We were delivered fewer bottles than we were charged for, they were left blocking a shared hallway for those 5 days, and we are now left with an apartment full of empty bottles as they obviously didn't pick those up. When we complained, we were told we would be charged $15 for them to fix their error. Sadly, this is par for the course with them. They are incredibly disorganized and their customer service is rubbish. Edit: Upon reading the above review, Waterfy Me cancelled our service completely. They now want us to return a load of bottles of water we have already purchased, and a cooler which we have four weeks of rent left on, which is basically theft. Everything I said above is true, so they have no grounds for retaliation. It seems they would rather lash out than try to fix their issues, which is incredibly unprofessional. They have also made numerous errors over the time they have been delivering to us. We have received the wrong number of bottles. We have received them on the wrong day. They can not work with you to reschedule around you being away without a lot of hassle. This last issue just the latest annoyance.

Called these people for an estimate to repair/replace leaky copper pipes in the basement that were…read moreleaking, on top of the Hot Water heater. The guy came out, don't want to name the plumber, sent me an estimate literally 5 minutes after leaving the house. The estimate was for almost $5000 to replace the hot water heater and another $4500+ to repair/replace the leaky pipes for a total of almost $9500. Ridiculously laughable. I was able to get the job done for $1200 total by a licensed independent plumber. I didn't need the HW heater to be replaced. They just had to remove some HVAC ductwork to get to the leaky pipes, which they put everything back after replacing pipes. Do Not use Mallick I would consider them to be untrustworthy, and total rip off. Always get at least 3 estimates just make sure they are licensed. I still ended paying $99 for Mallick because they have a policy you pay $99 for estimate but gets added to the total if you get the work done. Again, ripoff. I also got an estimate from FH Furr that was significantly lower than Mallick but they were unwilling to remove ducts that they didn't install. Another ridiculous policy by another large plumbing company even though their plumber said they would have to involve the HVAC department. Maybe their plumbers don't know company policy. These guys didn't charge for an estimate. My recommendation is DO NOT use Mallick and even DO NOT use FH Furr.

From initial meeting with the construction lead, to selecting the right materials and colors, through completion and caring for the new surface, everything went well. The construction lead and crews did great work and kept everything cleaned up. We are completely happy with how our pool looks and feels, both when first finished and now after being used all summer. When I gave this number to an agent at Pepco (202-833-7500), the agent was able to identify this exact transaction, including the name and address of the person who stole the money. The agent would not give me this information but he said I should file a claim with my bank. I don't know if I will get my money back, but I do know that no one can trust Pepco/Paymentus when the day they offer secure online payment service.
