Using Bondo on the left front quarter panel and trunk and then painting the whole left side and trunk is not minor. They should've been disclosed to me and the car should've not been sold as accident free. They would not tell me if the car was damaged when it was purchased or while in their possession. The arbitration clause in the sales contract prevents me from suing them for fraud. I recommend everyone Google CarMax lawsuits before doing any business with CarMax.

Two weeks later I went to replace the cabin and engine air filters and noticed that the coolant was an inch below minimum. I checked the "routine service inspection" sheet and it was marked as "good". There was literally probably 5 ounces in the reservoir. This is, in fact, not good. Now I question if the entire inspection and service was a sham. To put the icing on the cake, they even tried to give me a cash offer on our vehicle by phone as I pulled out of the dealership. There was a bit of back and forth, but the service manager (TJ) did the right thing and made it right. His actions have given me a greater sense of truly being taken care of. TJ gets a 5+ star rating. However, the service department seems in disarray. I get that customers can be very demanding (me) wanting things fixed as fast as the channel changer to your tv, but there seems to be too much drama happening there. They seem to be down a service advisor or two, and TJ is the glue holding things together. All in all a stressful but positive experience.
