Overall, while there were ups and downs, we are very happy with our window installation of Andersen Windows. To be clear, while the windows are manufactured by Andersen, the actually installation and customer support is handled by Dreamstyle Remodeling (this is important, and I'll say more about it later on). We met with the sales rep Jodi Nagle at the end of December. Jodi was great, very clear about the product and our options, and very accommodating concerning our needs. What's more, she made herself completely available if we had and questions and concerns, and always responded quickly when we contacted her. Shortly afterwards, our project manager Billy Rebelez came to double check the measurements. I can't say enough good things about Billy as well. He was very careful, and responsive to all our questions. Follow up text messages with him were always returned in a timely manner. Once ordered, the windows take about a month till installation. Installation day was amazing. A six man crew showed up in two trucks, and they ripped the old window out. This happened very quickly, and was well done. The crew were very pleasant, and very cheery. The event actually felt fun, if you can believe that. After insulating, the new window frame was installed (sans the windows), and the windows were added to the frame. Then all but two members left. Mario and Fernando remained and continued working on the window jam and sash. The holes and spaces were puttied, and left to dry. During the installation, Billy showed up to see how things were going. This was really great, and assured us that Dreamstyle really does care about their work. It was very important as well as Billy spotted some issues and had the team take care of them. The next day Juan came to paint the frame. This was well done, but unfortunately, after having been painted, it became very obvious that the frame was not properly sanded, and there were some patches of filler, and some of the wood had gouges. I also spotted a defect in the center window, and noticed the screens had some dents in them. I contacted Billy, and he came by to inspect, and agreed. He immediately reordered the window and screens for replacement, and scheduled another painter to come. The painter (Fernando) came, and spent half a day using filler and sanding the jam to make it all proper. He came the next day and repainted. Such a great job was done. After a time, the replacement window and screens were installed by Javier and Chris. Again, a very cheery and courteous crew that did a great job. After that, the original two man crew (Mario and Fernando) came to restore the window shades. Sadly, no one could remember how the shade were supposed to be oriented, and it ended up going in backwards. But once I realized this the next day, and contacted Billy, he immediately sent another crew. Dale and Dean, yet another cheery and courteous crew, installed the shades correctly. Finally, all done! So yes, there were issues, but in our experience, something usually does go wrong with remodeling. What's far more important is how the issues are handled. We were so impressed with how quickly Dreamstyle took care of things, always assuring us, and making sure we know if there's anything else, to just contact them. Our project manager Billy was, simply put, excellent. We were always treated so well, and always felt like we made the correct choice. This was so refreshing, considering the absolute mess we endured with Century Shower Door. Dreamstyle knows and understands what customer care really means. That combined with the excellence of Andersen's windows, made for a great overall experience. One other thing. Dreamstyle also extends the Andersen windows warranty, so they completely stand behind their work. I would not hesitate using Dreamstyle again. I highly recommend them! read more

They installed plastic walkway in home to mitigate impact on carpets enroute to and from bathroom. Roman was very communicative on arrival timing and next steps throughout the installation process. As needed, he requested our input on location of grab bar and seat to best meet our needs. They exceed the projected time for installation (2-days) with completion in 1.1/2 days. Finally they arranged and covered expense of removing demo material. Bottom line, An outstanding, successful project, exceeding our expectations. We LOVE our beautiful new Renewal by Andersen windows which were expertly installed by one of the fantastic Dreamstyle Remodeling teams. Our dream experience began with our Design Consultant, Dana. We were so impressed with Dana's professionalism, patience, and kindness as she explained the whole process, including financing options. We felt like we had made a new friend. After we decided on the number and style of windows we wished to purchase, Dana turned our project over to Damian, our behind-the-scenes Project Manager. Damian selected our installation team which included Rodrigo, Alberto, Reese, Joshua, Isaiah, and Joe. We loved each and every one of these gentlemen! They were punctual, hard-working perfectionists, neat and tidy, cheerful, courteous and very kind. They were respectful of us and our property. After our windows were installed, the finish work was completed by Ron (drywall technician), Fernando (painter), Dale and Dean, who re-installed our window blinds, and Javier, who checked all our window latches to see if any of them needed adjustments. All of these men are skilled craftsmen with years of experience. We'd also like to give a shout out to Mamiejo, who helped with our HOA approval, and Kate and Luchie, who both helped with scheduling. Dreamstyle Remodeling replaced 25 windows in our home. This home is a 2nd home and is 20 years old. The original windows had reached the end of their life. Dreamstyle Remodeling was awesome to work with starting with the site visit by Michael Kirk (window salesman) and Bob Murphy (stucco salesman). Michael spent 7 hours with my wife and me thoroughly explaining the replacement window process as well as preparing an estimate for the replacement Anderson windows. Bob Murphy spent several hours with us explaining how to re-stucco our home. This home will also be re-stuccoed by Dreamstyle Remodeling. We live in an area that has a very hands-on HOA. Any exterior modification to the exterior of any home in this area must be approved by the HOA. Dreamstyle Remodeling took the responsibility of submitting all requests for window replacement and re-stuccoing the house. This was a huge benefit to my wife and me. The window replacement process was performed flawlessly in less than 3 days. Jesse and Ruben were the installers assigned to our project. These men were absolutely a delight to work with: courteous, very conscientious, cleaned up the work site each day. Their installation skills were superb. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the new Anderson windows. The other impressive thing about Dreamstyle Remodeling was that managers from the main office (Tommy, Robert & Antonio) visited the project several times during the 3-day installation process to check with my wife and me about our satisfaction with the installation. I was very impressed with the entire process. The sales representative Martin did not skirt around the fact that the window replacements windows would come with a significant price tag. I do appreciate the honesty. He was very knowledgeable about the company's product and how the installation would proceed. He even took the time to stop by during the install to make sure that all was proceeding well. As for the installation all I can say is Wow! Andrew and Sean were our installers and they were quick and clean with the work. They explained exactly how the everything was to proceed for the 10 windows and back door over the following 2 days. To us the work looked like it went quite smoothly. Both men were quite professional as they went about the work kept the job site clean as the went. I would like to thank them both for a job well done! I would like to apologize to the two men that did the stucco work I had their names written down and lost the paper. But I do want to recognize them for the work that they performed. The stucco blended perfectly to the existing stucco on our house. So when the painting is completed there will be no way to tell that any patches to the original were made. I would also like to thank the office staff that kept us informed each step of the way through the financing process, the product order and up the the day that the work was to be performed. They made everything go seamlessly even taking into account a vacation that we had to plan around. It was a great experience doing our project with Dreamstyle Remodeling. Our project was a window and door replacement in our master bedroom. Billy was our project manager, and he was very responsible. The whole process took 5 days to complete. We uncovered a lot of issues behind the walls that were left behind by termites and previous owners, but we were quoted very reasonable rates on the further repairs, and could not be happier with the result. It's great knowing that everything behind the wall is now up to par. Isaiah and Jose worked the first 2 days replacing the window, door and structure -- they were extremely professional and efficient in their work, even when some discoveries of termite damage and unscrupulous previous work meant they would have to redo some of it. The third day, Jorge and Rudy did an excellent job on the dry wall; very detailed. Mike, Eddie, Dean, and Dale did fabulous work on electrical, stucco, and finishing work. The fourth day, Ismael came to do the paint and final touches; he insisted on finishing the job that day no matter how late it was, and he did an incredible job. We are so grateful to have worked with such professional teams; from start to finish, the project management and each individual team that came to do the work did their job professionally, quickly, and to the highest standard. At no point did we feel pressured, bullied, or spoken down to; every member of the team was professional, kind, and did excellent work. read more

This organization displays a lack of professionalism and consideration. We contacted them to arrange an appointment. After the appointment was set, they called the day before to confirm the time. Unfortunately, my husband missed the call until later that evening due to his work location. We called back early the next morning to confirm, but they insisted on rescheduling because we didn't respond the same day. Despite the technician being nearby, they wanted to reschedule. The initial appointment was on a Wednesday. We explained the situation, and they agreed to reschedule for Friday of the same week without the need for a verification call. However, on Friday, there was no call or show. After waiting for 30 minutes, we called and were informed that the technician was still in our area on another job during our scheduled appointment time. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday, but once again, there was no show / no call. Dreamstyle, customers take time off work for these appointments, and it is disappointing that you do not have the courtesy to inform them of any delays or cancellations. It seems that your business policy is to not show up or inform customers about changes in the schedule. This is unacceptable. Avoid dealing with this company as it is not worth the time and effort. read more

I had an overall amazing experience getting three new dual-sliding windows from Renewal by Andersen. Ryan, Jose and Phillip were the installers to be present and all three of them were great. They were all informative, kind and patient with me (as well as my many questions). The job took quite some time but all expectations were set clearly from the moment I placed my order through the actual install. The quality of their work was pristine and they even took the time to protect my furniture near where the work was being completed. I can easily say they went above and beyond to get the job done, especially considering I have two dogs that affected when each window was to be installed (in order to keep them safe and out of the way). Special shout out to Ron who came to my home initially to discuss options and pricing. He really was the reason I chose Renewal by Andersen in the first place and I am SO happy I did! I hired Dreamstyle Remodeling to replace 6 of my 21-year old windows with Windows by Andersen. I am writing this review on 10/16/18, the day after the windows were installed. The project went great - from the meeting with Carmine,the salesman (9/18/18) to the double-check measuring by Steve on 9/20/18 to the installation on 10/15/18 by Saul and Dominic. All were professional and personable, on time, and did great work. The installers worked straight through and made sure all debris was cleaned up. I could not be more pleased. The finished product is so much more beautiful than I expected, and I had high expectations. I needed three windows in the living room replaced because the seal was broken, but i ended getting three more in the kitchen replaced because i got a great deal on a payment plan, All windows, besides being better windows for insulation, efficiency, construction, etc., are also very, very attractive. I am glad I used Dreamstyle Andersen windows and plan to have more installed eventually. The product and service is not inexpensive. The cost given includes redoing the stucco around each window - $11,600. I do not hesitate to recommend Dreamstyle for installation of Andersen windows. read more

It was just before Father's Day and only a couple of weeks before I had complete knee replacement that I bit the bullet and decided, this was the year, my husband is going get a 'real' Father's Day gift of an Outdoor Kitchen form Blaze King. Knowing it would be well over a month or two before we could even get started on delivery because of recovery and we were already scheduled to remodeling the deck, the delivery team was asked several times to hold off on our 'set up' date. In fact, Jared, Client, and Paul came out to our home all the way out to the country in Torrance county to see our location. After multiple calls back and forth, we finally had the delivery team out to the house today, for set up even on Saturday. The Dream Team pulled in and went right to work in a very professional manner. We were all set up and informed inside of an hour, this included Jared connecting up to the natural gas lines. He walked us through the entire system and gave us great ideas on how to cover our unit and great cooking tips. We will always be thankful for their professional and friendly experience. I replaced all doors and windows when I bought my house 3 years ago, using Dreamstyle and was So pleased with the quality of the products they use, the professionalism and skill of the installers, and the absolute ease of working with them from beginning to the very last inspection! So, when I decided to renovate a small apartment in my garage, I called Dreamstyle again. The is project was much smaller, with 2 new doors and two new windows, but once again, I couldn't be more pleased with all aspects of the project. The windows and doors were ready at different times, but the installation crew of Josh, Manny & James was so awesome when they installed the doors that I requested them again when the windows were ready. And, the very next day, another team showed up to patch the exterior stucco on one of the windows. I know it pays to shop around, but even if I paid more than I might have elsewhere, it was well worth it to know that the project would be done quickly, professionally and absolutely correctly! We just had a new Cal Spa hot tub installed in our backyard and the delivery and installation went flawlessly. When we bought our new home there was an old tub already in the backyard but it was beyond repair and use so we shopped for a new one. We decided on a new unit from Dreamstyle Remodeling and arranged for delivery and installation as part of the package. They also provided take away of the old tub as well. Clint and Jared arrived and had to disconnect the old unit and haul it out of the backyard. No easy feat due to the layout and size of the yard and tub. Then they brought the new tub, after a new slab was poured, and installed it. On both occasions they were friendly, professional, and went out of their was to make sure I was happy. They even trimmed some low hanging tree limbs so the top of the tub would open without obstruction, and hauled the limbs away. They showed me how to operate the unit, maintain the water levels and balance, and made sure they answered all my questions. I was extremely pleased. read more

Cracking good team of installers. Jared,Clint,Paul and Lorenzo all know what the word team work means. Efficient clean and tidy. As the tenant in the unit they were installing this amazing gas fireplace unit I really didn't know what to expect. I had personally taken the time to move my furniture and mask off sections of my home because of the age of the old unit and the potential of a huge mess. They took the time to clean and make sure that there would be a minimal amount of disruption to the overall condition of my home. Fast and on spot with the installation and updating me to the progress my landlady and myself were in good hands with a professional team. As with any service there is always room for disappointment but be REASSURED that is not the case with this team of hard working professionals. I feel safe and secure in the work that was done. Considering the previous unit and its total lack of safety features with the gas fireplace I now can sleep at night and not worry about any disasters relating to my home. read more

Excellent product. I can understand why you would offer a 100% lifetime warranty. Windows are very easy to use, and look like they will be easy to maintain. It's worth the money considering how long they would last and their warranty. We are going to live that long so might as well take advantage of that. Great financing option which also makes it easier on the purchase. Excellent service from beginning to end, every department has stayed on top of the transaction from sales to scheduling and installation. Good to know what is happening and what will happen next. Special thanks go out to our installers for being professional, courteous, took the time out to explain and make sure I understand everything and satisfied. Our head installer was respectful of our shiny wood floor and came back the next days with his new shoes so he won't scratch the floor. I didn't request that nor know the extend he took until the last day. I appreciate that you care. We will install more Andersen windows in the near future. read more

My wife and I decided to buy each other a fireplace conversion/ gas insert for Christmas 2016. I went to Dreamstyle on Dec 15th told them what I wanted.Problem came to light when they found out that my fireplace is a Kiva style. They showed me the only choice I had and gave my the installed price. I agreed to the deal on their assurance that we could have it No Later Than Dec 24th. Another problem arose. They called me advised, me of the the problem and still guaranteed NLT 12/24. On the magic day promptly at 0900AM Jared and Clint showed up looking very professional, clean and friendly. Laid down a large mat to keep all the soot etc. off my carpet. They proceeded very quickly in the installation and education of us to insure we knew how to operate the insert. The price was exactly as promised and the install was painless. Everything was extremely professional and satisfying. I strongly recommend this company and their installers . read more

Remodeling my shower by Dream Style Remodeling was the best decision that I have ever made. The quality of the product and work was amazing. My shower came out beautiful. Kyle C. and his helper did a professional job. The detail and craftmanship was out of this world. Kyle C. was polite, respectful, courtesy, professional yet, listened and provided his professional expertise. Through my experience this is one project that came out BEAUTIFUL!!! Kyle and his helper were on time, organized, clean, and always kept in contact with arrivals. I requested to change my shower door at the last minute, which Kyle purchased a shower curtain, rods and a pole. The thoughtfulness of doing this surprised me. Talk about putting the customer first. These guys are great and I will make sure to spread the word about their quality and professional talent that shows in their work. This past Monday I had 3 windows replaced. I took the day off and promptly at 0800, Robby, Earl and Logan showed up. I was anxious to see the new Renewal by Andersen windows on the rental property. I asked a few questions which were answered professionally and assuringly. I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism, great customer service, job knowledge and neatness. They did not leave a mess, they were very clean. They even cleaned the new windows and made sure the windows fit perfectly. They showed me how to take care of the windows. The windows they removed were the original, leaky (you could stand outside by the window and feel air coming out of the house through the panes, even though the panes were resealed every year) casement windows which were installed when the house was built in 1947. We have been very impressed with the communication from Dreamstyle Remodeling from the very beginning. Due to the high cost of the windows and doors we are unable to do our entire house at the moment but we were able to replace three of our windows. The quality of windows are just as we were promised. The difference we have noticed were immediate. Well worth the price. We are looking forward to being able to replace all of our windows and doors with DreamStyle. A huge bonus is that the warranty transfers to the new owners if we decide to sell one day. I was especially pleased with Eddie and Justin of Yuma. I was home alone the day they came to install and they showed up on time with a smile. They made me feel comfortable and kept me informed as needed. We have a 17' by 8' second story deck that was long unused until Dreamstyle Remodeling converted it to an enclosed sunroom including with a glass ceiling. We feel like we are living outdoors but without the skeeters, wind, and rain. It has become a beautiful room for reading and contemplation as one is with the sky and the trees. We couldn't be happier with the finished product or with the people who made it happen. There were a couple of technical issues that the crew handled with agility and imagination. I was impressed. Sergio and Peter are clearly experienced at building sunrooms, Jose matched the stucco perfectly, and David took a very sloped outdoor rooftop and turned it into a beautiful level indoor floor.
