My third or fourth time coming and it was terrible. The stylist did not know how to do the old Hollywood style. Which is one of the styles they offer and I've gotten twice before. No hair clamps were put in to create the wave imprint. It looks like I just curled my hair myself, very disappointing. They also raised the price of the style by $4 and they obviously are lacking in the training. Wasn't offered a drink which would have been fine, if my hair was done correctly. read more

My hair stylist was Julissa! She did amazing on my hair! It was my first time and the place was beautiful and well kept together! I got so many compliments on my hair for a fancy birthday dinner! The only part I'll say was a little over the top was the $15 for individual braid which was a bit pricy for styling; however, they lasted all night when my friends went out to party! Finally a Drybar in the area! I have very thick curly hair and Natalie did a wonderful job taming it. Can't wait to come back again soon.

So it was my first time at a Drybar and I had very high hopes. The staff was lovely and attentive, so why the 2 stars? Well my 2 reasons for going were I hate washing my hair and my styling skills are not great. Well the wash was awful. My scalp was not touched, scrubbed, and felt dirty. Shampoo and conditioner took less than 5 minutes and the bottom of my hair was completely dry. The styling was fine but on dirty hair. Finally my hair was so frizzy, which is very unusual for me. So I still tipped because it's my norm but I'm having to wash my hair at home today. My sister even checked and said my scalp felt and smelled dirty. I was so excited and looking forward to them opening but now it's a no for me. read more

i had a pretty bad experience. if you have curly hair, don't go here! they can't do anything other than straight hair and it's extremely discriminating and discouraging as a curly haired woman. please think twice before going here, i'm sure there are places that are much more welcoming for people like us. the vibe is just off if you aren't white it seems. read more

really weird mean girl vibes i booked an appointment for my graduation and realized i accidentally booked for a dry style rather than a blow out, i called them 3 days before my appointment asking to switch to a blow out to which they said okay no problem, i get there and the woman in the front was weird from the beginning, saying no it's a dry style and how they're so busy bc it's a saturday (there was 2 other customers the whole time i was there) the best part of my time at dry bar was when i was getting my hair done, there was a group of women who worked there staring at me and whispering and as soon as i look over they look away all fast..... do you people not have lives? about 35 years old and acting like high school bullies my hair looked fine i guess, but my stylist felt the need to call my hair very thin about 30 times as if i don't know that already (she also said my hair is so thin that it's hard to give it volume, but i do my hair all the time and i give it a lot more volume than she did) waste of time and money and you get a nice side of mean girl behavior with your overpriced mediocre blow out read more

Went here for the first time and I loved it! Natalie did my blow out and curled my hair and she did a fantastic job! The curls stayed so long and looked so good even hours later! If you're looking for a high quality blowout, I wouldn't recommend coming here. I have very thick hair so I usually like getting blowouts to help minimize my frizziness, and I didn't get what I wanted from the service. My hair was nicely styled but I don't feel like she took the necessary steps for a proper blowout on my hair. And when I took a shower after two days I saw no difference in my fuzziness so I absolutely won't recommend paying anything extra if it doesn't even work. I'm usually never one to complain but I don't want anyone else tricked into spending over $80 on a service that's not worth it. read more

My daughter gave me gift card for $59 for blowout. I went in on Saturday 4/4/26. At scheduling, let them know it was my first visit. Arrived a few minutes early. The three employees there all looked and sounded like they were between 18 and 20. My hair is fairly straight and above shoulder length. I let the "stylist" that worked on me (I think her name Alexis) know that I just wanted a bouncy bob style and had a hard time using a roll brush and blow dryer on myself. First red flag, hair wash. I've never had my hair washed where I didn't feel fingers rubbing my scalp and scrubbing my hair. This "stylist" was so ginger with the wash that on hindsight, I should have walked out; this person is obviously brand new at this that I should have suspected she'd likely be just as timid completing the blowout. And that was the case. She lightly brushed my hair, slightly curled the bottom front two sides, put a few rollers at the top middle of my head, which I thought was really odd. No place have I ever gone that a stylist used rollers; always roll brush and blow dryer or curling iron. Weird. Anyway, she removed the curlers, which produced nothing. Maybe if she'd used one of the gazillions of products they display all over the counter in front of you, there might have been an affect from the curlers. I really don't recall her using any kind of gel, spray, anything on my hair and I walked out looking no better than when I'd arrived. Flat. I wish I had her photo my hair on my phone. Anyway, a complete waste of time and money (my daughter's) and just think, my regular stylist only charges $6 more and I leave there looking like I'd just been to a salon. And my hair will look just as good days afterward. Big difference between an experienced stylist and one who has no noticeable experience. read more

I've never been to a DryBar before. I coach next door at Orangetheory so when they invited for the grand opening, I was super excited about it. I had limited time between classes and they got me in and out feeling amazing and looking my best. Many compliments on my hair and it lasted ! This was my first time visiting this location. Beautiful store and very friendly staff, but thick-haired girls, beware. The shampooing felt different and I realized the water wasn't touching my scalp. The hair towards my neck was still dry after the shampoo, even after I asked for my neck to be rinsed. The blow-out was phenomenal and looked amazing but my scalp was immediately itchy and felt dirty. I ended up washing my hair when I got home. I might try coming again, but will either ask for a double wash or might pre-wash my hair at home first. I'm not sure if it's their water pressure or technique, but I was disappointed in the money wasted. When I brought it up to my stylist, she said it was either the finishing spray or I had a scalp condition. I don't. read more
