When I questioned the price difference, I was told they would "pull the call" to prove I agreed to it -- but I know I never did. On top of that, the free tire rotation discount plus discount oil change for $49.99 that was supposed to be included with my oil change never showed up anywhere on the invoice. Nothing about the pricing or discounts added up. The whole experience felt shady and misleading, and it's made me lose trust in this location. I won't be getting any major work done here again unless I have the full quote in writing beforehand. I'm sharing this so others can be aware before doing business here.

During the appointment, they noticed a few things wrong regarding my tires, rotor, and pins. Rather than going through with the service of balancing and rotating tires- which would've left me me with the issues I was unaware of (worn tread, seized pin, worn rotors)- Bob notified me that I should address these 3 issues before going through with my originally desired maintenance. They chose to prioritize the customer rather than going through with the service that wouldn't have done anything in the grand scheme. For this I rate 5 stars and highly recommend the service department. I will also return here for my future needs and recommend this place to everyone. These are guys you want to pay to inspect your vehicle.

I went in to speak to them about it, to give them a chance to own up to the wrongdoing and sincerely apologize for their wrong. All I got was excuses about how the person presented himself as my husband and they give that info out often. He didn't even know my actual last name or how to spell it. That should have been a big, red flag. Although, their actions were very wrong even without any red flags, and they should have known better. I will never, ever give them any further business, and I will actively discourage people from using this business. Shame on them.

Friendly front desk guy, Stephen. i moved away and I still came here (30 min travel) because finding a honest and detail-oriented mechanic can be hard. I don't know what happened this time around. I came for an oil change, and there's a rattling under my car that I want investigated and Stephen is aware that my exhaust has been rusting and I have been here to weld it back together before. I made sure the welder was there when I dropped it off. 1. I dropped off my car , they kept it over the weekend, when I picked it up on Monday, there were deep scratches in my driver door frame, like someone tried to pry it open. The shop does NOT have cameras facing your cars that is in their possession, in their private lot. They don't take responsibility for anything that happens to your car. Don't even have cameras just so I can file an insurance claim (should be bare minimum, but owner only has camera facing their door so someone doesn't break into their shop, your car in their lot is fair game). 2. Welder fixed the rattling (a heat shield rusting), but completely disregarded my tailpipe that was rusting off. (but they told me something that they noticed that I didn't ask initially know about -- I had a bad wheel bearing, which they called me to notify me and I ok'ed them to fix immediately, so idk why they didn't care or notice that my tail pipe was holding by a thread). My tail pipe literally fell off on the highway on Monday , right after I picked up my car to drive home. They offered to fix it for me but obviously I gotta pay to get it fixed. At bare minimum, I should've been told that this can come off (as an average car owner that doesn't have a lift, the shop should've seen that easily when investigating the heat shield) and a literal danger to the road. Luckily it didn't hit anyone on the highway. I decided to go to a different shop to put in a new tailpipe for $80.

They took great care of Daisy and checked things we didn't expect just to make sure she was in good shape. They love superchargers, was the explanation. Well, here, take my supercharger then. Just keep doing what you're doing. We've since been back with our anti-climactic Ford Fusion and a flat tire, and still -- although undeniably not a supercharger -- took amazing care of Hypatia. I made it clear I understood the risks and that there would be no guarantee if I went aftermarket. After hearing the price, the person on the phone said they spoke with a manager and that they were willing to work with me after doing a diagnostic. When I arrived in person, it was as if that entire conversation never happened. They refused to quote or consider aftermarket at all, despite me repeating that I understood the risks. When I mentioned the phone call, they dismissed it and even suggested I must have called the wrong place--despite having all my information for the appointment and it being my first time there. I don't fault any shop for choosing not to install aftermarket parts. I fault them for telling me one thing over the phone just to get me in the door. If I hadn't double‑checked, they absolutely would have charged me for the diagnostic and then refused to do the work they previously agreed to.
