Ended up coming to LA on a last-minute trip and needed a car to rent for a Music videos, I went online and they had a Car that I specifically wanted posted. I traveled all the way down from Anaheim to pick up the so-called 840 BMW, but when I arrived, there was no sign of that car, they ended up giving me another car which was a BMW seven series SUV that I didn't want, but I was on a time crunch, so I just ended up taking the car first their deposits are extremely high for regular vehicles $2000. 1 had no problem as I'm a business owner and I support peoples businesses and I don't really ask too many questions when it comes to amounts Moving forward I rented the car for one day and I need it to extend for another. The owner reached out to me the night of and told me that I needed to pay upfront, then I ended up asking him. What's your Zell... I got no reply the following day I got a call from one of the employees asking what time will I return the car? I told him I'll be there at 6 PM, I stopped over by the dealership to pick up some thing and came out and the car was gone. I called very frustrated asking them. Hey did you guys get the car and they told me yes it was an executive decision I had to Uber all the way from the San Fernando Valley down to Venice CA. to come and try to resolve things. As got there, they asked me for the car key as I asked for my belongings. They are also pretty scam and because now they want to say it takes 21 days for them to get you back the deposit, which is crazy because I paid cash do not ever step foot in this business zone for any reason I was also threatened saying don't ever mess with Russian's but I guess I will never mess with the Russians again because the ones here are scammers. The owner came in stumping and very frustrated as his feathers must've been ruffled acting very belligerent and ignorant on top of that. The car that I rented was very defective. Miami to LA My first great experience with this company was in Miami..and due to the great service they provided me out there, I knew when I touched down in the city of Angels they would be my go to. I rented the Lamborghini Urus. The vibrant color turned heads everywhere we went. My best friend was getting married so this was our girls trip to splurge and have fun. Cheat! I called in last Saturday in the AM, reaching a Jamal or a Devon (seemed to answer to both over the few calls we had). Said I wanted to a 1 day rental of the Stingray. He said ok, that would be $499. Said I was on their site and it states $399. He said ok, but, he stated, it does not include taxes, extra miles, cleaning. I said OK. Their cheapo, non functioning site should have warned me as to the amateurs - worse, scam artists, I was about to deal with. Woefully little information at all on the site. You don't have to go to Dream Cars at Hertz ( http://hertzdreamcars.com/ ) See a small shop at http://vanityexotics.com/ for legal and pricing info. A few hours later at the appointed time, I went to the address on Lincoln in Marina (they list other locations but seems that they are questionable). No one was there. Gates were shut. 10 mins later after calling a Devon or, was it Jamal, he said sleepily that "they" are on the way. No Jamal or a Devon, but 3 young teen/post teens hop out of a Honda and open the gate and the office. Rachel, she admits, has no experience and is just helping out as she gets behind the computer and calls Jamal/Devon on the "arrangement". The voice on the other end tries to push me into the $499/day rate... I remind him (maybe he's 2 people and they are confused... but I sense its convenient amnesia) They ask for a pre-authorization amount of $1500. Not atypical. But then they insisted that I pay the "estimated rental" and taxes, cleaning and a service charge. Total of $500. I balked. My wife was with me as a witness to what happened. Rachel fumbling around, not knowing, not authorized, "I am just helping out" - calls Jamal/Devon or did she say "Kevin" - 3 people or 3 aliases & could not reach anyone at first. Then, finally she does find her bos or bosses. Now, the person says don't worry we will adjust it on the return. $500 more before I jump in the car. Stupid me. Wife side bars: "Why give them money up front?" She is right of course. Car was prepped. Gear shift issues. Does not stay in gear when you select manual override. Automatic mode interecedes... I manage this inconvenience, despite the hassle. Next day, 24 hrs later. Again, I wait for folks to show up. Rachel (still apologizes she doesn't know anything) and Alex (a car delivery guy, it seems) The pre-authorization is voided. Good. Now for that estimated charge - base of $399 and addl charges. I ask as is normal for an itemized and adjusted bill. She says "I don't know.. let me call the owner who is still out of town (Devon/Jamal/Kevin?) He is found and a cell conversation ensures "Sorry, your $500 has been processed" and "he" said you can come in in the next few days when he returns to discuss. He won't get on the phone with me. I tell Rachel that I had mechanical problems, abided by the 100 mi limit, 24 hr period & put a 1/2 tank extra of fuel... Take it up with the owner!! I am dealing with dysfunctional woman, a creepy owner and overall an extremely poorly run, fly by night operator. A few days later, I dropped in and met someone who answered to Jamal (but if I called him Devon or Kevin, assuredly he would have answered. He refused to adjust anything, making the false claim that he told me that the charges from a $399 base would be $500. Huh?? Never happened. It was pitched as an estimated amount. $399 with taxes (9%) = $434. How is this $500 amount calculated?? As I returned the car in the alloted 100 mi, 24 hr & with gas filled well over the required amount, what there is $65 cleaning? There are no rates nor charges posted in the office nor on the web site. He was mum and only said that he would have a receipt emailed to me IMMEDIATELY. That was 4 days ago. On a few fronts, they are in violation of the California BCP code. The net is: I got a malfunctioning car, incompetence, annoyance and was a victim of at best hopeless disorganization and rudeness. And was taken for $65 or more.. If it was the Gallardo, the amount might have been a few hundred; the Ferrari 458, several hundred dollars - all as a percentage derived from tmy corvette base rental rate. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Pros: - DAY RATES GOOD ON SURFACE BUT HIGH PER MILE OVERAGES - EASY PAPERWORK Cons: - NO OFFICE HOURS they keep no office hours and you have to schedule an appt to return your vehicle....there is not a single person in their office otherwise. - PINCH YOU ON SMALL SHIT// KIND OF GREEDY they pinch you on gas and on little things....(sorry, but if i pay 3,000 for a rental, don't tell me the gas is 1/8 too low). They will jump at any opportunity to charge you for excess (late return, etc) -- CAR QUALITY SUB-PAR: still supercars and still beautiful....however, expect them to be not maintained by lamborghini/ferrari trained experts....i'll be straight with you....these guys will give you a good day rate and then they spike the mileage. Here's the deal: there's a nice guy and an irritable guy. they work in tandem. nice guy kevin and i agree on a rate. then you go fill out paperwork with Jermell, the grumpy dude. He'll have you sign and initial everywhere....BUT he saves one last bit for the walk around on the car. He knows in his head that $5.00/mile overages are ludicrous but he figures he'll do the old "lets go check out the condition of the car so you can be distracted while you sign off on the mileage." So then he scribbles onto the page $5/mile over 50 miles. You just walked around the car, pointed out scrapes, have your head elsewhere....your on lincoln blvd, its busy, traffic is honking and stuff.....there's the clipboard sliding right under your face, jermell wants a quick signature folks. Jermell knows you don't know about the absurd $5/mile....the ethical dealership would slap you in the face with that information while you are face to face inside an office....but these two scammers will pull this little sneak move....but you know what, they aren't alone....many rental co's will get you outside when they try and sneak shit by you. So when you are there, stop down, read exact details, repeat it out loud for them to affirm, and hope he doesn't have another slide-by trick.... And let me be crystal clear on the sub-par condition claim above.....the cars are exotic supercars and are beautiful....however, they are dinged and scraped, and upon inspection you will find size-able scratches...the murcielago I rented had a busted ignition that left me stranded at one point....it would not turn over....and I am a total car guy and do all my own mods on my Z06...I am not a professional but I am plenty competent in working on a car....anyway, the car -- the murcielago - had a jammed up ignition that they later told me was "common with all lambo's"....I don't believe that to be true and, as expected, google didn't support the claim. On this past rental, a Huracan, they told me "it was just in for service last Tuesday." Again, a lie. This is I know for a fact because I scanned the car via the OBD2 port just to see if they were being honest. Truth be told, the brakes were near gone in the front and the squeaks were the rotor meeting the metal brackets that house the front brake pads. Don't trust my OBD2 scanner? Check out the condition of the pics I attached. If you are late an hour or two, you can bet that you will be charged a full day. When questioned, you will hear the following: "we had a rental lined up for that exact return time. even if you come now, 2 hours late, the renter is gone and no longer wants to rent from us. thus, we lost a full day because you are 2 hours late....and we will charge you for it." This is not an honest, forthright facility, watch out for their "low day rate" followed by high mileage overages. I am a locations manager for a film studio and needed a car that was fitting for our main character. Offered me $500/day for a Urus which was too good to be true, I asked for the boss to call me back to confirm the rate and of course he wouldn't do it. I told him I just wanted to be sure, because the reviews online claim they do "bait and switch" offering super low rates, then when you show up to sign the contract they charge you double and claim they were talking about a different car. My girlfriend and I rented the Lamborghini Huracan for three days. We drove it down to Pacific Beach while we visited some friends and played in a soccer tournament. They make the entire process of checking insurance and payment very easy. I have rented super cars in a couple other cities including Paris and Barcelona and it usually takes a few hours just to finish the paperwork. First thing first, cars are very unsafe, and wrecked previously. Then poorly repaired. Very obvious if I actually look at the way bumpers line up and interior work also. I want to be very clear about the people here and the cars they have. The guys themselves are pretty cool, give a good vibe about the place at first and are pretty easy to work with. Then u get into their cars. I am an avid car guy, and so is my buddy who was with me when we rented their huracan and Ferrari California. We know a lot about cars and quite a bit about these cars specifically. They charged my card before the huracan even arrived on the lot so I didn't have a chance to see the car before getting charged 1300. Then the car came in. The young guy driving it didn't know how to drive it properly and scraped the front end badly as he drove it into the lot. Then we start looking at it and supposedly it had "just came back from paint shop" to paint the whole front end. But the front end already had scrapes and scratches and wear and tear from the paint being on their for awhile. So let's hit a list of the things on the Lamborghini huracan that we noticed in the 20 minutes we were by it. #1 back rear tires were completely bald, showing wires and very unsafe to drive. They didn't care. #2 all four tires were extremely low on air. 2psi or under when we checked at a gas station. #3 front left tire was flat and they said it's fine just fill it up. Filled it up and it immediately went flat again. They just parked it and waited for someone to rent it that didn't care, did not change a single tire and it's been three days. (Yes we went back and checked) #4 airbag was not functional, they blamed it on the seatbelt being changed recently. Wrong, it was the drivers side main airbag. I just laughed it off when he lied to me. #5 windshield wiper fluid light was on, but there was fluid in there so their are wiring problems most likely. #6 the interior is broken everywhere and replaced in multiple places. #7 front end has been wrecked before and poorly fixed. The car was bought at the auction in Oregon. #8 they don't care! This car is no where near safe to drive lol but they could obviously care less! We ended up renting their "brand new" Ferrari California instead. Let's talk about that. #1 not brand new. It was in a big wreck obviously #2 poorly replaced front end and doesn't look like actual Ferrari certified replacement parts. Most likely knock off. Bumper was cracking and paint was cracking from flex and the Ferrari sign looks like it was from eBay and 3$. Not actually Ferrari front grill most likely. #3 the whole dash was obviously replaced, leather does not fit and is very wrinkly. Very poor job fixing it up. #4 crazy wheel hop, suspension is not great so probably damaged the suspension in the wreck. Overall they promised a refund and I never got it, 3-4 days later and had to call my credit card company to just get the charges dropped cuz when we went back to talk to them they are NEVER in the office or available to talk to. Ridiculous. Such a hassle for cars that are no where near safe to drive or worth the money. Believe me or not, check the cars for yourself. Don't just get excited they are big name brands. Look at them well. They are all poorly rebuilt and wrecked cars. I'd love to see There frames and under the hood because it's probably badly damaged and replaced. Please be careful before renting here and driving these cars. Don't want anyone getting hurt. I have nothing against these guy, seem like decent dudes. But their cars are just trashed. read more

Sure the people working were "nice" over the phone, but incredibly irresponsible as a whole. I wanted to rent out a Lamborghini Aventador for a wedding and was given a quote of $799 for a day for the car. I scheduled a meeting with this person (name shall not be said) to check out the car and finalize a deal. I literally drove an hour and a half to their location only to find out that the Aventador was taken in for service with a problem and won't be ready in time. Before I drove and wasted my day going to this location, it would of been so much more helpful to know that the car wasn't going to be available. Alongside that the "boss" heard the quote I was given and started to mock us by saying at least $1000 or nothing for that car. So not only was the car not ready, the quote I was given wasn't even a valid quote either. When I confronted the worker about it, he tried covering up my texts with him and avoiding the fact that I was talking about the Aventador. He made it seem like I was talking about another car, by switching up the meaning of MY own text messages. All in all, the cars may look nice, service is not. I found a car for cheaper and with more miles afterwards and I'm so glad that I did because this kind of service was ridiculous. I hope if you decide to rent from this group, that you get lucky and actually get a car with a good price. My advice, don't waste your time here. read more

We researched several locations and decided to go with Premiere Exotics because of the amazing level of customer service. Kevin was incredibly helpful and in point with communication.
