In my opinion that's just WRONG, it's called a quote for a reason! Why not tell the customer whatever you want then just change the price on them at the time of pick up. You should've simply kept your quoted price then explain that in the future the price will be corrected. That I would've completely respected. So I won't be back and I'll just find a smoother running operation.

On her last call to them, the manager Chelsea openly laughed at her concerns and offered nothing for the trouble. After requesting that it shouldn't be paid for since it took four months, Chelsea said it wasn't really their problem since it's done by a third party. The cuff belt was sewed in and they ripped it off and it never be found.
