I used this service for the first time on Thursday. The pick up and drop off was smooth, they even picked it up early! However their pricing is a no no. I weighed my clothes before I gave them to the worker and they weighed a little over 35 pounds well imagine my shock when I received my receipt and they said my clothes weighed 62 lbs for a total charge of $136. Drop mint has great customer service let's you know if something can't be done but because of them I have a T shirt with an oil stain they did their best to remove it I was really surprised. The drivers are very respectful If your laundry is not outside for pickup they'll call you to make sure everything is ok. And nothing is never missing once it's dropped off.
