    Horrible place. Went there to get a minivan that has been prepaid already. Had to wait 15 mins while they get the van. Van arrives still wet. George hands me the keys and leaves. This is where the horror starts. Upon inspection, the van had dents, scratches all over and a cracked bumper. When I went back to the counter, he says it's all been noted and there are no other vans available. Fine, I could let that pass. I got home to load up my baggages, when I folded the rear seats, the storage well was filled with popcorn, chips and all sorts of garbage. Tgere was also puke on the passenger side flooring and the carpet was still wet. Called George again and he says there's nothing he can do. Called roadside assistance to see if they could fund a replacement in another location. They found one un Burbank but they say they can't reserve it. Fine. On my way to Burbank airport, I called them for their location and to verify the van, manager says there's none available and nobody called them to ask. Called roadside assistance to see if there's one available in ABQ airport. She asks if I could make it there in 2 hours. Burbank to Albuquerque? What do you think? She says she can inly reserve for 2 hours....hmmm first person says you can't and this one says 2 hours. Which ine is true? So no other choice, we drove for 13 hours with the stench of puke inside. I called the District Manager Janine twice since Saturday, no answer. I called the General Manager Anthony Penman, no answer. George called yesterday, but what can I expect? The managers don't give a damn about customers, why should their employees give a damn? WOODLAND HILLS HLE AND HERTZ IN MARIOTT HAVE HORRIBLE employees. VERY SHADY. Check your vehicles because if not, you're in your own. If I could give a zero rating I would. Hertz used to be a very dependable company. I don't know what happened, but this will be the last time I'm renting from them

    This is a tough one - I wanted to originally give this a 2 star but ended up getting such decent customer service I changed it to a 3. I arrived to pick up a vehicle (searched for the closest location) and noticed it was inside a hotel. No problem, plenty of parking if needed for car rental section. Get into the hotel see a starbucks (if needed), so far all is good (great location). Get to the counter to pick up a vehicle (which was taken care of ahead of time) and see a ridiculous line with 2 girls working. It took SO LONG to get my rental (45 min ordeal) - was over it before I got to the counter. While providing my info to the girl at the counter, I was told, "oh we might not have a car ready" - we'll WTF did I pay and make a reservation for???? After mins of standing and waiting, they offered me a dirty car, since I was in a rush and could really car less - I took it. The young girl was nice enough to let me return the vehicle without filling it up (there is your extra star). In short, this place kinda sucks IF you are in a rush, if time isnt an issue and have xanax to spare along with patience - feel free. Stop being a bitch Hertz - hire extra workers.

    Slight smoke smell and burn holes in the headliner.

I had a terrible experience with Enterprise in Chatsworth, and I only booked there because it was the closest location to my home. I made a reservation 2-3 weeks in advance for a minivan, as we were picking up our son, who would be bringing four pieces of luggage. A week ago, I called to confirm our reservation and ensure we'd get a Chrysler Pacifica, which they confirmed. However, on the day of pick-up, after working in the morning, I arrived in the afternoon, only to be told that they had given away my car. I had explicitly told the rep during the call that I would pick up the car Friday afternoon because we were leaving early Saturday morning. His response was, "Sorry, we had your reservation at 8 AM, and we give a one-hour allowance. Since you didn't call, we gave away your car." I asked if they even tried to contact me, and he replied, "There are only two of us here, and we didn't have time to call because we were busy with other customers." He was dismissive and immediately moved on to the next customer. The waiting room had three customers (including myself), and only one staff member was outside retrieving cars. Frustrated, I called Enterprise and was told by the trunk line for reservations that the Sherman Way branch had a minivan available. I was hopeful, so I rushed to the location, but upon arrival, my heart sank. The place was packed--people were waiting outside, and more were inside. It was clear that the branch was busy, but I noticed around five staff members working hard, yet still managing to provide excellent customer service. Then, Will approached me with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. He asked for my name and politely requested that I wait as they worked hard to accommodate everyone. His calm attitude had a calming effect on the other customers, making us all feel valued. When my name was called, I was told that the staff didn't know there was no minivan available because I had called the general reservation line, not the local branch. I explained the poor service I received at the Chatsworth branch, where they gave away my car without even attempting to help. Will, recognizing the frustration and desperation in my voice, told me to wait while they worked to find a solution. That was enough for me to hold onto hope, but I also accepted that it might not work out. Then, I overheard their team discussing bookings, and--voila!--they made it happen! They were able to secure a minivan for me. I can honestly say the Sherman Way team is the best in the Valley! What stood out most wasn't just that they made it happen, but the empathy, patience, and teamwork they demonstrated. The calmness and dedication to providing excellent service made all the difference. This experience restored my faith in Enterprise. Thank you, Will, and the entire Sherman Way team, for your professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care for your customers. I'll definitely return to this branch!

That second car ended up smelling like a wet dog, so that wasn't going to work. I texted the person I believe was the branch manager and let her know. She apologized right away and wanted to fix it immediately. When I came in, the whole team was friendly, smiling, and ready to help. They got me into a much nicer vehicle that did not smell like a dog at all. Every single person I interacted with was super nice and super helpful. They made the whole process easy from start to finish. When I returned the car, they even gave me a ride back to the Cadillac dealership. That extra step really stood out. Overall, I had an awesome experience with this Enterprise team. They took care of me every step of the way and made sure I left happy.

I wish the old team was there! Such a great place turned into a real disaster. What happened to American services? It's scary how hostile it has become. I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore. Huge disappointment.

That maybe why they are cutting corners and over charging.

The staff courteously asked again "are you going on a long trip?" The answer was yes. The staff said they have a more comfortable ride which was a bigger, better and newer ride - the expedition max which just arrived this morning. Long story short (which it was actually short) she came home with an expedition for the price of minivan. To top it all, everything went so smoothly. She was in and out in about 15 minutes. Everytime we come here we were treated with dignity and respect. I hope i can give more stars but 5 is the limit. Our family loves long road trips and everytime we have one we always come to this branch. Thank you Avis/Budget! You always make our vacation memorable and most of all safe and comfortable!

I was in need of a car badly and I remember a friend told me about this car rental service where the car can be delivered to me. I called the next day early in the morning. Roughly around 6am and I got a car delivered to me within the next hour. It was an updated Mercedes Benz with GPS. The cost of the car for 2 weeks was really a good deal. Other places like Alamo, Dollar, Avis, etc that were charging me more than what my car costs on a monthly payment. I am very thankful that I got something the same day. The guy who answered is Guillermo. He has a very thick Spanish accent but he was nice enough to help me in my needs. Ever since that day, I have been getting rentals through him.
