So I decided to give them an opportunity to earn my business and when I tell you. The customer service was bar none. Lupe made sure I was taken care. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get to the near by enterprise so I could pick up my rental that the insurance company reserved for me. Not only that he explained very well the process of next steps to ensure my vehicle was setup for a seamless repair. The service was done very quickly once the insurance company processed their part of the claim. Then once I returned he went over the vehicle with me and also took care of some missing paint on the vehicle that wasn't apart of the claim complementary as most other shop would charge for something like this as I have paid to get done in this same type of scenario. The quality of the repair was beyond my expectations. I'm glad I found C&S bodyshop and hopefully I don't have any other accidents but if I do. I'm not much of a car guru, but I did know I was extremely over priced. So I started looking for another mechanic to take it too, and was referred to Reyes Auto. Fast forward to today, wake up to find my car will not start at all. I called Daniel at Reyes and he immediately came to my house, jumped my car, AND drove it to the shop. Got it checked out and quoted me $1500 LESS than what Toyota did. We agreed on a time for me to bring the vehicle to him, but when I arrived, he told me he had a family emergency. I drove back home, and we agreed that he could pick up my car from my house instead. Javier never responded that day, and I followed up the next day asking if everything was okay. I received no response. A few days later, I called him, but my call was sent to voicemail. I eventually took my vehicle to another mechanic, who informed me that the oil leak appeared to be related to the front crank seal, camshaft seal, and oil pump cover area, which he said should have been addressed when the timing belt was previously replaced. Javier was the person who performed that timing belt service. I was disappointed by the lack of communication afterward, especially because I had trusted Javier with my vehicle for nearly two years.
