Apparently while struggling to remove the air filter to sell me a new one, they loosened the hose and never bothered reconnecting it. Very careless work and disappointing service. This was the worst experience. I would have given zero stars if possible! The main guy (young man,…read moreCaucasian, strawberry blond with big blue eyes) was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. I pulled in and asked for an oil change and an inspection because I need to renew registration. I then said hold off on the inspection because I just got it done last year and I know you can renew online with an inspection that is only one year old. He proceeded to say to me "When was the last time you got your car registered because they won't do it without an inspection because they only last 90 days". I just said I don't think that's correct but go ahead and do it. Then comes the outragious prices...I said wow thats quite expensive then the kid I am talking about says in a smart ass tone "have you had your oil changed lately because these are the prices we have had" I responded that I had it changed regularly at Lavon Tire (BEST place ever worth the drive and I will only go there from now on)...I told him that their prices are a fraction of what this place charges and he got offended and started arguing with me about the prices. Finally I just said could you change the oil and stop? I was so irritated with him at this time I wanted to just leave. I hope the owner sees this because I assure you your business is NOT doing well with people like that working for you. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this location completely. Manage your business and fire your little asshole employee.

I was warmly greeted by Zach and spoken to very kindly. I asked about a vehicle inspection, and he said they could get me right in. I waited for him to finish his last transaction and ask for my name. I was surprised when he called me by name; I had not even given him the information. Then I realized he had entered my plate information into the system, and there it was! My husband had taken the vehicle there before, so that was a pleasant surprise! Jayme was the tech; she explained the inspection outcome and told me of a necessary service (brake fluid flush) but not required. She wasn't pushy but confident; she even offered to show me the issue. How refreshing! When checking out, Nick was the guy on deck and was also kind! I had a few questions about their different services, and they were all very knowledgeable and answered them without hesitation. They even told me about a coupon for a future service; I appreciated that! I inquired about a Brake fluid flush, oil change, and other preventative services. I was surprised there were no "Preventative Maintenance" service bundles! These days, it's hard to find the time to take our vehicles in for an oil change, let alone for a service check-up, but when I do, I want to get it all done at once; having a "service bundle" package would save me time AND money, and would be worth a little extra time... and not the extra trip! It's a Customer Service opportunity... at your fingertips! Thank you for the outstanding customer service; it was a GREAT experience! See y'all soon... Maybe there will be a "Service Bundle." I didn't take any pictures, maybe next time!

They were quick to get me in and out. They also were able to give me recommendations for honest mechanics. I never felt pressured to purchase things I did not need and they were honest with the condition of my cars. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. About a week ago, I brought my 2020 Infiniti QX60 in for an oil change and also had the engine air filter and cabin air filter replaced. After returning home, I noticed an unusually loud roaring noise whenever I accelerated. Since I don't drive this vehicle very often, it remained parked in my garage for most of the week. When I drove it again today, the same loud noise was still there, so I took the vehicle back to the shop. It appears that the engine air filter/intake assembly was not properly secured after the filter replacement, leaving the intake loose and causing the loud roaring noise. Thankfully, I didn't drive the vehicle very much in this condition. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when customers trust professionals to service their vehicles, basic items like this should be carefully checked before the vehicle is returned. I hope the team takes this as an opportunity to reinforce quality checks so similar mistakes don't happen to other customers. I've been a loyal customer of this location for several years, but unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about bringing my vehicle back in the future.

The front staff is always friendly, and they tend to get work done pretty quickly, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I brought in my Kia EV9 and my VW Atlas for alignments. The EV9 was handled smoothly, although I did have to call to check whether it was ready. Not a big deal, just something to note. The Atlas visit is what really reminded me why I trust this shop. During their inspection, they noticed the oil filter and drain plug were leaking from an oil change I had done at Take 5 only two hours earlier. I'm extremely thankful they caught it. If I hadn't brought it in the same day, I could have ended up with a major engine problem. The only other minor issue I've ever had was a couple of years ago when my Pacifica's strut replacement was delayed, probably because of parts availability. Otherwise, every experience has been solid. Overall, Integrity 1st has earned my trust with their honesty, attention to detail, and friendly service. I'll keep bringing my vehicles here.

I initially visited Discount Tire to have my tires rotated as part of my 5,000-mile maintenance. During the service, Discount Tire broke a lug nut/stud and advised me to take my vehicle to Integrity 1st Automotive to have it repaired. When I brought my vehicle to Integrity 1st, I was informed that there were several additional maintenance items that needed attention. Some of these items I was already aware of and planned to have addressed by my regular mechanic when he returned from out of town in mid-August. However, I was told by Integrity 1st that my vehicle had a very serious oil leak that could not wait and needed to be repaired immediately. Based on their recommendation and the urgency they communicated to me, I authorized them to repair the oil leak and paid the amount charged for that service. I specifically understood that the oil leak had been repaired. After my regular mechanic returned, I took my vehicle to him to have the rack and pinion repaired. Because he does not perform front-end alignments, he recommended that I take the vehicle elsewhere for the alignment. I then returned to Integrity 1st Automotive for the alignment and was quoted $120, which I authorized. At that time, I was extremely surprised when I was again told that my vehicle had a very bad oil leak. I immediately questioned how this was possible since Integrity 1st had previously told me that the oil leak was serious, needed immediate attention, and had been repaired. I was then told that the previous repair addressed a different or lower leak and that this additional leak had not been seen at the time. This explanation is very concerning to me. When I authorized the original repair, I did so because I was specifically told that I had a serious oil leak that could not wait. I was never advised that only one portion of the leak was being repaired or that another oil leak might still remain. Had that been explained to me, I would have made a different decision regarding the repair. My regular mechanic, who has serviced my vehicle for approximately 15 years and specializes in Honda and Acura vehicles, was already aware of a very slow oil leak. His professional opinion was that it did not require immediate repair and could be monitored until it became significant enough to address. This is very different from what I was told by Integrity 1st. My primary concern is simple: If I paid Integrity 1st Automotive to repair what I was told was a serious oil leak, why was I later told by the same shop that I still had a very bad oil leak? I would like a detailed explanation of exactly what oil leak was diagnosed during my first visit, what repair was performed, what parts and labor I was charged for, and why the current leak was not identified at that time. I would also like Integrity 1st Automotive to review the charges associated with the original oil leak repair and determine what refund or corrective action is appropriate. I trusted the professional recommendation I was given and authorized the repair based on the urgency communicated to me. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to question whether the repair I paid for was necessary, complete, and properly explained. I hope Integrity 1st Automotive will take this complaint seriously and make a reasonable effort to resolve this matter.
