This was by far the WORST blow dry experience I have ever had. The woman who did my hair was inexperienced and negligent, at best. I am disappointed I didn't stop the blow dry as it was happening but I had no idea one could cause so much damage in such a short amount of time. The woman who did my hair had no idea what she was doing - she literally ripped rollers out of my hair (causing significant damage to the top of my head), poked me with clips that were not intended for the way she was using them, jerked and pulled my hair while drying it, attempted to use a flat iron that was set at 450° on my hair - after already causing significant heat damage - and then was clearly bothered when I was visibly upset by the outcome. Christie stepped in to help but the damage was done. The most disappointing part - the manager, Margot, has been completely unresponsive, dismissive and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone. read more

As another reviewer (who, I'm guessing, unfortunately had the same stylist I had) pointed out, the online "survey" doesn't allow for written comments, just numbered ratings. So, I was going to privately provide this feedback, but I can't. I don't really have a choice besides leaving a review on Yelp. This was -- by far -- the worst salon experience I've ever had and it's 100% because of the stylist, whose name was, I believe, Travis. From reading other recent reviews, it sounds like others have had issues with him as well, and I'm not sure why he's still working at Drybar because he VISIBLY hates his job. Where to start? His attitude was downright nasty from the get-go. He seemed so irritated to have to do my hair and was just beyond rude the entire appointment. He said very little to me, and all of it was dripping with indifference or annoyance. But he said plenty to his coworkers! It seemed like he wanted to make me feel uncomfortable and dismissed. I didn't even know I had the option to hang up my coat until we went back for the hair-washing and I saw other stylists hanging up their clients' coats in a closet. Instead, I sat on my winter coat the whole time and set my bag down on the gross floor. Then there was the hair wash: The temperature was warm, and then got progressively colder until it was ICE COLD and I lunged forward to get away from the stream. "Sorry," he muttered and made the water lukewarm. Then he had me go back to my chair alone while he... I don't know, hung out? Sprayed icy water at other unsuspecting customers? I sat and waited for him, he came back and started the blow-dry by yanking violently on my hair and shoving my head around when he needed it moved. Midway through curling my hair -- by which point I was SO done with being disrespected but just needed the styling to be completed -- he literally WALKED AWAY from our station and left me there alone for 10 minutes, with half my hair curled and half uncurled. I seriously considered just getting up and leaving but I was desperate to have the hair styling completed because I had an event to go to. Eventually, he returned and finished the styling, asked if I wanted hairspray and when I said yes, he sighed like I was really putting him out. He sprayed the hairspray, and left me again to bring my receipt thing to the front desk, without so much of a glance my way or a "bye." The thing is, I rarely get my hair done. It's an indulgence for me, and this experience that I was looking forward to was so incredibly unpleasant. Worst of all, I spent $50+ just to be disrespected like that. I left feeling so upset and frustrated. Obviously, negative reviews of a New York City Drybar location will do absolutely nothing because it's a massive chain and they don't have to care about anyone's experience. But at least I learned to never ever go to Drybar again. read more

Karaoke bar or blow out bar, not sure. My stylist was too busy singing along to every song in my ear, so I wasn't surprised he didn't offer my a drink. He spoke four sentences to me. Upon arrival, "what style do I want". While at the sink, "I'm going to blast you with cold water". While In the chair "how do you part your hair?". The entire blowout he joked passing messages through the staff that he would be getting out early because he sold a product. The area I was sitting was a mess, for some reason each stylist was using a shopping bag full of brushes. The foot rest was broken hanging on the floor. When it came to paying, no one was at the counter. After waiting five minutes with three other guests I finally asked a stylist if anyone was working. Finally someone emerged from the back. I had a gift card for a free blow out (that I bought myself last year) gave it to the cashier and he insisted I owed additional money. I pulled out a $20- he said no cash. I hand him my card, he gives it back to me. Then proceeds to tell me he can n out print me a receipt- out of paper (Fresh roll sitting on he counter between us). Rudely assures me he will be emailing me a copy/ 3hrs later nothing. This location needs help. Lots of help. Filled out the email survey/ no room for comments. What a joke. read more

I booked an appointment for Dry Styling at the Flatiron location on November 9, 2021... This is what the website says: Try Dry Styling! Only 30 minutes for us to curl, wave, braid or straighten your hair. Just come in with clean, dry hair. I did just that only to learn they do not use a blow dry to style your hair! Blow dryer is not allowed!! Otherwise it's $55!!!! The girl who was scheduled to do my hair was so rude when I asked why she's not using the blow dryer. I said I want my hair to have body. She looked at me and said this appointment is cancelled! I couldn't believe my ears. Fortunately, Oscar Caro was available and he did my hair! He snuck in a little use of the blow dryer!! I've been to drybar's in different States and this location was the worst. I was auto-booked with an Asian stylist and upon arriving she was immediately very hands off with me. She only washed my hair and then arranged for another stylist of color to do my hair. Please note my hair is relaxed/straightened and have never been dismissed by any other stylist before at other drybar locations. Also want to add that the quality of the service also was not great because my hair flopped the same day, shortly after leaving so not only did it not hold the style, but they also charged me extra for a conditioning add on which did absolutely nothing for my hair- if anything it felt worse. This was very off-putting and since this incident I no longer support the chain or it's products. read more

First experience was absolutely horrible. Will never come back. Wash was terrible felt like she only really washed my crown and I honestly don't think she conditioned my hair. I have long hair and it needs to be combed after a wash....she didn't even separate my hair into sections nor did she comb it through. At this point I'm already annoyed. Then, my stylist and I while blowing out my hair had a very strange small talk session. She asks me where I work. I tell her then she asks me if I had coupons. I was confused, I asked "coupons for dry bar? For my service today?" She says "no for where you work" I say no. She says "other people have given me coupons." WTF!!!! I felt so uncomfortable. I purchased a gift card at a school auction in November 2019. In March 2020, the world shut down due to Covid-19. I have a heart condition and have been home (with small children) for a year. I just received my second immunization shot and wanted to treat myself to making it through this tough year with a service at Drybar. I called to confirm that they'd accept the card. Honestly, I assumed/hoped they'd understand given Covid-19 and the salon shutdowns. Sadly, they said no because the gift card expired in the middle of the pandemic when businesses were shut down. Drybar's practices and lack of understanding are not in line with companies I like to support. And I'm sure there are lots of others that agree with me. They had the opportunity to make it right and gain a customer for life. Instead, they did the opposite. It's $50 to their $70 million in revenue. To me it was a day of self care. Truly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I would hate for someone else to come spend $60 on the same experience. I'll start with the good. The receptionist was kind and was very welcoming when I checked in. The location was clean and very busy. It's clear a lot of people come here frequently and they have a lot of regulars. I go to Drybar a few times a year and have been to a lot of their locations. My experiences have always been totally I fine and I usually leave with great hair. The bad: My stylist could not have been more rude. Couldn't tell you what her name was, I don't think she told me. She barely spoke to me. When she was ready for my appointment she just flagged me down to her chair and then pointed to the menu and said "What do you want?". Then, she just pointed to the back and said "let's go" (to the hair washing station). I was the last client in the room and the first one out to start my blowout. I guess the only decent part of my experience was the blowout. My hair looked fine, even if it wasn't the style I asked for. I also feel like it's important to mention that, in my experience, it usually takes 50 minutes to get my hair done at Drybar. I was out in 25 minutes. I get people have bad days and maybe she was in a rush to leave, but I just feel like for a $50 blowout, plus tip, you shouldn't feel like an inconvenience to the person who's doing your hair. It was rushed, I felt really uncomfortable, and ultimately left with a style I didn't ask for. I'm sure there are other stylists who are lovely, but there are so many other Drybars in the city. I went for my first blowout at a Drybar today for an event I have tonight and a conference tomorrow all day. Decided to treat myself since I only get blowouts if I'm also getting my hair done. I did not read the reviews prior to booking, but read them while I was waiting so I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. Pros: - Quick and speedy check-in, and I was shown to the chair very quickly - My stylist gave me a mini scalp massage during the shampoo which was nice - My curls came out very nice, although a bit more bouncier and voluminous than I wanted. I requested the Mai-Tai, which is a beachy look with loose waves, and I had Farrah Fawcett curls at the end. I went home and had to run my curls through a brush. Thankfully, my hair is super, super straight so about an hour later, the curls relaxed. Cons: - I don't think this blowout will hold up by tomorrow evening, which is unfortunate. - When my stylist was blow drying my hair, she kept tugging and pulling so much that I was having trouble keeping my head straight. - I expected a much more relaxing and "upscale" environment, which I did not get. It was very much a go in, get your blowout, and leave sort of place. At $49/blowout, this place is not cheap so I was a bit disappointed. I don't think I would come back nor would I recommend. Complete waste of money. First things first - I went here with my friend, we scheduled our appointments together thinking that we would be getting our hair done together...we did not, they sat us on complete opposite ends of the room. Second thing, we added on the 15 minute scalp massage which they completely forgot about and just shampooed our hair for 5 minutes. Honestly thank god they forgot because otherwise we would have had to pay for what was probably going to be an extremely mediocre massage. Third thing, they didn't double shampoo. Fourth thing, The girl that was blowing my hair out genuinely didn't know how to do a blow out, the blow dryer wasn't even HOT!!! She added no products to my hair and it essentially like paying 60 dollars to have someone just hold a blow dryer to your head. My hair only curled once she used the iron and all curls fell 30 minutes after leaving the salon. Fifth thing, the salon just felt gross and nothing about the experience was fun or felt special. I was waiting past my appointment time, and it didn't feel as if I was getting the necessary attention from the front desk staff. The wash was great and my hair washer was super friendly. When I came in I was greeted by the front desk she was really nice. She asked if I wanted anything, they have water, coffee, ect. My appointment was 10:45 AM. I arrived maybe 30mins or so before my scheduled time. I was told to wait and didn't have to wait long at all. Maybe 10mins or so. I ended up with April, she's really friendly. She took the time to finger detangle my hair, made sure to give my head a really good scrubbing. It was a very pleasant shampoo I got. She chatted with me and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate that since I'm a nervous wreck. It was just a simple style I wanted since this was my first time. My hair was dried, flat ironed, and styled. Other than getting burned a little bit by my edge trying to get the smaller hairs. I have no complaints. The place was clean. Staff was friendly and liked engaging with clients. Music was cute oldies and not obnoxiously loud. Since I don't see much POC reviews I'm reviewing as one. Give it a try, you'll probably like it. I made a 10am appt for a Saturday before a wedding. I arrived early at 9:45, and the woman at the desk told me it would be closer to 10am. Another client was waiting next to me. Someone came out and maybe called my name, but no one could hear anything over the blow dryers, so the other woman waiting got up and went with her. The woman at the desk then told me she took the wrong client, but she did not try to switch us. She told me it would be a few more minutes. I'd had a horrible drybar experience last time I'd been here when getting my hair done for a wedding, but already had purchased a monthly subscription and figured that I may as well use it. Also, customer service called me and gave me a coupon which I really did appreciate. This location was much better than the last blowout I'd had from then. I know there are professionals doing your hair, but I learned my lesson last time and I told the hairdresser I need some product and hairspray in order for it to stay. I do the cosmo-tai every time, because I love the dirty martini but it only lasts for a day with my hair, so it's great because it's a 2-in-1 where the first day I get a cosmo and the second my hair fls I to a mai-tai. This was a solid blowout. The girl who did my hair was great and this location was hopping on a Friday morning. Bonus: they give you a free bday blowout on your bday and they let me use mine the weekend before-- because who want a blowout on a Monday anyways? I have been going to this location, as well as other DryBars for 2+ years now. I can say wholeheartedly that this location in particular has gone way downhill. I don't know if its new management, but it is not the same as when I first started going. Let me preface with, MY HAIR LOOKED GREAT. But the customer service experience is what is lacking here. My stylist was nice enough, but she and the rest of the staff working clearly didn't give an F. The stylists were loudly talking to each other and cursing about their personal drama the entire time which I found very unprofessional for this type of "upscale" environment. I was asked if I would like a drink, and didn't get it until my blowout was almost complete because the stylist forgot. The music was clearly chosen by the staff, because it was not "cool background music" but a lot of music with profanity or intense techno. End of the day, I think if you pay minimum wage, that is what you get with the quality of your employees. Please give them a raise. read more

Worst blow-dry I have ever had in my life. I went for a blow-dry at dry bar because I recently met a friend who went to another location and she looked so good so since I had a special occasion I decided to book. Worst idea I have ever had...first of all I had to wait for my hairstylist although the salon was empty when I got there. No one apologized for the wait. Second, when my stylist showed up he seemed visibly annoyed. He did not say one word for the entire time, but was only talking or giving faces to his co-workers or messaging on his phone while doing my hair. He did not even offer to take my coat. I had to ask where I could leave it and he pointed me to a broken hanger without even trying to help. No one offered me anything, not even a glass of water. The shampoo was very fast...he did not properly wash my hair indeed it did not feel clean after. Once we got to the station I explained to him that since my hair is curly he needed to work a bit on the hair to make sure that it wouldn't be frizzy or flying all around after. I chose the cosmo style. Hey even asked me how tight I wanted the curls I said very tight so they would last longer...luckily I said that because I Don't know how much worse than this I could have walked out of the salon otherwise. He started with drying my hair but he only died the lengths not the roots...weird. Then he used a bit the brush on my request to give a bit of volume...however, again he only used that in the length so that basically he didn't work at all not even to dry my roots . After a very quick and rushed job with the brush he switched to the iron which unlikely was a similarly rushed job. He divided my hair in 4 sections in total and did a very quick job on that as well. I still felt my roots were very humid but I was a bit confused and didn't know what to say. I was also not facing the mirror so I couldn't see what hey was doing. He then told me let it cool for 2 minutes and then I'll put some spray. He did that and he started to pull down the little hair that was already flying around (because he didn't work on the roots at all....!) and was able to hide the sloppy job with that. He also made me look at the mirror from the distance so it looked ok. I live only 10 min away from that location and so I walked for those 10 min until I could properly look at myself in the mirror. I must say today was a wonderfully sunny and dry day (no humidity at all !) but I cannot even explain my reaction when I looked at the state of my hair once I got home. When I use the iron alone at home they look better basically... the curls that he made with the iron were so uneven in my head and totally fell down already. I was full of frizzy little hair, again because he totally did not work on that and if I touched my hair they did not feel dry at all. I felt my hair were still a bit wet/humid which is also why the blow-dry totally fell apart....what can I say almost anywhere in Ny you cold get a blow-dry for this price and in many places for less than this and you will be treated better and would receive a much better service. What I got today deserves a zero, cannot even be rated. A blow-dry which lasts 10 minutes is not something you should pay for and this salon is a joke, they should be ashamed of the service being provided to the customers and probably check better who they are hiring and how they are training them. read more

Definitely not coming back. For my friend's 30th birthday, we booked 7:45am blowout appointments so we'd be ready for the early evening party. She arrives before me, sees there are 10 women waiting, and is told that 4 stylists did not show up. She texts me not to hurry and to grab some coffee as we will clearly be waiting for a while. When she asks the man (manager?) how long the wait will be.. he says 'a few minutes'. When she asks for clarification about how long, since we need to be at work at 9, he sharply replies 'a few minutes'. He also refuses to check me in even though she sent me to get coffee because of the wait. After a couple of minutes, we come to terms with the fact that we are definitely not getting our hair done for this party and ask him what he can do for us given the inconvenience. He says he can 'reschedule at no fee'. COME ON! Customers have to pay a $20 fee if they miss their appointment... where's the reciprocal responsibility? The man was incredibly rude, unhelpful and showed no understanding of how Dry Bar had screwed our morning. I could have spent the morning running errands for the party. Not to mention, if you're having 4 stylists no show, it must be a miserable place to work. Have a feeling that this business model will eventually fail if it's not reassessed. Really bad... I do not recommend Dry bar at all. Way too much product in my hair... and very bad blow out.. Wanted a pretty basic blow dry. Not happy at all. I knew from the minute I was being shampooed this was not going to be good. Spent $51 for a subpar result. This is my 2nd time at this establishment and I won't be going again. There are way better salons that cost less that do amazing results. Very very disappointing Aesthetics look great but stylists are inexperienced Ok so I'm a firm believer in 2nd chances .. And Dry bar you did not disappoint I went the their flatiron salon ... just to give them a 2nd chance and a stylist called Darcy was absolutely fantastic... I then went back to their Greenwich village location.. and sure enough... They too did a great job.. My faith is restored... So last I wrote this place had enormous potential! I was so excited by booze and blowouts, that I told two friends and so on and so on... Unfortunately I was sadly mistaken on visit number 2. My dryer was fast! So fast that by the time my hair was dry - my hair looked like a chia pet and a mullet all in one. She "corrected" her quick dry by using a curling iron to curl my hair and get it on cosmo-tini esque shape but not really quite the way to do it. My blow out took 20 mins and my friend's took 45 mins. Along the way, my scalp was burnt and scraped from a couple different rough brushes and a way too hot dryer two inches from my scalp. I actually complained to the manager who offered to give me a free future visit. I respectfully declined because she didn't offer to comp me (yes I paid $43 to get my scalp burnt). In any case this place is aesthetically pleasing. IPhone chargers and free booze. But this is looks over substance. Blowout skill is obviously variable and I think I'd do better w a blowout from Super Cuts. I won't be coming back. read more

I feel an absolute need to write this review as this place is not safe for customers. The lady that did my hair was the worst. The hair washing lasted less than 2 minutes, I don't think she rinsed the shampoo off at all. Then she went on to use very high heat of the blow dryer and then the curler on 450 degrees. She burned me several times when my own hair was landing on my shoulders. Besides that, when she used the curling iron she was super rough I was extremely nervous for my health--it felt like she will poke me in the face with it. I was just counting seconds for her to stop using it since I don't want to be disabled for the rest of my life. Then after she was done my hair looked like a five year old did it--Iiterally like a poodle. So so frustrated that I had to pay for this torture. I will not go to dry bar for a long time. read more

SO hit or miss at this location. You really have to coordinate what time and day you come in. Afternoon/evening? Forget it. You're in for a 20-30 minute wait, a rushed blowout, stressed staff, and you'll be lucky if you get that beverage you requested. I mean, eventually, you'll get your hair blown out, and that's the point, right? But it is NOT a pleasant experience when they're at 'peak' hours. If you can manage to book an appointment at a *very* obscure time, like 11 am on a Tuesday morning, DO IT. The stylists AND staff here are actually wonderful and take pride in what they do. It's no surprise that they get rushed and stressed when overbooked and harassed by rude customers (wouldn't you??). I wish there were some way that Drybar HQ could cut down on the number of appointments that this location is permitted to take at a certain time, especially 'rush' hours. It'd be a significantly better experience overall - possibly even for the stylists and staff. As of now, I'm sorry to say that it's poorly managed and a stressful experience to even go in when you most need to get your hair done (like, Thursday or Friday afternoon/evening). Dear Drybar, Where have you been all my life? I recently visited NYC for a work conference and thought it would be a nice treat to not have to worry about my hair by scheduling a couple of blowouts at the Drybar in the Flatiron district- walking distance from my hotel. I knew it was going to be a great experience, but had no idea just how fabulous it would be. My first trip was on a Monday at noon. I was greeted upon arrival and was quickly served a glass of chardonnay as I waited. My stylist came to fetch me and we discussed my hair and what I was hoping to get out of the visit. I was shown the menu of various hairstyles- I chose the signature blow out, straight but with a bit of body. She then took me back, washed my hair (heaven), and brought me to a comfy chair while I sipped on another glass of wine, watching Sex and the City. and enjoying my hair being dolled up. I have long, thick hair so having my hair thoroughly blown out is such a treat. The end result was absolutely wonderful. I was literally in love with my hair. My second visit, a Wednesday morning at 7am was no different. I was totally expecting a tired crew of stylists, barely involved in the drying of hair, but instead I was greeted by a cheerful crew, ready and willing to doll me up for yet another day. Same experience, minus the wine, but was offered juice and/water while I had my hair blown out. A different moving awaited me this time, but I had some emails to tend to, so I was productive while getting done up for my day. Each blowout lasted me a couple of days without having to wash my hair and the stylists gave me tips on how to make it last longer. I probably could have gone more days, but Drybar, I missed you so and just had to go back. Now, I have left NYC, and am not even in walking distance to you, and I am sad...so very sad. Never thought I'd be able to go to a salon like this with my frizzy, curly hair. Usually I walk in to places and the stylists throw me a look of trepidation. Working a barrel brush through my hair over and over again certainly isn't fun, but Drybar accepted the challenge and treated me like a diva along the way. I was very happy with my blowdry. Per my request, the stylist finished with some flat-ironing. Unlike other places, they didn't charge me extra for this (or for my difficult hair). My one criticism? I walked in and had to wait about 5 minutes before I was greeted. There was no one in the front area when I walked in. But once I checked in, I was happy from the shampoo bowl to the finishing touches! Definitely give Drybar a try! They also allow you to add tip on to your credit/debit card bill, so there's no need to bring cash! Woohoo! read more

Wow. I've never had my hair blownout and the though of doing so, never crossed my mind. I got a chance to check this place out and was had a great time! Lets just say, it's a lot of fun and while the whole experience has you in and out in under an hour, it's super relaxing! Nicole was the girl who took care of me. She sat me down to chat about what I wanted with my hair and when I told her to do what she does best, she gave me a rundown of what she was going to do and sent me off to get my hair washed. The stylists do everything. From picking you up by name to styling your hair, she gave me one of the best head massages of my life. One of the great things of having you hair washed is that they massage your scalp. Loved it! However, one of my friends didn't have such an experience so just hope you get someone good. With a nice clean head of hair, Nicole started to dry and style and curl my hair. My hair is probably the worst to style. I have awesome straight, jet black hair, but that's about it. As soon as she was done styling half of my hair, it became straight again. Nicole did an awesome job though and the champagne definitely added to the experience. Everyone here is super friendly and it's pretty organized. You come in, give them your name, someone picks you up, you trade your coat for a drink and you leave looking like a super star. While I probably wouldn't drop $40 to style my hair when it'll just fall flat as soon as I leave, it was a great experience and I do recommend going at least once. $40 is a little steep, but if you plan on going out for the night, it's definitely worth trying out. read more

Without fail, appointments start late and majority of staff is dismissive and customer service is weak. Be advised that if you have a tight timeline, this isn't the Drybar for you. While I sometimes need to come here for convenience (I live a block away), it literally has become my last resort -- and now never again. I'm currently waiting for my 7am blowout...and it's 7:18...if I hadn't come to the salon with wet and washed hair already, I would leave as now I'm going to be late to my first meeting. I'm going to be charged $49 for a rushed blow dry and terrible service. read more

I will start this review by explicitly stating that I did not experience a blowout, but I did experience really, really poor customer service that would prevent be from being a paying customer. I am an admirer of the Drybar business model, their founder & a follower on IG, but had never been into a store. I went in today merely to scope it out - the menu, the girls coming out with done hair, info on pricing etc. The man at the front desk was slumped behind his chair, unenthused, annoyed by any questions I had and answered haphazardly, all while making zero eye contact (rude!). He didn't offer to help me make an appointment or engage in any dialogue. Right there, he lost me. Two women were getting increasingly upset that their appointment times had passed due to such bad delays -- one was a mom who needed to pick her child up and would be forced to leave! The front desk man lacked all courtesy and empathy in his response to them, and did nothing to rectify. All in all, a short trip in and a very big exit out. There are SO many options in NYC that no one should settle for a place with such bad service. read more

I read the reviews in advance about people walking out and feeling as if they didn't even get their hair done--I thought, my hair holds very well, so that won't happen to me....but, it happened to me. I came for a first appointment on a Saturday morning, and was taken right away which was great--the staff was extremely nice, friendly and accommodating- I can not emphasize this part enough! The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. However, I am not sure if it's the products they use, the speed at which they take clients, but my blowout/curls lasted approximately 30 minutes. By the time I got back to my apartment, my hair looked the same as it did before I went to Drybar. Maybe this place is good for people with curly hair to make it smooth, but for any kind of volume/curls, I would not recommend. read more

Do not go to this Drybar. The women at the front desk is extremely rude! I will never go back here. Also, I have tape in hair extensions and she charged me extra when no other dry bar has. Clip in extensions where the staff has to do extra labor calls for an extra charge but when they are already in, I have been told from other Drybars that is the regular price. So I am not sure why this women charged me. Horrible! I am very angry! Never again. Nobody choose this one. read more

Came to Drybar this past Saturday for an Updo, or Uptini, as they call it. It was awesome from the minute I entered. There was wine offered, the gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly polite and also did a nice booty shake to some fun songs. The music was pretty great. I did have to wait for 20mins because the resident Updo expert, Lauren, was finishing up with a client. Lauren, was amazing through and through from our little consultation chat to the work she did. Had a really fun conversation with her. I told her I wanted a romantic swept up kind of do for the formal gala I was going to. And she delivered. I was so happy with everything she did. Went gorgeously with my gown and was showered with compliments all night. It was a great experience. I'm definitely coming back to see her. read more

It's only fair to leave a positive review for the one DryBar experience I've actually enjoyed recently. This location does a much better job with providing a great style and service.
