Claims to have 100+ beers on tap, however 3 of the 6 beers served on our flight were water or watered down beer of sorts. They had a new computer system that the staff was not familiar with and were not able to find several of the beers, making us pick again. Staff did try to take care of us, but just too many growing pains to deal with it seems. Told GM about suggestions for improvement and ended up with a $5 coupon for my troubles, great. read more

This is a new location we visited. The inside is what you would expect with a small sports bar. Green and black interior WALL TO WALL televisions. Our server was extremely polite and honest about menu choices and helpful. She did a great job. The food were good. We got the fried mac and cheese app which was made very well. My wife had a quesadilla and was made well and tasted good. I had a big burger and the flavor was good, the bread was fresh. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is my burger was not cooked right. I ordered medium rare and received it well done. I will say both the server and the manager came to the table and offered to make it right. I declined as we were in a hurry to leave to an appointment. I have no doubt they cared about it and would have remade the burger.You only get one chance to make a first impression with a customer. Overall good place and we will likely be back in the future. Amazing list of craft beers here. The bacon thingies (bacon wrapped jalapenos) are excellent and so are the burgers, but I would recommend a regular patty as I preferred it to the option with pineapple/onions in the patty. Really good atmosphere with lots of different games (board, card and arcade style). Definitely the best bar in The Colony currently unless you for some reason like your bar to smell like an ash tray. I had amazing service the first couple of times I was here and then it was a bit rough initially when they opened their patio, but I'm here again and I feel like they've got it down and our service has been solid again tonight. read more

They have quite the extensive menu so while I was perusing, she was super patient. She went over any questions we had. While ordering my drink, my server stopped me and shared that that drink wasnt good. While I appreciated the warning, it was off putting. I went with a drink our server recommended and he ordered his drink. My drink was too sweet for my liking. He was served the wrong drink initially, but she quickly recognized that and remedied the situation. Just kidding. They served him a drink they thought would be similar since the one he ordered was out. When he inquired about it, they admitted to serving him something else. Not cool. They went ahead and replaced it with something he wanted. Food-wise, I wasnt impressed. First time here last night. Loved this place. Huge draft beer selection, great burger. Friendly and very cute bar staff who gave great service (thank you Branyon- I hope I spelled this right?). $2 off all Texas draft beers on Tuesdays. Only drawback - happy hour ends at 6pm and not 7. Pretty hard to get to the far end of town by 6pm. That will definitely cut down my visits as I can stop on the way to the Colony in Addison and hit a happy hour elsewhere either before 6 or find one that goes to 7pm. Managers should think about this a little. Consider a 7pm end to happy hr. read more

We live close by so we frequent this place often. I'm continually impressed by their creative and delicious scratch menu items. It's amazing that a bar would put so much effort into having a scratch kitchen but it pays off. And my favorite thing about this place: they serve full menu until 2 am. It can get a little loud since it's a sports bar but if you're up for that it's a great atmosphere. They have over 30 TVs that I could see...probably more. Came here on a Wednesday night ( which is also Trivia night at 8 pm). It wasn't too crowded but decided to sit upstairs with my group. We ordered the Bacon Thingies appetizer and it comes with 4 decent sizes of it. It was actually really good! I would definitely recommend getting that if you want an appetizer. Since this is bar food, I didn't have any high expectations. I ordered a plate of wings and fries and it was just meh. Nothing stood out to me, but it is just typical bar food. I am giving this 3 stars because the service took FOREVER! It was raining pretty hard outside and my group wanted to head out but the waitress was taking forever giving our bills and returning our cards. The bar was pretty much empty at this point but man, I didn't understand why she took forever! Either way, it was just meh to me. At least I got 20% off my bill for checking in on Yelp! The former Drunken Donkey. Being the Canadian turned Texan that I am, decided to try Dallas Craft when I saw "Texas Poutine" on their menu, which was our appetizer. It was fries, white gravy, fried mozzarella cheese sticks, covered in jack cheese. This dish was bad. The Canadians had it right there first time. I like all of the ingredients listed...However, the fries need to be more crispy if you are going to gravy or anything soggy on top. The fries need seasoning if you white gravy isn't savory or made with bacon or duck fat...It tastes a little better with the velvet hammer brown gravy that we got with the chicken fried chicken, which was okay. I liked the crispiness of the chicken, even with the over-thickened white gravy we found on top. But again, the tasteless white gravy was on the chicken which was cooked to perfection, but again tasteless, no savoriness, nothing telling me to come back to order this dish again. Then to top it off, we had to ask for the velvet hammer brown gravy that the dish is supposed to come with to go on the potatoes. I think that velvet hammer gravy was the best thing on that menu. The chicken should have had the brown gravy on top instead of the white gravy, and I normally prefer white gravy... the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I thought the velvet hammer brown gravy and all the beers were the only good things we ordered. The other entry we tried was the Truffled mushroom burger, which was ruined by the pickles they put on the burger. Who puts pickles on anything that has truffle or fake truffle? I would not come back based on the food or service. The staff did not seem very concerned with us. They looked like they were fully staffed and could handle the moderate amount or people that were there. So, we saw lots of staff but they very slow to come back to take our order or take care of the check, which took forever. They seemed like they were more interested in hanging out with their on AND off duty coworkers. All the beers were good. Probably because they weren't made there. The beer selection or a televised sporting event would be the only reason I would return. read more

I love this place! It's been my weekly spot for the past month now. They have an appetizer called bacon thingies (my favorite appetizer) and they are a must try. The ladies here are so awesome!!! Stefany is one of the BEST waitresses ever. She's always smiling and she is always very attentive. She really is the best!! Just an overall sweet outgoing personality. When you become a regular they know exactly what you want without having to tell them. This has become one of my favorite places to go to after work. The ladies here make everyone feel very welcomed. This is a really cool bar and could be one of my favorite hangouts when I get the chance. Great ambiance and casual atmosphere. Awesome for a neighborhood bar. Wonderful beer and food selection. Big TV's so every seat has good view. But the bartenders... makes this really great bar kinda uncomfortable, like we are invading the bartenders' bar. I've been twice and haven't felt welcomed. I think the bartender caught attitudes with customers quickly, but then wondered why people tipped them poorly at the end of the night. Fast service is great but when the bar is lined up with singles, and somehow all patrons talk about the abrasiveness of the service there's a definite opportunity for improvement. Want to come back but the last 2 visits have left me feeling like "can I get a new bartender?" Should be ranked 5 stars but I can't do it due to the reason above. read more

Amazing concept. Extraordinary pub grub with first class craft beers. We had the chicken fried chicken, juicy and crisp with a wonderfully seasoned gravy. Also enjoyed the salmon filet, lightly seasoned and grilled. A side of grilled asparagus completes the meal. The list of beers is amazing, way to many to name, but you can get lost in the choices. The staff is friendly and fun, the managers are knowledgeable and ready to assist with beer selections. Nice patio. Will be back as often as possible. read more

SO the original plan was to go to our Karaoke Bar but they decided to close on Wednesday during the summer (BOOOO). So my coworker suggested that we go to Dallas Craft. I hadn't heard of it but I was open to venturing out. It is across the street from Top Golf. Walking up they looked like they have a nice outdoor patio with a fire pit. Inside you are instantly greeted with all of the TV's showing multiple sports games. We ended up sitting upstairs due to it being already crowded downstairs for the Trivia Night. Upstairs they have couches and tables and plenty of TV's. Since we had already eaten we went ahead and ordered beer and prepared for Trivia. On the first round we were actually 3rd and we thought we were going to win coming into the final round. Then the questions got harder and that took a toll. AH well. The worst is the decor, sports tv availability, and comfort of the place. We came on a Saturday afternoon 80 degrees and the patio was still covered with their clear tarps. Essentially turned the patio into a sauna. Manager said it would take too much effort to raise the covers. Went inside and most TVs were playing old games in standard definition. How in 2017 are you not playing live HD sports at a "sports bar". Needless to say I had to ask to watch a prime time NCAA basketball game and ended up leaving at half time to enjoy my time elsewhere. read more
