For starts the coffee shop isn't too bad. The coffee shop is clean and the staff is very friendly. The only negative I'd say is $4 is a bit pricy for a black coffee. That's even without the cream and sugar. Though I would recommend coming to try The Dripp at least once. read more

I had heard of Dripp since college, and used to come in every once in a while, but hadn't been back in the last 5 years. So when my friend visiting from out of town suggested we come here to work and drink coffee, I was excited! The space had changed since I was last in. There are lots of open seating with smaller tables in the front, bar tables on the side and the back, and additional long, high-chair tables in the back. We had trouble finding a spot inside at first, so we went outside to take some calls...until we realized we needed an outlet to charge. One thing to note: There aren't a whole lot of outlets. So if you're looking to spend extended amounts of time for that, be sure you're charged and ready to go. Don't worry, there are a variety of drinks and quick snacks incase you need some quick fuel! Drinkwise, I had tried their version of the coffee tonic and thoroughly enjoyed my drink. It was the right mix of caffeine, refreshing, and tangy (from the yuzu). It was delicious! It kept me energized for a few hours until I decided that an affogato was the next move. I ordered a matcha affogato and it was also so good, sweet, and creamy. I really wanted to try their creme brulee latte, but unfortunately they said their torch didn't work so I decided to try out their seasonal fall drinks. I got the zombae, which was the matcha latte topped with pumpkin sweet cream. The latte wasnt bad and on the sweeter side, but it was pretty pricey, $10, compared to the other drinks. Easy parking- but note we went at 945am on a Tuesday. I tried the Spanish latte, which means theres condensed milk and cinnamon. I used oak milk and added an extra shot of espresso. I like a little more coffee taste, and it was perfect. We had a breakfast date, and tried the ham & cheese croissant, mushroom gruyere danish, & citrus olive oil cake. Dripp is a very special coffee shop. Situated on the corner of Harbor Blvd and Chapman Ave, Dripp offers a variety of coffees, teas and pastries. Over the years, I've had their teas and coffees, all of which have been extremely enjoyable. Aesthetic [5/5]: I really love the interior design of Dripp. It's cozy, comfy and I could easily see myself posting up and working from the shop. Their couches are also really memorable. The outdoor patio is also a wonderful space, especially when the sun's out. Drinks [4.7/5]: While I've not yet tried all of their beverages, everything I have tried has been very enjoyable. I would say the Spanish latte is the best drink I've had here. A quaint, well-lit and spacious place to relax while enjoying your coffee. This cafe is filled with college student studying, hanging out with friends. I like how the noise level is average. They have nice choices of coffee from regular brew to latte to quench-thirsting drinks. The girl who took my order made me feel hasty. She wasn't friendly and wasn't very the recommending-type, so I opt for americano and though it's a common drink, it tasted just right. Other than the long wait, everything was great. I ordered a custom beverage (rose matcha late) and it was fantastic. Once ordered, service was quick. It is a lovely store, warm an inviting with a couple couches, many seats and outdoor seating as well. I thought the inside was nicely decorated. Ambiance, decor, and cleanliness all on point. My iced Spanish latte was delicious and my cashier was also lovely. I am not giving five stars due to not being able to use a personal cup. Nor was there an option to use ceramic/glass as an in-cafe option. There is only the complete use of only to-go paper and plastic. I believe this creates an excess of trash. I understand that it can be cleaner and smoother for in house operations to not deal with as many dishes, but in this day and age I'd still like the option of not creating more plastic waste. Please update your policy to the use of personal cups once more. Other places such as Moongoat have robust for-here ceramic and glass cup options. read more

Food is great, but it's ALWAYS sold out. I've only got to try their ham and Swiss & their mushroom cheese danish once and that's all! The coffee is really good! No complaints there. The affogato is to die for. Really yummy. It's always busy inside so be prepared you may not get to sit inside. The outside is really nice too but other restaurants share the area now so it's a little limited. The Wi-Fi is horrible. I can never connect to it and it glitches and kicks me off every so often. Also not a lot of outlets. Only in certain areas and they are usually being occupied. Not great for studying or doing important work. Great to come with a friend/family or just to be alone for a little. The customer service is great. Everyone is very nice and helpful. read more

THEIR LAVENDER MATCHA TASTED SO HORRIBLE. I'm a matcha drinker and I decided to get the lavender to see the hype everybody was talking about. I was already expecting the lavender taste but, it overpowered the matcha itself. It just tasted like an essential oil and a floor cleaner that's lavender scented. The place was great and the staff were nice. I also ordered a scone which was pretty good. I just wouldn't try their lavender matcha again and maybe try the regular matcha the next time I go back. Well lets just say the experience was sub par. My friends and I entered the establishment and immediately felt judged by the employees, they told us we weren't allowed to stay unless we ordered something from the restaurant which we were 3 steps away from doing. I mean I guess its good they are 3 steps ahead. Once I ordered my overpriced drink (lemonade $6) they quickly made it which I appreciate. Unfortunately I don't belive what I recieved was peach lemonade. It tastes like my experience below average. The drink I recieved was indeed peach but neither lemon nor "ade" I was afraid of asking for a new drink since I faced adversary while entering the establishment. This was the best coffeeshop we found right after we moved here (just before the pandemic started) so we've been going here for years. This is the place we go just to sit and read, and also where we go to get some work done (writing, on a laptop -- I've gotten lots of reviews done here), but also where my wife goes to get her coffee on-the-go, so it's not just a hang-out spot. It's a large place but it's popular enough that sometimes all the tables and seats are filled. The patio is just as nice, if it's not too hot out. The tea is okay*. Also they're always playing some good music (good enough for me to forego my own headphones), and not too loud like some places. Also remember to check in with the frequent-guest club. * I don't drink caffeine, which I told them last time when I was here and got a tea, and the guy said it had no caffeine but when I asked a girl about it later she said there was a little bit of caffeine, which is a far sight from NO caffeine. A spacious place to study and get work done! CSUF students and my friends love this place. It's basically in Downtown Fullerton. There is plenty of seating and stools around the shop, and they have outdoor seating. The vibes and aesthetics are definitely the best part of the shop. Regarding the drinks here, I have tried their Madagascar Vanilla Bean Latte and their Spanish Latte. They were both great but expensive! Not sure if the price matches the quality of the drinks. NOT KID FRIENDLY! I came here with some mom friends and our kids, mind you we've been to other coffee shops before and have not experienced this kind of attitude. My initial interaction with this employee was actually okay, she was kind enough to bring out my coffee but decided to make a comment about how I looked like I have my hands full. Not a have a nice day, here you go, immediately about my kids. I was sitting waiting for my mom friends to show up while one of my kids was in the stroller and the other was exploring. I decided to brush it off but as soon as other moms started to show this employee decided to tell us our kids are climbing on trees (mind you these trees are barricades by large bushes) and that they need to not touch the tree in the center. We said okay and she left. She comes out about 20 minutes later and says we need to set some ground rules. And basically gives a list of their so called rules...I see no list of rules posted out here. It's a courtyard outside and mind you it was a slow day and it was our group outside for a majority of the time. In total I saw 2 couples the entire time we were there. We each bought food and/or coffees and spent well over $80 collectively. Isn't your job to keep the paying customers happy? That's at least what I learned from my many years as a cashier and server. Our children were outside being kids and running around, exploring, coloring and playing. Again being kids. She proceeded to come out a third time and threatened to kick us out because our children were "climbing the trees" and she and I quote "saw what she saw". My friends and I came on a quiet day. We all purchased coffees and pastries, and we were out in the courtyard with our children. A very disgruntled employee came out to tell us that our kids were climbing the trees, when not once did they ever attempt to climb (they can't even reach the bushes that barricade the trees). She came again later with the most horrible attitude I've ever witnessed an eatery, threatening to kick us out because our kids picked a couple of flowers and supposedly were climbing the trees they were not even TOUCHING. Mind you we we told our children NOT to pick the flowers after they picked one (they're KIDS and sometimes we have to tell them something twice!) the point is how horrible her attitude was. They must deduct a landscaping fee from the employees paychecks. I've worked as a barista and a food server for years and there was no excuse for her tone. We could tell this young woman just doesn't like children and was bothered by their presence. Don't come here if you have kids, we have plenty of other better coffee options in Fullerton. read more

Strike 1: They wouldn't use my personal cup for the order. This is wasteful. When I asked why, I was told "it's policy." That policy stinks. (Even Starbucks will take your personal cup!) I've gone to Dripp for more than 5 years but finally am writing my review. I really love the matcha lavender latte here - often the ratio between the matcha and lavender is off at other places (sometimes too much lavender syrup) but here it's just right and it's so refreshing and creamy with a hint of relaxing lavender. My husband got the cochata naturally bc he loves cold brew and horchata, and really enjoyed it! In the past I've also tried their ice cream and cookies - not spectacular but didn't have any issues. Ice cream is ice cream, it's gonna end up in my stomach anyways! It can be hard to find seating so be prepared to sit on the bar stools or outside! We came on a Saturday afternoon and this was the case for us. My husband also had issues with connecting to the wifi so he had to rely on my hotspot so also be prepared for that. read more

Barista's are still in touch with patrons, interior is flooded with light/WiFi is fast. Design interior/ exterior is of note which beckons and provides a safe environment for students, writers, firemen, police and "stirne" in line. Enroll in star program. Photo worthy cappuccino--with branded cup/saucer. Fountain is melodic and olive trees were silent. Dripp has their own brand of coffee now. Bravo for 8 years in business. read more
