It's located in a shopping center location behind a McDonalds. Immediately, upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner who was very warm and friendly. They had detroit style or NY style pizzas with a decent amount of options. My friends got the NY style supreme and we got the the detroit style NY Omygosh its good style pizza which was essentially pepperoni and ricotta, which are a nice combo of mine and my wife's favorite toppings. Both pizzas were fantastic and different and delicious in their own way. We used their flat iron seasonings which we were all geeking out over while waiting for our pizzas. They were really good and a nice compliment to the pizza and I thought it was cool the owner had a partnership to sell those along with some hot honey too. The owner checked on us several times and probably was the most engaging owner I've met at any restaurant. For drinks, they had craft sodas in their fountain machine and I got the Dr pepper version which was tasty. Pickup seems to be the most efficient approach with not a ton of tables and no public restrooms.

I only saw one person working which would explain the wait. The interior is very bright with color and fun T-shirts hanging from the ceiling. There were also other places where they had merchandise that you could purchase. There are several places to sit but it is not a very big space. The man working behind the counter did a good job getting people their orders. When it was our turn to order it went quickly. We paid and then left. We got a small cup of Big Red Ice Cream, and a Amy's Tiny Chocolate Delight Ice Cream Cake. The Big Red Ice Cream was good. It was creamy and you could taste a hint of the Big Red flavor. The Chocolate Delight Ice Cream Cake had a strong Chocolate flavor and was super sweet. I could only eat a little bit of it but my son loved it. You do have to leave the Tiny Ice Cream Cake out at room temperature for about 15 minutes before you can cut into it. Overall it was a cool place to go and get some ice cream with different options but the wait can possibly be long depending on the time of day and the number of people working.

He ended up with a shake, my husband ice cream with a topping and me only ice cream. It is expensive but it is a rare treat. Store was super clean probably because it is brand new. AKA MEAT! toppings were fresh around the board - and everyone raved about their sandwiches - all had different breads and they were talked about too. i got the french dip $15 and could only manage to put away 1/4 of it. meat was tender & well seasoned, good cheese ratio (i skipped onions & horseradish mayo) and au jus was very good. cant remember the last time a group order or various dishes received rave reviews across the board! side special of carrot fries was hot, fresh, well salted & surprisingly yummy. i dont like carrots - in any form - but i guess i have now found a form i like! side cheese curls was SO chewy-licious seasoned in garlic butter! and dont skip the desserts! several of us got the lemon bar $4 which was everything bright and good! i also got a NY style b&w cookie $5 that was a big as my hand. service was fast & friendly and amazingly perfectly accurate - important if you are taking food to go. which might be a good idea at peak times. seating at bar, and a few hightops with 2 hightops for 2 outside. also a picnic table outside. we all have other dishes we are anxious to go back and try. and in a town where a lot of places roll up their shops after lunch, its nice that turcotte's stays open til 9. meats by the pound available as well.

It was probably close to a lb of meat. The roast beef was fresh and I ate it all after a 5 mile hike. The venue is super cute and surprising to be in a strip mall. The family who owns and runs it is super nice. I would come back to try their other sandwiches because my friend said the Reuben was really good. I will update my review after I try another sandwich.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Thyme & Dough…read more Per my confirmed order ticket, I arrived and placed my order at 9:13 a.m. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two iced coffees, and my total came to $42.80, including a 20% tip. After waiting over 20 minutes without any update, I asked around 9:34 a.m. how much longer my order would take. Instead of simply apologizing or providing an update, the employee checked my payment time and told me that the wait was "right on target" for a good breakfast. When I politely expressed that the wait seemed excessive for what I had ordered, she reiterated that this was normal and that good food takes time to prepare. I didn't feel those comments were necessary--they made me feel dismissed rather than understood. She also stated there had been a long line ahead of us, which wasn't accurate. When I arrived at 9:13, there was only one customer finishing her order at the register. I finally received my food at approximately 9:38 a.m. While I understand that fresh food takes time, a 25-minute wait for two breakfast sandwiches and two iced coffees, especially with no proactive communication, felt excessive. A simple acknowledgment of the delay or a more empathetic response would have made a significant difference. Instead, I left feeling that my concerns were brushed aside. Between the lengthy wait, the dismissive interaction, and the overall experience, I didn't feel the service justified the price or the 20% tip that was included in my purchase. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
