In Austin working and needed some vape juice, I figured it would be a little higher however it was twice as much as what I have ever paid for it. 22.00 for a 60ml bottle. Next time I'll make sure I bring enough with me, 11.00 at home and 8.95 online so ya, won't be visiting here again.

Absolutely the worst. The employees I encountered were terrible. Had zero interest in actually doing their job.

I always feel welcomed and comfortable shopping here. Everyone is very helpful and Nick is very knowledgeable about the products.

Rude, rude, rude staff. There are too many other options where customer service is practiced.

Came in looking for shisha. They had some but not the selection I was looking for. Seems like their specialty is the e-cigs.

You can check my profile, I rarely leave reviews and they're almost always positive, but the night…read moreI left this smoke shop in tears after a medical crisis deserves to be documented. I want to be very clear upfront: a theft occurred. My boyfriend stole a $40 bottle of kratom during a relapse. That was wrong, and I am not excusing it. What I am reviewing is how this situation was handled afterward. When he ran from the store, his phone fell out of his pocket. The phone was not stolen property and had nothing to do with the merchandise taken. When I came to the store shortly afterward, employees confirmed they had the phone. I explained that my boyfriend was actively trying to enter a treatment facility for substance use disorder and that all of his insurance information, including his Blue Cross Blue Shield member ID, was locked on that phone due to two-factor authentication. Without it, he could not be admitted to treatment. I offered to repay the stolen item, first double, then triple, and eventually offered $200, not to excuse the theft, but to resolve the situation and retrieve critical medical information. I was scared the longer the wait to get him directly into a facility, the more likely he was to end up out on a spree, and might never make it back. I also offered to provide his location to police after he entered treatment. Despite this, employees refused to allow even supervised access to retrieve the insurance information. I was told statements such as, "If he wants to be petty, we'll be petty," while his phone was right there in his hands. I was also spoken to at length about what a terrible person my boyfriend was, how he "didn't deserve favors from them" and "needed to be held accountable". I agreed that he didn't need favors. I agreed about the accountability and offered location. I wasn't asking for favors I was asking for his personal property that had nothing to do with the stolen kratom. They had so much to say about someone they had never met beyond this incident. I was in the store for over an hour crying and explaining the urgency. Eventually, I was told the phone was being kept "for evidence," though a police report had already been filed and the phone itself was not stolen property. I ultimately called the police because I was terrified my boyfriend could die if he could not access treatment. I was asked to wait outside in freezing weather. While I briefly stepped away to use the restroom, police arrived. When I returned, I was told the store claimed they did not have the phone, despite earlier confirming they did. The situation left me devastated, unheard, and unable to get my boyfriend into treatment during a critical relapse window. Accountability matters. But so does humanity. This situation could have been handled with professionalism and compassion while still involving law enforcement. Instead, it escalated into something unnecessarily cruel during a medical crisis. I hope this business reflects on how it handles situations involving addiction, emergencies, and vulnerable people going forward.

Went to Colorado Glass and Vape (which, can you think of a more unoriginal name?? So cringey..),…read moreand almost paid $40+tax for a plain little bubbler. Luckily for me, I'm in the process of replacing my ID so I got turned away despite offering to show my birth certificate, social security card, and proof of address - basically all of the docs that the DMV requires to prove one's identity.. Apparently CoLoRaDo GlAsS anD VaPe has much more stringent security protocols than the bureaucracies of our government do .. Anyways, lucky for me, Austin Smoke was a quick 3 minute drive away! When I entered, I was greeted with a smile. The glass is also much nicer AND much more affordable. I picked out a similar bubbler to the one I'd seen at Colorado glass and to my surprise it was a couple bucks cheaper. I asked the man behind the counter if I paid cash if he could knock five bucks off the total. To my surprise, he replies, "I can do much better than that", and proceeds to take 50% off the total!! Apparently all of their glass is always 50% off the ticket price.. He could have easily taken me for the sucker that I was and charged me what I had originally intended on paying, but instead he did the honorable thing and gave me the discounted price anyways! So come support this small business! I'll most certainly be back..

This is hands down our favorite place to shop when it comes to alcohol!…read more The store is always clean, super organized, and the selection is MASSIVE. Whether you're looking for wine, craft beer, spirits, or something new to try, they've got it! Pricing is solid, and we've always found it to be competitive. We've even done comparisons to the Costco Liquor Store and have found Total Wine to be around the same price and cheaper at times depending on the item. One thing that's been really cool to see is their growing THC/CBD section. It's expanded a ton and they've done a great job curating options if you're curious about exploring that space. The staff is also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. If you're unsure what to grab, they'll point you in the right direction without making you feel overwhelmed, PLUS there are SO MANY STAFF members that are always eager and willing to help! Every time we've gone in we've always been approached by at least 2 teams members to see if we need help. Bonus: they frequently have samplers throughout the week so you can try something new before committing to a bottle and if they don't have samplers they often have open bottles of some of the liquors that you can ask to sample as well, typically designated by labels on the shelf. Total Wine just makes the whole experience easy and we'll keep going back!

Well for one I do love going to Total Wine locations that aren't particularly close to where I live. They often have a good variety of local or regional coverage for the area I'm in in regards to craft beer. So Steve and I stocked up on a lot of beer that was based in Austin or the surrounding area. Quite a few were on my list to try from the selection here which really made the two of us thrilled! So that's why I enjoy hitting Total Wine. But even my local one isn't shabby either even though the beer brands are very familiar sometimes a new one springs on us from around the corner in regards to selection.
