The physical card does not display a number. The guy at the desk just said they can't accept the card because of that. I asked if they can manually put in the card number, the guy said no. I have not been to a business that could not manually put in a credit number. The same guy also told the customer before me that he needed better car than an electric car and asked the guy to call his insurance company to "upgrade" it. I would suggest to avoid this business at all costs.

This past Saturday, my daughter and I picked up the car at the time now we had booked and met the wonderful Rob ( our birthday twin ) who was so helpful and so lovely! He was fantastic and the experience was fast, smooth and wonderful! Then, Lawrence, another fabulous employee checked us out ( going over all the car details) and made that experience easy peasy and we drove off so happy about the expeditious way everything was handled. Returning the car yesterday was again easy and I left smiling! I wanna give a big shout out to both Rob and Lawrence for being such wonderful people! Enterprise should be very happy to have such outstanding people representing their brand! The pickup never happened, and after multiple calls I was redirected to three different Enterprise locations before finding my car -- with no confirmation email ever sent for the original booking. I called my adjuster, and they had my booking confirmation. Suddenly, Enteprise did have my reservation. When I finally arrived at a location, I was told my reserved vehicle wasn't available. The only option offered was a downgrade to an SUV that wasn't my approved class and that I wasn't comfortable driving, despite a Tesla sitting on the lot marked "reserved" -- the same status my own confirmed reservation apparently had, and was not honored. The on-site manager was not helpful in resolving this. She kept interrupting me. I couldn't say a single word before I was hearing "can I speak. Can I speak" absolutely you can speak. Can I finish what im saying first? Mind you, THIS WAS A "MANAGER". One location callled me, explained that they always hear about problems at this enterprise and proposed solution was to send me home in a Lyft and follow up "another day," despite my active insurance claim requiring transportation immediately. This was an extremely frustrating experience involving lost reservations at three separate locations, no communication, and no accountability until I escalated repeatedly. I would not recommend relying on Enterprise for time-sensitive insurance rental needs.

Anyway, this location is the last remnant of the Ugly Duckling chain, we were told. An Ugly Duckling clock hung on the wall of the no frills office, a souvenir of days gone by. The cars are not new, are shabby, missing hubcaps, displaying painful-looking dents. My friend got one with A/C for about $20 a day. There are weekly and monthly rates that sweeten the deal even more. We got great service from Ruben. I may add a star as time goes by - this is the first day my friend has driven the UD beater, let's see if it survives the month.......

They want you to return the car in the condition it came in, aka clean (ish). The car wasn't even as clean as the cars I've rented from other rental companies. Avis/Budget claims the cleaning fee is because the car is "excessively dirty" when it's just in a standard condition consistent with normal use. No dirt caked into the floor, no trash left in the car, no stains. Nothing that would require cleaning beyond the routine cleaning done between rentals. Tldr: wash/vacuum the car before you return or you WILL be charged a cleaning fee for not returning the car in the condition it came in.

But Giovany asked me about what I was looking for and I gave him my options with a Challenger being first on the list and a Charger being second. Gio found me a black Charger.
