    My car I bought

I am very happy with my purchase. I drove 3 hours from Michigan to go this dealership and was not disappointed. Bill and Moneer were wonderful and accommodating. I love the BMW X5 I bought from them. Additionally I told them what my boyfriend was looking for and they are going to call when they find one. Definitely worth the drive. Great people, great cars, great service

I wanted to highly recommend Driven Auto Sales in Burbank, IL. We visited "Abe" last night who showed us one of his pristine BMW'S. I have never dealt with a more pleasant, accomodating sales person. He and his manager extended us every courtesy. They have a fantastic selection of luxury vehicles that are like new, and very reasonably priced. We will be very pleased with the purchase of our BMW.

The car dealer showed great customer service and interest in customer needs at the beginning when first purchasing , he guaranteed the cars at his lot were legit and no problems would be happening but just in case we were offered 2 year warranty on the car if anything does happen to be wrong with the car he has top notch mechanics that'll fix then. The next day I get my mechanic to check out the car and the car was not in the greatest shape it was missing general car pieces to help the car run, we then tell the dealer and his mechanics on Wednesday he then tells us there isn't any space in the lot for our car and we would have to wait until the following Monday for our car to be checked out. We then were able to negotiate him into keeping our car in his mechanic shop because we just drive almost 1 1/2 -2 hours to get there. The car was in the shop for more than a week and a half we picked it up the next Friday and it seemed fine until a few days later the car started unexpectedly turning off on us in the middle of the street, making turns , gas stations and the even check engine light turned on we've tried to switch cars and do something about it but the dealers aren't acting as courteous as they were before ! They seem to have a horrible attitude about the situation and a nonchalant attitude as if they don't care about the safety of us in the car that we got from them and is currently financing

Tommy then texted me, threatening me to go back to the dealership or else he would void the plates or put the car out for repo. I told him I couldn't go during workdays, so I scheduled an appointment for Saturday the 18th of July. At the dealership, I was told that for me to be able to keep the car, I should sign a new contract with different financing terms and make an additional down payment. I found these new demands ridiculous and unreasonable, and they raised significant red flags and serious concerns about the legitimacy of the transaction. As a result, I declined to sign the new contract and instead requested that the transaction be unwound. Immediately, Tommy got very agitated and raised his voice, saying that the dealership would keep my down payment. When I asked Tommy to show me which part of the contract allows him to keep my down payment, he refused to tell me. I reviewed the purchase contract I was provided, and I could not find any provision that would allow the dealership to retain my down payment under these circumstances. He said he had a document signed by me that allows him to keep the down payment. When I asked him to show it to me, he refused. This document was not included in the list of documents I received when I signed the contract. He then requested another employee to block the car in the lot. At this point, he was yelling at my mother and me. He literally forced us out of his office and threatened to call the police on us, saying that I would go to jail, which I found shocking. He then attempted to leave the building but later returned to his office, shut the door on us, and hid there. He made one of his co-workers, who identified himself as Johnny (the same one who blocked the car), talk to us because, for whatever reason, he could no longer speak to us. I was not provided with any written receipt or documentation acknowledging that the dealership had possession of the vehicle. I also requested copies of all documents I had signed, including a document the Midway Autohaus claimed allowed them to keep part or all of my down payment. Still, Tommy and Johnny refused to provide me with a copy. I contacted the police to document the situation, but they advised it was a civil matter. I have since requested all documentation in writing, but they have not responded. My biggest concern is the return of my down payment. Despite the financing falling through and my request to unwind the transaction, Tommy claimed that Midway Autohaus would keep my entire down payment and refused to provide the document he said authorized them to do so. As a customer, I genuinely feel like I got SCAMMED. No customer should ever have to fight to recover their own money or be denied copies of documents they signed. Based on my experience, I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with Midway Autohaus to proceed with extreme caution. Read every document carefully, insist on receiving copies of everything you sign, and do not rely on verbal promises. I wish I had chosen a different dealership, and I hope this review helps others avoid going through what I experienced. I have also sent a formal email requesting copies of the documents related to my transaction and an explanation regarding my down payment. Still, I have not received any response from Tommy. I sincerely hope someone from Midway Autohaus management or ownership will review this matter, contact me directly, and work toward a fair resolution. I would much rather resolve this issue professionally than continue escalating it through consumer protection agencies and other appropriate channels.

She misled us assuring that a promotional discount would be applied if we proceeded at this time, quoting the discounted final price and adding it to the notes for the advisor to honor at time of appointment. Upon arrival, Jarrett not only did not honor what we were told and led to the appointment, but claimed to not see her notes. Very MISLEADING practices all around as we ended up spending almost double the quoted price... all for a service we didn't intend on getting at the time and frankly would have held off on for the time being as intended. To make matters worse, our 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minute quoted wait time ended up being 2 hours because Jarrett left us waiting in the lobby an additional 40 minutes with no update. We visibly saw our car pulled around and parked for customer pickup yet it was only until we finally inquired the eta that Jarrett informed our car was ready and checked us out. His entire demeanor and the overall experience was unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. Lastly, the pictures show what the car looked like after the complimentary included 'car wash' that the service advisor assured. Poor customer service and experience and I truly hope that management reviews this so it doesn't happen again. Customers should be able to trust the pricing they are quoted, and definitely expect basic courtesy and transparency throughout the service process.
