I called to see if they could assist since it was the end of the day and no where else but them were open. They said to bring my truck by and that they wouldn't charge to simply top off my coolant. I did as they asked, they filled my coolant, and did not charge me anything. They could have easy charged me or tried to upsell me on something, but they did not. That is why I felt inclined to write a review when I usually do not write online reviews. They seem like a good group working over there based on my one experience and would consider taking a vehicle back there due to their honesty and convenience.

Do not use this location. They broke a part on my vehicle while working on replacement of an air…read morefilter. This was not evident to me until my drive home. I was unable to drive my vehicle. I returned and spoke to a manager who assured me they would get the part. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks, I called them to be told they reviewed the tapes and it wasn't them. The manager informed me he was tired of people like me attempting to get something for free, and proceeded to hang up. I called back and said I did not want to get off on the wrong foot, I just wanted to make sure I did not damage the sensor if I replaced it. He basically called me a theif and liar and again hung up! I'm a disabled Vietnam Veteran and evidently their signs of veteran friendly do not apply at this location!

Jiffy Lube Sycamore was my obvious choice, seeing as how I've always had good experiences with the company. The staff and operation at the particular Jiffy Lube is simply spectacular. Friendly and knowledgeable with all the charm and care that I would imagine a corner garage back in the 1950's would have. Everyone working as a team, making sure all I's are dotted and T's are crossed. In particular I'd like to recognize Barb and Darien as exceptional team players and brand ambassadors. Called Greg at Bockman's and explained the situation and her tight schedule being a student athlete. He helped navigate her time restraints and they were able to fix a wiring failure and a check engine light that happened to come on while she was driving there. Turned out we needed a new gas cap.
