We haven't had our car cleaned in years and now it's too big of a job to do at 9 months pregnant. Response Time and Service: Musiyua was extremely responsive (and quick), professional and was super accommodating towards our schedule and scheduling changes since my car broke down and was in the shop just a couple days before our original date. When I finally got my car back from the shop earlier than expected he was able to come by asap and even worked around my drs appointment so that we can get my car serviced. He was also extremely detailed and patient with the many questions I had about what needs to be done and what services he offers/part of his package. Quality of Work: Musiyua did an amazing job deep cleaning the interior of our car. He was extremely thorough and removed all the excessive dog hair from all the mats and seats and when I say excessive dog hair, it was EXCESSIVE. We haven't had our car deep cleaned for years and the seats were shampooed and cleaned like brand new. The outside of the vehicle was also cleaned like sparkling new. I call to let Misaya know that same day after coming home to find that his work very so terrible not even a shine on my trucks paneling or even a shine and n my leather seats. He assured me he would return the next day which he did, but from the time he arrived he was very anxious and so very disrespectful. Not even to ask if he could use the power outlet in my garage he just walks in and plugs his so called magic steamer that he doesn't know how to use. tells me do not go anywhere I would have to stay where I'm at and watch him clean. I should have listen to previous reviews but I wanted to give him a chance . Detail isn't his # one concern as his websites states . Nor does it say a full detail is only the inside of a vehicle and would be an extra 50 on top of the 220 . The car also stinks . How does the car smell worse after shampooing the carpets ???
