Last week, I showed up at 6:01p. They close at 6p. The lady was inside the window pointing at the closing time telling me to leave. Fine. Today, I left work a little early to try to get there in time to pick up my clothes. I show up at 5:50. The inside is empty. I get out of my car from the drive thru and knock on the glass. Nothing. Crickets. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS!?!? You're conveniently located near my house. I'd like to give you my money. But what hours do these people follow? You make me adhere to a strict 6pm close one week. Therefore I respected it and made an effort to show up prior. BUT you don't serve me when I show up prior to your strict 6pm close the next? What? Terrible. I'll figure out how to get my clothes from you this round and look elsewhere. read more

Worst dry cleaning service EVER!!!! I took my western button up to get dry cleaned for an upcoming event. Seems they've never have dry cleaned a "western shirt" ever. They starched the hell out of it and the pockets are wrinkled looks like I have eyes on my chest. Worst part is that there's no fix in time for my event tomorrow night. Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!!!! read more

I took my jacket for a zipper repair and I asked to match the white on my jacket and the zipper was a cream color instead of white. Before I left my jacket there I asked how much it would cost to fix my jacket. They quoted me about $10. I was shocked to hear I had to pay $33 for something I am NOT happy about. Never going back again. They ruined my jacket. It's not what I wanted. Now I'm stuck with it. read more

I only use dry cleaner service for my son's uniforms. When I dropped his uniforms off, I requested that the sleeves be creased through the center of the parch on the sleeve. I explained to the attendant that they were not done as requested the past time that I had brought them In and that I needed them done to this request. The attendant made a note and attached it to the order. When I returned for my order the sleeves were once again not done as requested. The attendant called the manager/owner to express my concern as I was displeased with the service. The manager was not accommodating to my request for paying for the pants that were acceptable but not for the shirts as I am having to re-launder them. I do not generally write negative reviews, but this is a repeated problem. When I voiced this to the manager/owner, she tried to tell me that my requesting the crease through the patch was wrong. I reminded her that I am the customer and as such my request is the correct way to launder my clothing. She continued to try talking over me. I paid for the services as it was the only way to leave with my property; however, I do not recommend this cleaner and will not return. read more

dropped off my police jacket to be dry cleaned when I picked it up the police logo has been completely destroyed off of the jacket first they lied and said they didn't clean it because I didn't sign a waiver and when I proved I paid because it was cleaned they claimed the lettering was like that when I dropped it off which it was not so not only did they lie to me but they're calling me a liar. do not go there they don't take responsibility for the damage they cause! read more

ZERO is the rating but they won't let me post that low How can I get some help with getting service from this dry cleaner. I have used them for over a year with average service. Recently their machines ripped a large hole in my dress shirt. They admitted it happened to multiple customers. Almost two months later the manager won't call me. He has my shirt. Nothing has been resolved. I have gone to the location four times in person to get some resolution and nothing. Not a call or an email or a text. What can I do to at least get my ripped shirt back. read more
