After a bad experience at bmw of lafayette and almost extorted out of 1400$ from them, i took my car to dreyer on 96th and grahm and paul was terrific and learning about how i was treated at bmw of lafayette they both went above and beyond with the repairing my vehicle even though some things was not covered by warranty and i declined those repairs, grahm and paul treated me like i was mvp client. i will drive an hour to have my vehicle serviced by dreyer from now on. read more

I recently purchased a certified pre owned car from this company. When I drove it off the lot I found a number of issues with it. After 15 days in the shop it was not fixed. When I spoke with the new car sales manager on the phone he called me a liar several times and made me feel so incredibly unsafe that I hung up the phone on him. Afterwards I called him back and he continued to say incredibly mean things to me and ended up hanging up on me. I've never regretted purchasing a car more in my life. If you don't mind over paying or being lied to then I'd say the dealer is OK. I've bought 5 new BMWs from out of town due to consistently bad pricing. They know they are the only BMW dealer in Indy and do not take buyers serious unless you show up with an open pocket book. A few examples I've experienced there over the years. 1. Went to buy my first BMW and did research online. Got competitive quotes from Chicago area. Asked dealer to match and they insisted the out of town dealers were going to bait and switch when I got there. Bought a new M340 from Chicago at the discussed price, was the easiest signing I've done to date. 2. Brought that M340 in for its very first service at 8000 miles. Was shocked to hear the service advisor recommend tires at that mileage. I sold tires at discount tire for many years, tons of life left and they quoted me about double what it should have been. 3. It came time for another new BMW so I went in with the same strategy. This time I had a great quote from BMW Toledo. Yet again, huge waste of time. Also was treated like I couldn't afford it because I insisted my price point was not flexible because I had a competitive quote. Bought a brand new BMW i3 from BMW of Toledo. Again great service from the Toledo dealer. 4. Did the same thing one last time for who knows why. Literally was laughed at over the phone and told I better run to the deal I had quoted on a 2020 M5 at Basney BMW in South Bend. Was thrilled to drive that one home. I laugh every time I drop it off for service and the same sales guy sees me again with a new BMW from out of town. 5. BMW invited me to a private reveal for the M2 at IMS. It was hosted by D&R. Loved the new M2 so I called the next day ready to put a deposit down and bite the pandemic bullet of paying sticker price. This time they wouldn't even take my deposit even though it was the day after I saw the car and two years before production. The sales guy said they had "good" customers in line already. BMW Toledo had a new M2 for me within 30 days of release. 6. And finally, the last straw. D&R reached out to me with an offer to buy my M5. They told me a number over the phone and I scheduled an appointment. After waiting an hour, the appraisal came back $10k lower than what was discussed on the phone. Huge waste of my time...again. They called me, gave me a good number to get me in before yet another waste of time. The offer was ridiculously low compared to other dealers. Wish there was somewhere else I could go for general service. Just run now unless you are fine with being taken advantage of. read more

I love this dealership and I have never said that. They are very responsive and honestly go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Peter is great. He is always working hard and advocating for his clients. That means a lot when the service of these luxury cars is not always easy or inexpensive. This was my first experience with the service department at this dealership, and I was blown away by their amazing customer service. My BMW had an issue with overheating and it spent a week at another place that was unable to diagnose the problem. They recommended I bring it to the dealership. The appointment was easy to set up, they offered a free loaner through Enterprise (and free gas....who does that these days!?). Elijah in the Service Department kept me informed every step of the process. They sent me video of the tech inspecting my vehicle and he pointed out things he noticed. There was no pressure for other expensive "issues" found. The estimate was reasonable and the repair was done in a timely manner. My husband has a car that is a different "luxury brand" and his experience with their local dealership's service department was nothing like mine. His was frustration from beginning to end. I was helped through the entire process from start to finish by Blaire , she is extremely knowledgeable & very personable and professional. She made the process go very smoothly and made sure I had everything I needed consistently. She allowed me take it for a test drive and had it was ready to go when I arrived. After the drive I already liked the SUV and was on to making an offer with my trade. She made everything very transparent and worked to make the whole process go easily . I never felt I was being undermined and felt as though I was being helped by a friend. After going over numbers and getting all the paperwork finished I was on my way in my new SUV , such a great experience and I was very happy with the condition my new SUV was in and the value they place on their guests. This is a dealership with INTEGRITY, a beautiful showroom and quality cars worthy of the term LUXURY. Patrick and Dominic were GENUINE and transparent in their negotiations with me. I own a business and have very little time to sit in a dealership negotiating. Other dealers played games and wasted my time saying they could negotiate with me through email or text, but didn't in the end. We were done with the whole process in two days, I got a better quality XC90 in a higher level trim for the same amount of money as another dealer. They voluntarily showed me the Carfax and werent pushy about extended warranties. I will be back and maybe I'll try a Beemer! read more

I came here not for a bmw but for a used Subaru they had. I was hesitant they would treat me differently bc I was not buying an expensive car but a used Subaru. Jared was top notch. He was so nice and down to earth. He made the whole process easy and painless. I would buy a car here again in a second. This was probably the 4th dealership I went too. It was so clean and even had snacks that I didn't have to wrestle a vending machine for. Great customer service from the service dept. driving cross country and the AC died on me and the kids. They went above and beyond, recharging the AC so we could make it home. Took care of us within a few hours pulling in off the highway, without an appointment. Someone brought the kids some bmw toys/stuffed animals to help keep them busy. They let our dog into the waiting area too. I've been driving bmws for 8 years now, and this has been the absolute best service department I've ever been to. Jeremiah was awesome and was working out a deal with me on a replacement vehicle for my wife after hers had gotten totaled by a drunk driver. He got everything together and sent to me and we were on the verge of finalizing paperwork when he was informed by his manager Derrick that he was selling the car out from under me in favor of another salesperson. This was my first experience at a BMW dealership and I can't say enough nice things about everyone there. I showed up with my one year old son for an oil change/tire rotation- anxious of course because you never know how a toddler will act and whether people will be accepting of a little one while we wait. Everyone there was great! They showed me where the lounge was but also told me about an empty office in case I wanted privacy which was great as I could sit there and give my son lunch. Everyone made him feel comfortable as we walked around the floor. That hour flew by and our car was ready. Thank you to Yvette and everyone else there for excellent customer service! read more

This is my first time ever having a BMW after only owning a Ford Escape and Jeep Wrangler. For a luxury car brand and dealer, they surely do not act like it. This is the worst customer service ever. One of their dealers, Vu Tran, doesn't listen and just wants to up charge so he can get his commission. Their service manager Joe Bradshaw doesn't believe in "customer is always right," but in fact they and their employees are always right. I purchased an X5 and immediately the GPS was not working. The shark fin on the hood had fell off while driving, something that this dealership says is my fault and that "it was intentional" so fixing it and the gps is not under warranty. For someone who just got a bmw and being introduced this "luxury" car brand, their vehicles and own employees certainly haven't given off the impression. They act as if they're Toyota employees hiding behind the BMW badge, but honestly that's an insult to Toyota since they didn't even do this BS when I had to fix my girlfriend's Prius with them. Do not bother doing your service at this branch, they are a completely horrible misrepresentation and fabrication of BMW. Mercedes is definitely winning the rivalry in this. I rather have my Jeep Wrangler again than dealing with this BMW branch, this defective X5 they won't fix that is covered under warranty, and horrible service and inconsiderate care of their customers. Especially avoid Vu Tran at all costs. Him and Bradshaw tried to charge me $3000 (RIP OFF!!) for antenna replacement, and they refused to guarantee that it would fix the issue in my car. They instead blame the customer for all the problems, when it's BMW's problem for the defective shark fin and not fixing it under warranty. They say someone intentionally and forcibly took it off. They're basically just calling us stupid. Who intentionally takes off a shark fin and messes up the antenna of their car? BMW certainly thinks so. They refused to cover under the warranty. My mother's X7 shark fin had fell off the same way as my car and they covered that! They are inconsistent. I had already got an oil change, and Vu Tran insisted on getting due for an oil change even though it already happened 2 months prior. He goes off the computer and doesn't use his common sense. If the computer told him his name wasn't Vu Tran, he'd probably believe that too. They also fraudulently tried to charge me for filter replacement. The bmw and it's luxury computer itself would tell me this needs to be replaced. The levels showed all is green and ok. Vu and Bradshaw just wanted to make extra money and mislead their customers. I even came to pick up the car when no service was done and they tried to hold my car hostage and make me pay $500 for parts and labor--when nothing had been done. They said I could just pick it up. Bradshaw never mentioned a $500 bill. He said i could just pick it up. I told them I didn't need oil change after telling Bradshaw, but Tran still decided include it in the bill. Vu Tran is the worst car dealer I've ever seen. Also, beware of their reply to this negative review. They're going to defend themselves and give a politician-like answer, and they rather spend more time doing that than just fixing my car under warranty. It's laughable and egregious. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I feel people should be aware before dropping a lot of money at Dreyer and Reinbold. i have purchased 3 new BMW's in the past. Under Bill Erwin the service was perfect. Today all service agents are new. They don't seem to do a great deal of checking the car. Shortly after I got my car back I began experiencing lots of problems. They are saying it is a coincidence. Maybe so. The car was fine until I had it serviced. I am now back for the third time. They are charging to check the car out again. I just paid them close to a $1,000 less than a month ago. To add insult to injury they don't really have loaner cars . They have very few. Good luck getting one!! They send you over to Enterprise for a loaner which they pay for. You are responsible for ANY AND ALL liability. You are also responsible for loss of use of the rental car if someone should hit the rental car. Most Insurance companies don't cover loss of use. Since it's difficult to get parts you could be paying rental on the car you rented for months. I noticed when I return the car if it's not full I am to pay $6.11 per gallon. Lastly you have to sit (a long time) at Enterprise until a car is available. The amount of time is unknown. Be sure you have plenty of time to wait. You will need it. overall I now feel BMW Dreyer and Reinbold have let their clientele down As soon as cars become available I plan to leave BMW. They Went from the best service to the WORST. I spent the better part of the day yesterday at D&R test driving late model Certified Pre-Owned 3 series sedans and coupes. When I first walked into the building, it was very busy so I wasn't greeted. I walked straight back to an office where several employees were gathered, stuck my head in and asked if there was a sales person available. Tony Perry was first to speak up and I am really glad he did because he was wonderful to work with! Unlike some of my prior encounters with D&R reps, Tony was down-to-earth, polite and genuinely concerned with helping me find the "right" car for me. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but provided Tony with some must-haves. He was very patient. In fact, he kept bringing different options to show me; pulling the cars up to the door all warmed up and ready to test drive. He provided honest/candid input when I asked questions and worked with me to stay within my budget. Towards the end of the evening, I had finally selected my car and completed financing. It was late and most people were gone but Tony stayed with me, sitting in my new car patiently explaining the operation of all of the many features. Tony demonstrated three key characteristics of excellent customer service: he listened, he was respectful and he was honest. I believe it is these things that helped me find the right car at a fair price. I should also note that Ed Knight, the finance guy I worked with, was also very kind and helpful. He was able to get me a great rate and made the finance process quick and easy. read more

I asked him if all the cars came with heated seats and he turned to my mother and called me a brat and continued to insult me throughout the time I was looking at cars. Dreyer and Reinbold BMW - Service Department. BMW drivers have notoriously been deemed the level of douche that only a few other brands can try to atest to; but when you drive the ultimate driving machine, you'll have this uncanny. lasting experience that you expect everywhere. (Not referring to 328i or 325i - which literally is a corolla) So, BMW drivers are not the nicest to deal with, they literally expect the sky to fall down and bow down to them, only because of their extremely high and unreasonable expectations mostly caused by their cars. When I purchased my car, I took it to D&R-BMW and I wasn't too happy with the service, so much that I wrote BMW - headquarters themselves complaining about the lack of attention and detail. It was however, when I noticed the most trivial occurrence (a flicking needle) that they really pulled through for me. They diagnosed my car until we found that I had to change my transmission. Annoyed that a less that 50K miles car needed a new tranny, I'm glad that I had them on my side. They explained every thing in the detail I wanted, worked with the warranty company and worked with getting their insane prices down because as good as they are, they are still a stealership. And just like that, I became a B&R BMW lifer; their service was unparalleled and met my unrealistic expectations. Props for having courtesy vehicles always available when needed. read more

Very nice dealership! The open feel and glass says luxury all day. I showed up to test drive the X2 and they didn't have many on the lot. After speaking to a sales rep, they did have some and pulled one out from the back. Despite showing up 30 minutes before closing, they talked us through specs and explained the different features and upgrade packages, even allowing us to take a test drive. I've worked with Jarod and Zach and both were extremely knowledgeable of the product and options and if one didn't know the exact answer (which I think only was once) they weren't afraid of finding someone who did. Throughout the entire process they never rushed it and acted as if they had all the time in the world. I've since been back for service and the service department was great too. No return calls, no status updates. 1st apt took over 2 weeks - was told a few hours for the job - I dropped off the night before - got a call at 130 saying they couldn't get it in that day and would want it for 2 days - which went over the weekend. So I set up another appointment for 12 days later.. they have had my car for 4 days and still not in the shop on the 4th day. Why do I have to make an appointment if I cant get my car in the day I have it set for? Don't understand the service process. No calls on an update - I am the one calling them everyday. How do I begin? I buy a new car every 3 years. Expensive cars. I'm interested in the X6. You have to 'check in' at the counter. I wait. I wait. I notice an X6 in the lot so I head out to see if I'll fit in it (6'4). After about 1/2 an hour, some arrogant, snotty nose kid comes out and approaches me. I ask, can I sit in the X6 to see if it comfortable. He says, "No", that one hasn't been "prepped". "No problem, I can sit on the plastic, I just need to see if my knees fit under the wheel". He says, "I can't do that". I leave, go across the street to Tom Wood Porsche and buy a new Cayenne...Cash...$95,000. How the hell does this place stay in business? read more
