We have limited budget but want a comfortable 6-passenger car for our long road trip so we went with a minivan. One of the staff who was helping her politely asked "would you like to be upgraded?" My wife was hesitant cause she is used to other car rental place that charges extra if the car reserved was unavailable. She answered "no" due to the potential upgrade cost. The staff courteously asked again "are you going on a long trip?" The answer was yes. The staff said they have a more comfortable ride which was a bigger, better and newer ride - the expedition max which just arrived this morning. Long story short (which it was actually short) she came home with an expedition for the price of minivan. To top it all, everything went so smoothly. She was in and out in about 15 minutes. Everytime we come here we were treated with dignity and respect. I hope i can give more stars but 5 is the limit. I was completely disgusted. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, Val, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he arrogantly said, "We wouldn't ever give you a dirty car." That's it. No acknowledgment, no professionalism, no attempt to make things right. After pushing for a replacement, he finally agreed to "upgrade" me to a Range Rover Velar and told me it was bigger than the Sport -- which was a blatant lie. When the vehicle was delivered, surprise -- it was smaller and just as filthy. At this point, it's clear this location has zero standards for cleanliness, honesty, or customer care. They don't inspect their vehicles and they clearly don't train their staff to take responsibility. If you value your time, money, or even basic hygiene -- avoid this Enterprise at all costs.

Mr. Emil Hadad just rent me a defective/broken car for a 100$ for two days and 500$ deposit. 30 minutes after I got the car I return it because it was literally dangerous to drive and Mr. Emil refuse to refund me or compensate me for my time that i spent (almost 1.5 hour to get the car) and the inconvenience. After an argument he was willing to charge me for 40$ for a broken car that I had for a 30 minutes. Also, in the contract they wrote that I got a full gas tank while I had less than 1/4. The first vehicle available was really small, but it was all they had at the moment so I took it. The next day they were able to switch me into something larger, which I appreciated. That second car ended up smelling like a wet dog, so that wasn't going to work. I texted the person I believe was the branch manager and let her know. She apologized right away and wanted to fix it immediately. When I came in, the whole team was friendly, smiling, and ready to help. They got me into a much nicer vehicle that did not smell like a dog at all. Every single person I interacted with was super nice and super helpful. Keep in mind while reading this that I've gone to this branch several times since moving to…read moreWoodland Hills in 2022. There's a Hertz and Avis inside of the local Marriott hotel. I want to focus one one problem which has now happened twice. Avis rented a Chevy Malibu to me and while driving to Las Vegas the CHECK ENGINE OIL light came on. That makes me nervous as I'm driving my family through Death Valley. I took the time to purchase oil and ultimately swapped the car prior to the return drive across the desert. That's time and money taken from my trip. And it has happened twice, with two different vehicles. The time it took to make the transfer of vehicles made it impossible to return the car to Woodland Hills on time. So I was charged for an extra day. I'd like to see these companies put more effort into vehicle maintenance so that these things don't happen to us.
