The sales staff seemed uninterested in helping customers, and it genuinely felt like our presence was an inconvenience. In particular, a salesperson named Mike left a very negative impression. His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and far from what I would expect when making such an important purchase decision. I came in seriously considering a Toyota Land Cruiser, but after my interaction with him, I decided to take my business elsewhere. To make matters worse, the showroom itself did not reflect the level of quality I associate with Toyota. Several display vehicles appeared dirty, unfinished, or poorly presented. There was even a Toyota Tundra on display that appeared partially assembled, with boxes and debris still sitting in the truck bed. I walked in excited about the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle and left disappointed. A dealership's staff and presentation matter, and unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations

Tons of high quality photos and detailed descriptions of any flaws and other observations about the car. From minor scratches, scuffs and paint chips, to the bumper being repainted at some point, electronics function, driveability/performance, component condition (brake pads need replacing, etc.), they did it all. I have spent so more money on this car just trying to get it to work, than what is worth. The warranty I paid for, is basically useless, just like their shady mechanic - so is the warranty company - couldn't use it for ANY of the repairs and replacements I needed to do. All these issues were present at the time of buying but they messed with the car, just so I could do the test drive in their parking lot, since i wasn't allowed a proper testing. My initial request was a breakdown of the list price, taxes, doc fees, and total OTD amount for an XLE premium with weather package. Daniela Valdes reached out from the internet sales team and requested additional information to gather all the info she needed to present the OTD price and I was able to provide everything she asked for. We had four back and forth exchanges where she proceeded to send links to the RAV4 models, with a couple of them at the MSRP price. She would not provide the OTD price after multiple exchanges and when I mentioned she was not providing the info I was looking for and a request for someone else to assist, she got defensive and said there was no lack in communication on her end. I was re-assigned to Mostafa and he provided an OTD price below MSRP within an hour of our first email exchange, so I'm not sure why Daniela was not able to provide that same info. Hopefully she receives better training and mentorship to advance her career, as there was a clear issue in communication and did not respond well to feedback from a potential customer. Best, Charlie
