, the bumps and bruises at that time could be felt, but this time around the experience went well beyond expectations! We had always thought the property was beautiful, and the amenities top rated, however, the service this time was what put this all-inclusive resort on the map as a 5-star worthy club contender. There are several honorable mentions that we OK would like to take a moment to thank. Jordi, our previous server at Oceana, was now moved to El patio and was our server for our last evening's meal. The smile was everything, He was so excited to see us again and recognized us right away, after a year.. Truly memorable, with Marco and Jordi teaming up to bring out the red carpet and then some with the delicious food. Sixto, at seaside grill was another individual that we had connected with the year before, and you could tell he was so happy that we asked for him again, conversation with him seemed as if we were catching up with a longtime friend. The gratitude was so humbling. Enjoying breakfast every morning at Market Cafe, being greeted by Ximena, so cheerful and knowing that every morning we wanted to sit in Angelica's section, again, someone we had the pleasure of meeting last year, such a pleasant person, making mornings for breakfast something we sincerely looked forward to. Something that stood out among all else was Carlos, the executive chef. He had noticed that we were looking through the buffet and we had made mention our love for sopes. In short, it was just a brief conversation we had already sat down and started having our meal, and he brought over freshly made, prepared sopes that were beautifully plated. He then took it upon himself to make us a personalized breakfast of enchiladas and a Al Pastor huarache. We were treated like a king and queen, the attention to detail was incredible, Alberto and Misael, the morning floor GM and food and beverage manager make such a great partnership , and you can feel the professionalism and pride they bestow upon their team. Freddie, our maintenance individual was quick to help us address our fan in our room, showing that the effort and time they put into their work meant something. Lastly, Carlos, our pool attendant, and a lover of Major League Baseball just blew my mind when he personally reached out to thank us for our visit. Words cannot express the world class service that was provided during our stay, and how grateful we are to have met some truly wonderful human beings that genuinely enjoyed our company. We look forward to returning soon!

Edher the pool wait staff was absolutely amazing as always! He always goes above and beyond and is professional and friendly. Another favorite by far is Annabelly at the pool! Oh my she's amazing and just like Edher, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. So kind and friendly. Both of these wonderful people made our stay so nice. Santiago at the pool is just as amazing. Kind, friendly and made sure our stay was outstanding. Jesus Avila in the entertainment staff was also amazing! Friendly, kind, and professional. Always wanted to make sure everyone was included. Now for the resort. We have stayed twice before, and this is our third time coming back after the renovations. The rooms were amazing, and beautiful. There are still a lot of hiccups with the rooms being; no hot water, poor electricity, sometimes no water at all. The resort seems to be filled more and more with big corporate groups and large weddings. One of the downfalls is that you can stay at dreams as an adult and go to secrets, which end of itself is amazing to have two resorts, however; the chairs at the pool get overrun, and there are not enough seats for everybody. We've had good meals and bad meals and I think that's par for the course of any all-inclusive. It used to be a nice relaxing couples resort and now it's more of a breathless vibe resort rather than the Secrets brand we've known to love over the years. All of the staff are amazing and unfortunately, I did have a jar of face cream stolen in the last night that we were there. there are a lot of men in shorts, jeans, tennis shoes, hoodies for dinners. That was a little disappointing to see as we know that this hotel chain generally is more of a romantic vibe. And unfortunately, this time around it was not. We have had two good experiences before and that was well. The preferred club is not needed at this resort. We've been preferred club twice before but this time around we did not. We never felt like we missed out on anything. We love the staff! They are amazing! However, the resort is not what we've always known to love in the past.

First, I want to start off and say make sure you bring linen pants for the men because jeans are not going to be comfortable in the weather that they have here. They are extremely strict on the dress code for the restaurants and they charge $200 for men's pants in the gift shops. We had a good time. The food was better in the high-end restaurants than the normal restaurants and the drinks were good if you could find a bartender that knew how to make drinks. Light that it was an adult only all inclusive, so there weren't a lot of kids running around. The resort had many activities throughout the day you could park in. The beach was a little dirty with seaweed, but they tried to clean it up each morning.

The Secrets Playa Mujeres resort by Hyatt Inclusive Collection was amazing! The service from arrival in the lobby, throughout the entire stay and checkout was first class all the way. The resort itself is in a great location and secluded so it's perfect for relaxation. The staff is very attentive and helpful and always there to take care of you. The resort is large and has several restaurants plus a buffet, and 24 hour room service. The food was delicious and offers a wide variety of options including vegetarian and some vegan. During the week, the resort offers dinner alfresco with themed entertainment such a fire show and a mariachi show featuring folk music, singing, and dancing. The resort has a number of large pools. The main pool in the center had a swim up bar. Throughout the pool area, there are numerous lounges, daybeds, and Balinese beds for guests to lounge. During the day, there is a variety of entertainment in the pool area, such as water aerobics, dance parties, games for guests to enjoy, and stage performances by the activities crew. The activities crew does an amazing job getting people excited!! The resort also offers a nightclub called Desires. The night club offers a wide range of music from hip-hop to R&B, Spanish rock and pop, and electronica/dance music. The club is open from 11 PM to 1 AM. The staff at the club was amazing, in particular, Marcela, who made sure that we always had a fresh beverage in hand. During our stay, we had dinner on the beach. The experience was unique and the dinner consisted of filet mignon and Australian lobster. The set up was amazing, and the staff very accommodating. Kudos to chef Laura for a delicious and fancy dinner with several rounds of tequila shots. The best way to get around the resort is to hop on and off the golf carts. Resort employees, chauffeur guests to various points from which they can walk to access restaurants, the beach, and the sister resort next-door, Dreams. Between the two resorts, there is so much to do. I highly recommend this resort. Enjoy!

Absolutely loved this resort. It was my first time traveling out of the country. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and knew my name as i travel throughout the resort. My husband and I had planned a symbolic wedding Ceremony on the beach, and the wedding planner was top notch. She stayed in contact with me throughout the entire planning process. The rooms were spacious, decorated minimal but modern, and cleaned daily. We had a swim out suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous. There are plenty of restaurants, and bars. The staff at the main building were very helpful with planning excursions. Always book the club level. You will have access to a bar, and food. The only downside is, this resort is made for couples, and really laid back. It's not a party scene. If you want to get away and reconnect with your spouse, then this is the place for you. Can't wait to visit again!

They called this the infinity pool? The resort is being remodeled next year so hopefully they'll upgrade this!

So many good things to say but the couple of negatives made a big enough impact to lower my rating. Most important: the service was fantastic. I really can't say enough good things about the staff and how hard they work to provide excellent service all day long. From the pool servers to the entertainment staff to the waiters and waitresses in the restaurants. All great. The pools and pool decks/common areas are all clean and well maintained. Our room was clean as well. This goes a long way with me. The food... for me it was just ok. The best thing I had was the filet mignon at Seaside Grill. The burgers at the outside grill area were also very good. My husband loved the breakfast buffet and there were lots of options from fruit and yogurt to omelets to pancakes etc. Someone who loves lots of new and interesting ingredients/foods would probably appreciate the food more than I did, honestly. I felt a little underwhelmed at times. We did have to change rooms mid-stay due a smell would couldn't identify but was definitely unpleasant in our room or bathroom. We asked them to rectify it and they came to clean but the smell returned and we needed to move. This was handled relatively quickly without much hassle which we appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed the beautiful resort and left feeling relaxed and like the vacation was definitely worth it. I don't know that I would return to this resort again, but that doesn't mean we didn't have fun! (P.S. all the sales pitch stuff is SUPER annoying. You have to firmly decline and they'll stop but they will try).

Let me tell you about this resort! It was everything I expected yes. The food was eoooo good the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! We also were able to access Dreams resort and that property is beautiful. If you ever get a chance please visit either property they both share uniqueness.

Such a fun resort to go to! I will have to preface that this was my first resort in mexico. I am sure others might be better or worse, but as a first time resort experience, it was magical! This place has it all! I didn't use all the features, but I did dine at a lot of the restaurants and experiance the pool and beach side services. Check in was a breeze, we had the driver pull up to the front and they were able to check us in quickly. They offered us drinks and a hot towel to start. They took our info and and took us to our room shortly after. The staff was really helpful, and spoke both spanish and english. The rooms were prestine and clean. The mini bar was filled with drinks and snacks. Room service was prompt and the food looked freshly made. The outdoor area was well kept and manucured. I really like the attention to detail all the staff have. They ensure our needs were met at the pool side, restaurants, and beach area. The drinks kept coming and the friendly service with it. The food was good overall, I was hoping for more mexican flare, it seemed like more american than what I was expecting. As far as price to value goes, I think there are other places where you can get more for your buck "peso". But if you are here for a wedding, have no doubt that youll have a blast. We did!

The staff treats you like family while still delivering top tier luxury. The drinks? Top of the line. Not watered down, not basic real quality liquor, crafted cocktails, and premium options everywhere you go. The food was consistently fresh, beautifully presented, and restaurant quality at every spot on the property. No "typical all-inclusive" shortcuts here everything tasted made to order. And the ambiance... unbeatable. The architecture, the art inspired design, the infinity pools, the beach views it seriously feels like heaven on earth. Every corner of the resort is peaceful, clean, and stunning. Honestly, it's the kind of place that makes you think about going back every single day after you leave. 5 stars isn't enough.

It definitely does not make me want to return back to Atelier. The management such as Gabriel & Diego need some serious help & more training in management skills. They should train under Forbes Hospitality Training Program like the managers/staff at Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman. Go there if you want exceptional stellar guest services. Every mgr & staff person @ RC GC go over beyond for each of their guests. We chose this property to celebrate our wedding anniversary, a special occasion we had hoped would reflect in the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail for which this resort is known. As seasoned travelers who regularly stay at five-star luxury properties around the world, we understand that occasional issues can arise; however, what distinguishes an exceptional resort is how effectively those issues are resolved. The issues we feel in this case were not resolved during our stay. Shortly after checking in early July, we discovered that the toilet seat was loose & unstable, shifting significantly during use and creating both discomfort and a potential safety concern. My spouse actually fell off of the toilet seat. We promptly reported this issue in person to the front desk & were informed that the maintenance team will address it, but the problem remained unchanged. The toilet seat was never fixed during our entire stay. The lack of proper follow-through on such a basic maintenance matter was disappointing & not what we expected from this luxury resort especially during our special anniversary celebration. A more frustrating issue occurred the afternoon before our departure day. After spending the whole, hot & humid day at the pool, we returned to our room wet, sweaty & sticky ready to shower only to find that our room key fob had been deactivated. We were locked out of our room in wet swimsuits hot & uncomfortable. There are no phones around in the hallways to call the front desk. Due to the very large size of this resort, we then had to walk a considerable distance back to the front desk to have our key fobs reactivated. This inconvenience could have been avoided. We asked why both of our key fobs had been deactivated prematurely & we received no response. These issues reflect lapses in both maintenance follow-through, guest service & guest experiences. At a property of this caliber, guests reasonably expect reported issues to be properly resolved & room access to remain available until the designated checkout date & time. Atelier Playa Mujeres was on the 2025 Forbes Travel Guide & its reputation for luxury & exceptional hospitality were the reasons why we decided to stay there for our first time. There are many other luxury resorts such as Nizuc, Le Blanc or Live Aqua in Cancun competing & vying for the same category of repeat guests. Whilst there were aspects of our stay that we enjoyed, these avoidable service failures significantly affected our overall anniversary experience. After checking out & whilst waiting in the lobby for our transportation, Diego Gonazalez, the front desk manager approached us to ask about a couple of issues we experienced during our stay. Upon listening to our concerns & praises to some of their staff, we felt dismissed and not taken seriously after speaking with him. Diego was not effective at all in addressing our issues at all. Because we were displeased & frustrated with a lack of response from Diego, we asked for the General Manager's e-mail hoping that the future guests will not experience what we did. What a waste of time! On a positive note, the food here is above average with many offerings in various restaurants. Need reservations for most of them. Los Abrazos was our favorite. There are some rock star staff at this resort: Byron (bellhop), Gerardo (Los Abrazos), and Alfonso (main pool waiter).

I'll start with the positives because there were definitely some. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The scenery is breathtaking and picture-perfect, making it one of the most visually stunning resorts we've visited. Unfortunately, that's where our excellent experience largely ended. One of the biggest issues appears to be that the resort's reservations and booking process is not managed on-site, (we were advised it was managed in Mexico) which created several unnecessary problems throughout our stay. Before arrival, we even received an email confirming our room that addressed us by someone else's last name. Upon check-in, we were informed our room would not be ready and were given "Black Card" status as compensation, which was explained as including special upgrades and benefits. However, during our stay we learned that many of those benefits were either unavailable or could not be redeemed, and several staff members didn't seem to understand what the Black Card actually included. When we finally got to our room, there was no hot water in the shower. Thankfully, after contacting the front desk, maintenance responded promptly and resolved the issue. Service throughout the resort was inconsistent. While there were a few employees who truly stood out and deserve recognition, the overall restaurant service fell well below what I expect from a luxury, adults-only all-inclusive resort. I especially want to recognize: * Antoinette, the hostess at Caribbean Grove, who was warm and welcoming. * Deonique, who provided excellent beach service. * Latifah, who took great care of us at the pool. Their professionalism and kindness were highlights of our trip. We also dined at Spice after making reservations. We met some wonderful people there, and Chef OJ was entertaining and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the table service again was slow and underwhelming. Our biggest frustration came at the end of our stay. The evening before checkout, we asked about extending our reservation and were told we had to wait until business hours because the resort could not process reservation changes on-site. The following morning, we went to the front desk near checkout after waiting for our anniversary breakfast room service--which arrived about 30 minutes late and came with its own service issues. The front desk staff tried to help but explained they had to contact another department for approval. We waited another 30 minutes without receiving an answer. I then tried calling and using the online chat myself, only to be placed on hold and eventually disconnected. Throughout our stay, the guest services phone line was nearly impossible to reach--it remained busy for two consecutive days. While the front desk staff were courteous and did everything they could, they simply didn't have the authority to resolve many issues because decisions were handled elsewhere. Overall, Excellence Oyster Bay has an incredible location and beautiful grounds, but the operational and service issues prevented it from feeling like the luxury experience we expected for our anniversary. For a resort carrying the Excellence name and price point, I expected seamless customer service, knowledgeable staff, and better communication between departments. I left wishing the service had matched the beauty of the property.

I liked my stay in the beginning, but closer to the end I wasn't so impressed. Leading up, their Instagram page and the online website really hype up the place. We chose this location for our Babymoon with our first child (1.5 yrs old). I'm 5 months pregnant so the variety of food, pools, and fun for little one was a big appeal. Resort & staff: The resort is beautiful and clean, and the staff are very friendly. But some staff don't seem to know what's going on or how to help, while others are going through the motions. When we asked the concierge for directions to the Kids Club, she sent us to "PB"/lower level where the staff only was. This happened a lot as we saw many other guests saying the same thing "she told us to come to PB". Another staff member didn't know how to get to the Kids Club even though it was located right behind the kids water, a few steps away from where he was working. Kids & teen club: The activities and shows are really only worth it if your child is age 3 and up. You can't take your 1 or 2 year old into the clubs unless it's during family time, which are in the mornings during certain time. The one time we were able to go, no one was there. They were at the kids water park instead. Activities: On the app, they have a lot going on. But nothing actually goes on. Activities run behind schedule and the events you'd actually want to go to don't start until late at night. This didn't work for us most of the time but we just did some later naps for our babe to stay up late. The Circus and Magic shows seem to be the highlight be we're only available during the week. Other days the shows we planned to go to would be canceled morning of, and there would only be DJ's or karaoke. Food: A good variety but everything is pretty meh. Great for kids though as there is something for everyone! Check the app as certain restaurants are closed and others open. Dress code is semi strict for men. Reservations for Hibachi are a must! App can be finicky. Best eats for us: Fusion and Tres Colores Pool: All pools were very kid friendly, especially Mermaid. There was a little "beach" area to walk in and the alternative side had a little splash pool. There were splash pad areas at both pools. Mermaid pool appeared to have the younger kids while Sealegs had more teens and adults. Staff become a lot more friendly if you tip. Room: We had the Junior Suite? At the main building on level 4. There was a mini leak above the fan that we called in and put a towel down. They seemed to have "checked it out" because the towel was gone but it wasn't patched and it continued to drip the rest of our stay. We were worried because it was right above where we put our toddlers crib. 2 nights before checkout there was another leak by the A/C system or whatever it is, right in front of the bathroom door. The leak was spontaneous but a lot of water poured out. We called it in again and they said they would "check it out" again. We had to put 2 big towel on the ground and someone definitely checked it out because they just pushed the towels to the side. No patch work was done and it continued to pour. When I woke up at 5:00 am there was water from the bathroom door all the way to where the end of the closet was. As a 5 month pregnant lady, stepping in this and the potential to slip is absolutely upsetting. Even more upsetting that we made them aware of our room's problems 3x but they made no effort to fix it or to potentially put us in another room. We told them again at check-out and our concierge seemed to already be aware of where the leak was, and just apologized. Nothing more. Bali Beds: We reserved a Sealegs Bali Bed before our arrival. Keep your receipts! At check-out they tried to say we owed them an extra charge of $150. We showed our email and they had to call someone to double check. Took about 15 minutes. At the end of the day it is a tourist destination, so they do what they can. We spoke to some other families (with kids ages 5 and older) who said they love it here and have come back. For me, I personally wouldn't recommend and would try a different resort.

Came here for a wedding and here is an overview of the stay…read more The best part imo is that it is about a five minute walk to Secrets, the adults only resort. If you have children, stay at Dreams, if you don't, stay at Secrets. I think it's honestly that easy. The only difference is if for some reason Dreams is super less expensive than Secrets and you don't have kids, you might as well stay at Dreams and walk over to Secrets every day. I didn't see a Secrets room, but I can't imagine it being better enough to warrant a huge price difference. Expect to see a wedding if you're here on a weekend, this place gets booked out early for weddings (like a year in advance). However, if you like to dance, it is the weddings that make the lounge fun. I heard the lounge can be pretty dead, but when there's a wedding party coming here for an afterparty, it livens the place up. I heard a couple who was leaving comment how our wedding party made that place fun. The food is like cruise food. Weirdly, a lot of restaurants were closed on certain evenings and there isn't a lot open at lunch. Look at closures before you come, so you don't spend a night eating at a restaurant that you could have eaten at when most of them are closed. I personally liked all the ceviche I tried (I know, brave of me for eating ceviche in Mexico) and disliked all the sushi I tried. All the octopus I tried was quite good too. They are very strict about mens clothes. If you go to a nicer restaurant, the men have to have sleeves. It was pretty funny that my sister and I were able to eat at the french restaurant in a crop top and shorts, but men were sent back to their room to put on a collared shirt. Bring some nice clothes. Room service takes forever, make sure you order ahead. They only bring out room service at certain times, so you go on the app and choose a time. If they are already filled at that time you could have to choose a time hours later. So either plan ahead or figure you'll be walking to a restaurant to get food. Restaurants can get very busy, so it's better to go right when it opens. Otherwise, you may end up waiting a while. There isn't a lot of activities during the day so this is definitely a lounge by the pool or beach type resort. Not that there's anything wrong with that, just be aware. At Secrets they have live music by the pool during the day which was nice. They have a good amount of workers walking by getting drinks. If you want more premium alcohol get a preferred room. They consider titos premium. Otherwise, the preferred room doesn't really seem worth it. The lazy river that only preferred guests have access to seemed really slow and there weren't a lot of people in nit. It's hidden for the most part, but since we were in the main building we could see it. The kids splash pad looked awesome for children. I would absolutely bring my kids here. The rooms are big, but depending on which building you are in, some are better than others. Get a room in the main building if you can. Originally we were in building 7 and it seemed older. The only downside to the main building was for the ocean view there was no shade on the balcony so we almost didn't use the balcony at all.

Staff in Mexico are legendary for their friendliness and sincere helpfulness. So much so,…read moreincompetent management can get away with their incompetence, knowing that their amazing staff will find a way to fix a problem. It's unfair, but a reality. We paid for a "premium" upgrade only to discover the bars weren't fully stocked. Bartenders' excuse was either "low season" or "we had a large party" (Newsflash: Resorts have reservations and can plan for capacity in advance). Half the restaurants were closed because of "low season." And, if you're looking for a romantic evening sipping champagne by the pool, foorget it. The "adult" pool, part of the "premium" upgrade, closes at 8 pm. Yes, EIGHT PM. With so many great alternatives in Cancun this is one to avoid. What a joke. An expensive joke.

The food was actually delicious at every restaurant and buffet we tried. Their speciality restaurants were exquisite. Plenty of bars and night action as well. We were impressed by everything. From the convenience of the golf carts that made getting around the resorts so easy to the water taxi's that just enhanced the experience. We visited their spa which was undoubtedly the best spa experience I've ever had, international or in the states. All of the alcohol was top notch and the service matched the aesthetic.... Perfect! We set our expectations high for this place considering all the reviews/ratings on Trip Advisor,…read moreGoogle, Facebook, and Yelp. Adults only, couples only, all-inclusive resort - that's a big yes! We hadn't been to a resort in a long time and were very stoked for our visit in August 2025. As is the standard for the Excellence brand of resorts - the staff greeted us warmly and professionally. Instantly, our needs were taken care of - the room wasn't ready, but we were provided with an opportunity to change and immediately take advantage of our stay. The size of the resort initially threw us off - it is much smaller than your typical resort, but it also caters to a smaller crowd for (their words) "a boutique experience." It seemed dead until we got close to the beach area and the swim-up bar. This is where the people hang out. Dinner at El Mar our first night was amazing - excellent seafood (check out the pics) and service. We ate twice each at Lupita Steakhouse and La Isla. Unfortunately, the hotel kept changing the schedule of which restaurant would be open what night. This threw off our dinner plans more than once, and we spent more time at La Isla (with the least exciting menu) getting eaten by mosquitoes than we cared for. During our stay, the beach snacks menu also changed. It went from a delicious two-page menu to a sad one-pager; gross nachos and hot dogs, anyone? Online, people went on full-on rants about this. It turns out the menus across all the Excellence resorts are being stream-lined to the new executive chef's "vision." Some people, from what I read online, are now considering cancelling their reservations, not wanting to fly all the way here for waffles and burgers. On top of the rebranding, the hotel is also undergoing renovations to bring it up to modern times. We thought our room was beautiful, but it was a tad outdated. For customer service, though - the Excellence brand will not settle for less than, well, excellence. All of our interactions with staff at all levels was top-notch. Because of the vibe here - we didn't talk to anyone but hotel staff for four whole days. Staff shout-outs: Denise, Luis, Fernando and Fabiola at the beach; Octavio and Bernice at the spa; Andrea, Aina, and Alexander at guest services; Pasquale, Alex, and Elvis at pool side; Cirilo and Vanya at El Mar, Brenda at La Isla, and Alberto and Barbra at Lupita. Fantastic job, everyone! Vibe: 5/5. Food: 3/5. Room: 4/5. Customer service: 10/10!!!!!

Second visit and another GREAT vacation! We have been fortunate to travel to some amazing…read moredestinations and this place is special. It's fairly new and a lot to love here. But we read a lot of reviews at Yelp, trip advisor, ect, and the reviews are mostly glowing and no mention of anything that could be better. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort, but there were a few things that could have been better. But thus was overall the best AI and we will return. Shootout to an exceptional employee Jhordy at inspira pool who went way above and hope to see next time. Our butlers, Ping Ting and Aline were fabulous.. and will request them next time. They made everything run smoother and got us ALL the reservations at the times we wanted. Def would have not happened w/o a butler. Not intrusive at all. appreciated fuss made for our 27th anniversary . A lot sets this apart from other all inclusives. I feel the food and the cocktails are better and more selecting. We often are celebrating either a birthday or anniversary on vacation, and they always ask at resorts. But then nothing is ever done or said to honor it, which is disappointing. That was not the case here. It seemed every server congratulated us on what we are celebrating. made us feel very special, plus I assume the butlers sent roses and champagne with a big chocolate heart to our room. very much appreciated. It might seem childish, but these dates mean something to me, and I appreciate when they are acknowledged. This is a fairly new resort, and everything seems very clean and well kept. The staff was warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If they were understaffed or having a bad day, they sure hid it. Love the way the common areas and bathrooms smell ... omg you will see. I love the fragrance of the molten brown amenities ..going to buy some. Our inspira swim out room was large, quiet, and luxurious. Well-appointed and lovely. The tub was amazing, but they don't have shampoo and conditioner in that area, and the areas they do have amenities it's locked in, so you can't move it. Is inspira worth the extra? We did it both times. Would not risk being upgraded to an inspire Without the cost. Inspira gives you more access, and I believe a bump in service. If you are fortunate enough to afford it then get it ... if not then don't. In the reviews, I didn't run across many with even minor complaints that they could improve, but there are always things that could be better. I'm gonna put those in the tip area ,so if they want to improve a bit on an already great resort. I love it here and the staff are the truly the best. What signs they have are easy Missed And they don't have a lot of signs directing you especially to area that used to be for families. Personally, I think they wanted to make it harder for the family.People to come over to the all adult area back when it was two different resorts. Now that it. 's all adult I really think they should figure out a way to make it easier to navigate. We didn't know that there was a restaurant that had Buffet for all three meals Until halfway through our second Visit. Well i'm gonna leave some tips In the tip area. Because I don't want this to seem like I had a bad trip. This was incredibly relaxing and luxurious and wonderful. Exceptional staff make all the difference. Mixologists at Calle bar are so fun to watch them create liquid art. No one ignored us and no bad attitudes. I would say one of ... possibly the best all inclusive we have tried in all our travels. Sorry sandals, excellence, secrets, Iberostar u have been out done. employees went above the call bring lots of tip money.

Five star all-inclusive and adults only resort!…read more Newly opened resort about 40 mins from Cancun airport and 20 minutes further from hotel zone. Our reservations was for (7) days and the length of time felt right. We booked two excursions; (i) visit Chichen Itza on a tour; and (ii) visit Playa Mujeres on a catamaran. Chicen Itza is a "must do" if you visit Cancun for the first-time (no question). Following our two excursions it was back to the resort to relax, eat and sleep! The resort has (7) eateries from avant garde, to breakfast buffet, steakhouse, italian, american, asian and pastry cafe. The exquisite culinary cuisines at each restaurant was phenomenal but the steakhouse, asian and buffet ranked highest for me. The bars on property were sexy and classy from the rooftop ocean views, lobby and swim up bars with the staff making our experience special. By far, the sky bar and lobby bar were the spots for me each day serving "top shelf drinks". There is also no need to leave your room if you're hungry, room service was impeccable by bringing your meals in a warm service cart with all the condiments and proper silverware. I highly recommend the New York Strip! There is no denying feeling compelled to stay on property to maximize an all-inclusive, but this is one property I'd have no issues being stranded at. Service is first-class, staff is highly attentive and respectful of your privacy and the resort is highly luxurious. If the opportunity to splurge on a room permits, I'd recommend the swim up pool on the ground floor(s) to enjoy swimming under the stars at night with that someone special, you'll forever remember those moments.

I had read so many mixed reviews about this place but we had a blast. I love the Polynesian vibes. Reminded me a lot of Aulani in Hawaii. I loved how the pool was open until 9pm (or until they kick you out). The pool was a tad bit too warm for the weather but it made a perfect evening time swim comfortable. All inclusive plan includes 24/hour room service. We ordered room service meals quite a bit. It also included all drinks in the fridge and candy and snacks they offer on the daily. If I was in need or some snacks, I would call in to request a refill. They would bring the metal cart up with sodas and snacks/ and candy bars. Boy were we spoiled. The suite was spacious, allowed me to do laundry daily and had blasting cold A/C. I loved the hammock on the balcony which I took a daily afternoon nap in. There were some mosquitos and once they got into the room, we were food for the rest of the days until they get smashed. The restaurants for dinner were all amazing. I truly wished they had Caprichos buffet for dinner. I would have loved to see a carving station and good quality seafood items. The beach bar and pool service was top notch. They cleaned/ washed the lounge chair, tablets and floors daily. Each day you had a beautiful pool area to enjoy. My kids enjoyed the occasional lizards/ Iguanas they would see on the lawn. They include free paddle board bad kayaking when you stay at villa deal palmar and Garza Blanca. The staff in the hut just as which hotel. You sign a waiver for any minors and off you go. There is aqua world and a private jet ski rental place to the left of the beach (out of pocket expense). You can book any water activities there. Don't need to drive anywhere. The only complaint I had about the beach was too much seaweed. They had a tractor thing to pick up the seaweed throughout the day but it just kept washing up. Ocean water was warm and we got to see some fish. The only inconvenient thing was it's definitely a bit far away from the hotel zone and trinket shops. We had to uber in and out to go places. I can see this being a hassle if you enjoy the night life. My family however, are not that active so a couple times we went out was not too big of a deal. We truly enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it to anyone I know.

About 7-10 minutes from the ferry to go to Isla de Mujeres. About 6 minutes from Puerto de Cancun (Restaurants and a few shopping stores). You can take Ubers, way cheaper than regular taxis, just wait for the uber outside the security kiosk in front of the resort. Free WiFi is available, along with 3 other paid versions (I'm assuming for the quality of streaming). Free, $10, $20, 30 (For Premium), this is per day. Expensive in my opinion. Resort is well maintained, rooms were in excellent condition, snacks and drinks provided. Staff was good, not as friendly as other resorts we have been to from the same chain of resorts. Food was good too. 5 pools, (including one for adults only and one for babies and very little kids). Very clean, very nice set up. The beach is also available. I didn't like it much. Bring your rubber shoes to get. The beach is rocky as you enter (very uncomfortable for barefoot), there was also lots of algae floating around and the sea floor was very smooshy hahaha. Not my cup of tea. Kayak, paddle boarding, jet ski, para gliding, snorkeling, and a small floating water island to enjoy.
